The communication from our sales team was awesome! We knew everything that was happening and they were prepared for us when we arrived. We were treated kindly and the team was efficient in getting everything taken care of for us. There was no pressure and they made us feel welcome. Angel was amazing and patient, as we did have some time to wait for financing. He never made us feel like we were taking up all his time, even though he sat and talked with us for quite a while. Our vehicle was prepared while we completed all our paperwork, and Angel did a fantastic job explaining all the features of the vehicle. I truly could not have asked for a better experience.

Great car buying experience! I called and spoke to Steve about a SUV that was showing “in Transit” online. He was so friendly and NON PUSHY that I told my husband that is who I’m buying a car from if they get something in that I want! I had talked to dozens of salesmen over the few weeks while searching and all were way to pushy... but not Steve! I ended up calling him back for an update yesterday and he had just got in what I wanted. We worked out everything over the phone! We submitted credit app and docs online so when we arrived the paperwork was done and ready to go. When we arrived George was very helpful showing us the ropes of the car, setting up my onstar, app on my phone and hooking up my phone to the stereo. Mike in financing was so pleasant and fast, making the signing a breeze! Our new car is beautiful! It was the cheapest deal within HOURS. It was detailed and filled with gas! This was the best car buying experience I’ve ever had! We will be return customers! Thanks for the hospitality, friendliness and great service!

As this was my first visit, and yes I had an appointment. When I arrived I was unsure as to where to park my car for service, no one was out to greet me as I was accustomed to .So after I parked and found where to go to find a service writer. I was greeted with can I help you, told him about my appointment and being a first time customer,I was asked WHERE is the car? I answered him and I was told to go get my car and bring it into a certain spot, then come back in. So I did, then another service writer Dave helped me and apologized for the rudeness of the young man first encountered. After Dave took over for me I was relieved and assured that my car would get first rate care, and I did.

My experience started with a follow-up call from Tanisha, who was VERY friendly and comforting on the phone. When I arrived at the dealership, she introduced me to Steve. I must say that Steve was the absolute BEST car salesman I've ever dealt with. He asked me some basic questions rather than allowing me to view vehicles that were clearly out of my budget, and walked me right over to the GMC Terrain that he felt was a very viable vehicle to go with; not only for my budget but also for accommodating that size of my HUGE 12-year old son! Steve "listened" to my needs and started me on the right path immediately. After test driving the Terrain, he assured me that he really feels he could do a deal with me. Although I was apprehensive about completing yet another credit application (I'd filled out quite a bit during the previous 30 days searching for the right vehicle for my wife), he was very patient and non-intrusive with me. I was going to go home and think about it because I didn't think I'd qualify for a deal, yet alone a LEASE after applying so many times already. Because of his calm "non-pushy" nature, I decided to give it a try. Low and behold, I was approved... not too far out of my budget. Everyone else I spoke with (I don't remember their names) were also very friendly and laid back. They were also cracking jokes towards each other, which let me know that they all enjoyed working there. That is HUGE for people like myself and my wife. She's VERY happy with the Terrain, and I'm VERY happy to be done with searching for her a new vehicle! Thanks so much for working with us and "listening" to my needs.

Went in for a new key / FOB. I expected the $90 charge - still seems outrageous though. I didn't expect to be told I needed to spent an additional $70 for a 1/2 hour of labor to program the FOB- after asking if I could do it myself. I left, found how to program the FOB on the internet - took about 1 minute!!

My wife and I went to Folsom Buick to buy a 2015 Buick Encore The salesman, Steve Rector was excellent, he showed us a vehicle that we liked and did not put any pressure on us to buy the vehicle. He showed us the vehicle and took us on a drive. After we drove the car and were back at the dealership he let us talk it over. After we talked, we told him we would take the vehicle. He told us about a payment plan and we told him a payment plan we would like and he checked with his manager and came back and it was a sale. After the paperwork was signed he showed us how to work all the goodies on the vehicle and set up my wife's and my phone to the vehicles Bluetooth.There was no pressure from anyone at the dealership we dealt with. We both would tell anyone we hear of know that is looking to buy a new vehicle to go Folsom Buick first.

