I was in the market for a newer pre-owned vehicle any, be referral, came across Flow Mazda of Greensboro. I live in Apex, NC and Flow is located in Greensboro, so at first I was a little hesitant about make and hour and half drive to shop for a car... I did a bit of research online and found a 2015 Honda Civic that I liked and decided to give me them a call. My salesman, Brent, was the first personal I spoke with at Flow. I explained my situation to him and what I was looking for. I was blown away when Brent was able to find me a FAR BETTER Honda Civic stacked with full upgrade options for about the same price as the other!! Brent and Steve began the process for me, understanding the long drive I would have to make to purchase the car, and got everything ready and in order so that when I arrived, the car was ready, financial paperwork was prepped and in order thanks to Sheldon, and I was able to be in and out in a surprisingly short amount of time!! I can't thank these guys enough for the superior service and car they took with my buying process! I highly recommend the team at Flow Mazda to anyone in the market for a vehicle!!

they were wonderful in working with me and gave me a better rate and term than I had even expected. I also discovered a few months after purchasing that I had locking lug nuts but no key. I took it in, talked with mike madden and got a completely new set of locking lug nuts with a key all for free! They really care about keeping customers happy, even after the sale is complete.

I would recommend this dealership and salesman because everything was handled in a timely manner and at the upmost conveinence for me. Everyone was very helpful and friendly and they explained every aspect in a way I could understand.
