The service team did a great job accommodating me from out of state, with a short time window for repairs. They created an expedited appointment for me, and completed the work faster than anticipated. Heather, Judy and the technician found lack of proper service issues on my 2016 GMC 2500 diesel which my home dealership (Texan GMC-Humble Texas) neglected to find and address. Flow service department worked more diligently and amplitudes more professionally then my home dealership. Thank you for a great job

I took my car in due to overheating. They called and listed items that needed to be fixed. I approved the fixes and the mechanic was unable to get everything done before the end of Wednesday. The next day I get a call stating that when they came in that morning coolant was all over the floor and my radiator needed to be fixed due to a leak. I asked for my car to be appraised on Thursday afternoon. Monday came and I had heard nothing back. I called and within an hour I was provided a quote. I debated it and ultimately decided to get my car back after the first round of fixes involving the water pump, overflow tank, a hose, etc. The awesome ladies at the front were worried I wouldn’t make it far due to what the mechanic said. He stated I should get a tow truck to take it. I drove my car and it did not overheat. I dropped it at the house of a certified mechanic at another dealership. I was definitely not surprised to hear my car was NOT leaking and he couldn’t find a leak. He did not put it on a lift and to be safe I left it there for him to test. Nothing. I have since driven my car and tracked fluids. I work in Raleigh and commute and so far the radiator is NOT leaking and he still can’t find anything wrong. I also realized I had a brand new water pump out in back in 2018. I’m wondering how much money was gotten from me for the first fix. That was $1300. The radiator fix was another $1100 and it appears it was not needed. I am outraged that it was conveyed to me in such a way that the car was not driveable and leaking. Shame on this dealership! I won’t be returning and intend to share this information wherever I can.
