Stopped on a Sunday, considering a Mini convertible versus a Miata.EVERY Mini had $1,000 worth of paint/interior sealant tacked on, plus additional useless accessories. Crossed Mini off my shopping list immediately.

It is not often that you have a perfect experience at a car dealership. Not the case here.It was perfect. Knowledgeable sales staff and no task to great. They follow up to see if you are happy with your purchase and are sincere in their concern. I am very happy with my purchase. I gave up a Mustang to get my MINI and I haven't looked back. I having so much fun!

MINI has expanded their product models quite a bit over the last few years. I stopped by Flow MINI and asked for help to get updated model information and features on each. My Sales Consutant - Jonathan Riddle spent quite a bit if time covering each model and the various configurations available. After sitting in some and deciding what would be the best fit for me, I decided the MINI Cooper S Countryman ALL4 was what I wanted. Jonathan selected a manual drive to test drive, followed by an automatic version.I decided to go with the automatic since I liked the quick smooth shifts and paddles on the wheel. The main reason I would recommend Flow MINI is they understand true customer service and exceeding expectations in all areas of Sales and Service.The store staff are energetic and never pressure a customer to "buy now". They let you decide what you want and facilitate getting it done with no pressure. It makes it hard to leave the dealership since it is such a fun place to visit.