My experience with dealing with your service department has been very positive. I went into the dealership to find out why my vehicle kept on dying. The vehicle was checked over and they kept it overnight to make sure that the battery was working correctly, they did an oil change, rotation of tires and inspection to make sure everything was working correctly for me to make sure the problem resolved.

My only "complaint" is the time it took for my oil change. I had an appointment and it took over 1.5 hours (I was waiting). If I have an appointment, I feel it should take no longer than an hour (if that). If they are making more appointments than they can take in, they should revise that practice. Other than the wait, the staff was all very friendly and the waiting area is pleasant enough.

I set my appointment via the online request for 8:00 am on Saturday 4/18/15. When I arrived at the dealership the information had not been received. The service representative said the online appointment scheduler doesn't connect with the dealership. I said since the appointment wasn't set I'd come back at another time. I very much enjoyed my experience with the internet sales department. I feel the price of my car was fare and my trade in value was fare. I wanted a few things fixed on the car and they were completed when the parts came in after a two week wait on shipping issues. My only disappointment is this. My car sits very low to the ground and I could not look under the car before purchase. My salesman checked the inspection records and found that there were no leaks noted. I told him great because a oil leak would be a "deal breaker". I told him I trusted him and purchased the car. I picked the car up from you 2 weeks after the purchase from the service department still needing one more part to arrive. A couple days later the part came in and you graciously came to my house to pick up my car and put the last part on, full filling your obligation as you see it. While in the service dept I had you service the transmission. When I got the car back I have a oil leak (the deal breaker). I called right away about the leak and was told to bring it in. I came back in to service for inspection and was told it was a very hard to get to pan bolt. I was hoping for a warranty type fix. The leak was probably just beginning when I bought the car with only 41,000 miles and was missed at the time of inspection. It had only been driven a 100 miles or so and started leaking before you finished the repairs. It would be awesome if you could service this leak because it was mentioned a couple of times before purchase and I was assured it didn't leak. Please advise me of your decision. Everyone make a mistake and I feel the leak was not detected when it was a "deal breaker" at purchase time.

I drove in and Dave the service writer came right out to check me in. I told him what my car was doing and what else I wanted done. Less than 5 minutes later I was waiting for Frank to drive me home. I got a cup of coffee, Frank came in and drove me and another gentleman home. I'd guess that I was at the dealership around 15 minutes. 5 or 6 hours later Dave called and said my car was ready. Both Dave and Frank were pleasant and professional. The whole experience was very good.

We bought our Yukon XL new in 2006. We bring it here almost exclusively for service. The service department answers my calls right away or returns messages in a timely manner. It has been very easy to make appointments for work needed and they have been great about helping me to get a rental car when the work takes more than a day. My last visit was for an oil change and tire rotation. I have no complaints other than a desire to have a table at normal height to do work while I am waiting. (The current waiting area has comfortable seats, a TV, musak, a kids table and toys and an elevated table with barstool type chairs.)

My Trade in car was New. However the Seating configuration was injuring my wife due to an Old knee and back Injury. They took my Trade in on Labor day sale qualifying for Rebates; paid off my New Car Loan. And bought 2014 Yukon SLE which was ergonomically right for Wife. It was a Win-Win situation for us. The Finance Department is a cut above in my opinion to navigate the world of Financing search for Discounts and rebates.

Just rolled100K! My Canyon is still a full function road truck, whether road trips or pulling our travel trailer. Then there is no rest because it is my main every day vehicle too.I have to believe that this is due in no small part to all service and parts being from Folsom GMC. This will continue as long as I own the truck!

I have purchased 2 vehicles from Folsom Buick GMC this is due to Ed and his Team who are the best service team I can have that support my business vehicle (Buick Enclave). As a driver of 24,000 miles a year I need a lot of little things taken care of throughout the year. Ed over the years understands that as a business consultant I need to meet clients everyday by going to their offices. Ed and his team have provided a loaner car to me when applicable. It is always greatly appreciated. My 2008 Buick (purchased at Folsom GMC) was getting up there in miles and I ONLY purchased another vehicle (Buick Enclave 2012) from Folsom Buick because of Ed and his team in the service department. My husband and I are very pleased with Folsom Buick GMC dealership. Ed McNanna in service is great to deal with and is always professional, friendly and courteous. We waited while our car was being serviced and the time went by quite quickly. Car was returned to us after being exterior washed with inside just as clean as when we dropped off vehicle. And, we definitely love to see Dan Hall and Jamie Dennis in sales as they always make us feel like old friends. Even though we are moving out of state will try to bring vehicle back to this dealership for its services!

