I would like to give this review because my husband and I have tried to get satisfaction but to no avail. My son purchased his first car from Flow Nissan a used vehicle but his first. His dream car a 2016 Mustang. He test drive the vehicle and there were some things my husband pointed out that needed attention. One was a worn tire on the front passenger side. We asked the salesman ( Billy Guitar) if that would be taken care of and he said it would. He gave his word. We were there when our son was signing and we asked again if the tire issue would be taken care of and again we were assured that it would be,have it on video. We were told that the interior would be cleaned and the interior protection would be applied needless to say that wasn’t done. They peeled the window tint on the vehicle that was on the car when he signed the paperwork but said that it had to be removed for inspection but yet they left tint on headlights and taillights and all turn signals. Hum!! All we wanted was to talk to someone and be treated as a costumer should and not get the run around and be belittled by the salesman or the manger which were by both. Pictures attached of dangerous tire on front and good tire on front and picture of vehicle before he signed the paperwork. I expected better from Flow Nissan.

I just purchased a car from this dealership and I must say that the experience was very pleasant. Joe, my salesman made my transition into a new car smooth and worry free. There was no pressure to buy and all of my options were presented. He took excellent care of me making sure that the I understood the entire process. Excellent service!!!!

The worker that helped my wife and i was outstanding. He found us a great car for a low price all in a timely manner and he never had an attitude or lost his professional bearing. The service was great. The service was at a nice, reasonable price. Antwan did an excellent job. He was very courteous and respectful. He made me feel like a valued customer. Also, I had a wonderful experience when I leased this vehicle. Mamie was outstanding. She worked hard to get the vehicle I wanted. She was more like a friend than a car salesperson. Management also did a nice job with the pricing.

I can really say i had a very good experience between Cameron and Dominique they truly made sure that my experience was good. Dominique was very helpful in telling all the features of my car and making sure that i was satisfied and i really do appreciate that. Flow Nissan of Fayetteville you'll Rock. This was not my first time owning a Nissan but this was my first time being Well Satisfied. Again thank you Cameron and Dominique!