I enjiyed purchasing my car here at this dealership, I felt welcome, relaxed and well taken care of . The sales man Steve Retor was wonderful and so was the financital guy and everyone in general, I would recommend my friends to go to this dealership, because you may not have that much money, but you still will be treated like a star. If you want to feel comfortable and know that you are getting a deal, I would recomment Folsom, Buick, GMC dealership. Thank you all,

I recently purchased used 2011 chevy avalanche from Folsom buick/gmc,the sales personel were very knowlegdeable in helping to purchase . the asking price of this vehicle was about the same asking price for a 2008 avalanche. PS love my new car.

I was in the market for a low mileage car, and happened to find a Ford Crown Victoria with low - 34000 - mileage at Folsom GMC. Salesman assured me the car was "looked over by the mechanic" - and I could see the oil and filter had been changed, so I assumed "the mechanic" had been under the car. After agreeing to a price far above NADA price (due to low mileage), I drove off happy with my car at that point. That soon vanished as I saw small oil drops in the driveway and smelled oil burning - not enough for smoke, just the odor. After some investigating, and getting the car on a lift, it was obvious that this car suffered from the dreaded Ford head leak. This should have be easily seen if the mechanic truly had "looked over" the car. Now faced with $2500 / $3000 worth of repairs, I decided to contact the dealer in hopes of a compromise. I spoke to the sales manager, and he promptly referred this issue and told me to call the owner.Well, after many calls - the owner was "out"; "in a meeting"; "away from his desk"; I realized i was not going to get a return call. All I was hoping for was that they would repair "at their cost" so to speak, and lowering my expenditure. I was willing to pay a fair share where the dealer really lost no money.I do know what "as-is" refers to, but there is the legal right and the moral right. It seems that this dealership is in business to separate you from as much cash as possible, then forget about you. I will never visit this business again, and if I can, I will endeavor to cost them far more in lost business than a reasonable compromise would have.

After multiple visits to the service department because of a mess in my garage under my car, the leak was continually diagnosed as a steering fluid leak. At one of the visits, after an oil change, I explained how a neighbor told me he thought I had an oil leak because he could smell it as I drove by. So, I returned to see if there was an oil spill during my oil change. They cleaned the underside of my car, and continued dialog about the steering leak. Well, $1000 dollars later I still have a mess in my garage and under my car because I DO have an oil leak that was causing the problem. I wanted to stop the mess, plus it concerned me as to being a fire hazard. An oil pan leak was always mentioned as a sidebar, like it was not significant, compared to the steering leak. Now, they are going to see what they can do for a repair price on the oil leak. I want my $1000 back.

We have worked off and on for the last 6 - 8 months with Jack and Ken at the Folsom GMC dealership to find the right car for us. We have looked at and test driven a lot of new and used GMC Acadias and Chevy Traverse during this time. We liked both of these models because they have the third row of seats but they are not too big and bulky. Because we were not in an immediate need of a new car we were able to take our time and we ended up walking away from several deals. Each time we were treated well and they were very understanding. We never felt pressured by them to make a deal. Instead they just asked if we wanted them to keep us in mind and contact us, when new inventory arrived. They kept calling us and we kept test driving new and used cars until we finally found the right car with the right equipment for a price that seamed fair to us. Because we were always treated so well it felt good that we finally were able to close a deal with Jack at the Folsom GMC. During this time we also looked at cars at several other GMC dealerships and Carmax in Roseville(and of course we did a lot of research on the web). We also considered the Honda Pilot, Toyota Highlanders, Ford flex and at one point the KIA sorento. I have nothing bad to say about the other dealerships but we felt more welcome at the Folsom GMC. We love our car and we had a really good experience with this dealership (Jack and Ken specifically). I would definitively recommend both the car and this dealership to anyone.
