About a month ago I was in the market to buy a vehicle. I was looking online for a Kia Sedona, I filled out the inquiry page and was contacted by Ben. Ben was very thoughtful and patient in asking all of my questions. Last week, about a month later my car finally gave out and I was truly in the market for a new car. I emailed Ben and let him know. He was very helpful and allowed me to negotiate a great price. I met with Ben today and he was amazing! When I arrived at the dealership, he had the Kia ready for me to view and test drive. Once we got back from the test drive we then got down to the paperwork and and were in and out of the office with no haggling in a couple hours! Ben is a great salesman, it felt more like talking to a friend than someone selling me a car! I recommend Folsom Kia! Ask for Ben, you won't be disappointed!

After carefully researching what kind of car I wanted to buy while I was still in Hawaii and in the process of moving back to California, I requested information from every Kia dealership within 100 miles of my home in Penn Valley. Cesar was the only one that responded with actual dollar amounts about the car I wanted and was very friendly in his email. All the other dealers sent me emails saying they had tried to call me (impossible, I didn't include a phone #) and their approach was very pushy. Cesar is the only one I got in touch with because I liked the straight forward way he handled my request. We exchanged several emails and then phone calls, Cesar was helpful and informative, I liked him immediately. I made arrangements to come straight to your dealership after arriving in CA, even before I had gone to my house. When I started my email conversation with Cesar, you had 7 Alien green Souls on the lot, he said he would find the one that had the features I wanted and set it aside for me. When I pulled into the dealership, there was the cute little green Soul in front of the showroom, as promised. I found out later that all of the green Souls had sold within a couple of days after Cesar promised to put one aside. The one waiting for me had just arrived that morning and he snagged it for me. The car had everything I wanted and more - features I would have loved but couldn't really afford. Cesar worked with management to get me a discount on the convenience package so I could afford it, it was a great bonus!From the features on the car to the financing, Cesar worked with the rest of the staff to make sure I got everything I wanted in a timely fashion and with very little baloney. After the purchase was complete, Cesar took the time to walk me through operation of all of the car's features and even shifted my huge suitcases from my old car to the new one. I have purchased many cars over the years - even from dealerships owned by friends - and this was by far the best experience I have ever had! From the girl who answers the phone to the finance guy filling out paperwork, everyone was courteous, respectful and pleasant - Cesar was a star! Buying a car can be about as much fun as having a tooth pulled (high pressure tactics, evasive maneuvering, etc.) but not at Folsom Lake Kia, you actually made the experience fun.

I received excellent service that catered to my individual needs! Since I have purchased my Kia Optima, I have always taken my car to a Kia dealership for service. However when I went in for an oil change, I decided Folsom Lake Kia will be my forever go to dealership for services! Trampus is amazing! He provided me with individualized service and answered all of my questions. He also checked to see if my car (by vin number) had a recall and he found one. I was shocked because I did not receive anything in the mail regarding the recall and no other dealership mentioned anything to me prior to my visit to Folsom Lake Kia. Another thing that I greatly appreciated about their service was they offered a shuttle to go to the outlets while I waited. I highly recommend Folsom Lake Kia and especially recommend working with Trampus! He truly made an impact on my experience and is the reason why I will only go to Folsom Lake Kia for services even though I live in Natomas; it is definitely worth the extra drive.

Great service for someone who is very busy and has limited time to spend at the dealership. The contacts were friendly, but not overbearing or pushy, which I really appreciate as well. I was looking at several different brands of electric cars and the staff at Folsom Lake Kia were the best prepared and most responsive of all the dealers I contacted.

We took the car in for recalls on vehicle. When we got it back the alarm system that was anti-theft put in when we bought the car wasnt working. The factory installed one worked but not the one we paid money to put in. Anyway, we were told to arrange to bring it back to get it fixed and they would call someone from an alarm place to fix it. We brought it in and they said it was fixed. It wasn't fixed. The light showing alarm is engaged was lit but that was the only difference and we don't think they ever got a regular alarm person there. We went back and Doug peterson wasnt there and he was supposed to call and never did.

I love the customer service here. I dropped my car off two hours early because I had other errands to run. My car was ready before my normal appointment time was scheduled (about an hour and half later). At Roseville Kia I would drop my car off on time and still have to wait an average of 4 hours for a basic oil change! They even vacuumed my car. Wasn't expecting that. Sorry for the mess!

When we were done eating we called the shuttle and they were there in 10 minutes! Our car was vacuumed and in great shape. We are so happy with our decision to lease our Kia Optima. At the time I couldn't afford it. So I asked Sean to check the alignment and he reported back to me that it was fine. So maybe you should keep a watchful eye on Jeff!! I dont think you would want someone shady like that working for Kia.

I respect that the staff made me aware of the companys choice to price match all services provided, as well as give me information for future services/prices for example: $169.00 break service which includes OEM products AND rotor resurfacing (if needed.) The salesman we got, Rodney Condell, did not come on like a car salesman; felt like we were chatting about a car. He told us everything about the car and when it came time to talk money, he was anxious for me to feel good about the payment and then he explained the difference between owning and leasing and after listening to him and asking him to explain a couple of points, it made total sense to lease. He never made me feel like he was in a hurry to get through with the deal. When we went to the finance office, he kept coming over and checking on us to make sure everything was ok with us. If I was to trade this car in 3 years, I would go to Kia and ask for Rodney. He was very nice and the best thing was he explained everything I asked about. It's important for a person buying a car to understand everything about the sale and he sure did that which was wonderful. It's the FIRST time I felt good about ever buying a car when I drove away.

Ben was thorough in explaining financing options, although I had financing in place he helped me make a more informed decision by giving more information on leasing. He was also thorough in explaining and reviewing the features of the car. Par was nice as well and answered all of our questions. The dealership was nice and there was a big selection of cars. The waiting area was also very nice, although we spent very little time in it. Everyone moved quickly to get me what I asked for and to move the process along. The technician or custom care person explained me what they were doing for repair & maintenance on my visit and updated the process of work frequently during my waiting so that I didn't need to wonder how much longer I had to wait. We were intentionally deceived by Rodney in the new car sales department of Folsom Kia. We were contacted by Rodney through the Costco discount program. When all was said and done even after point blank asking Rodney why were paying more than the internet posted price of our car, we didn't save any money what so ever. He stared us in the face and assured us that the website was wrong. We will never do business again with this dealership and wouldn't suggest anyone going there.

We were a little indecisive and RC spent time helping us in everyway possible, right up to the very end, as we drove away, he waived goodbye. I loved the way he guided us without pressuring us for a sale, just to make the sale. I felt that he listened to us and gave us the right answers we needed to make the right decision for our needs. He has already followed-up on the sale with a phone call to us. At the end, RC wasn't just a salesman, he felt like a friend. My last four cars were Lexus and it was a big decision to move into a Kia. After looking at Toyota Camry and the Hyundai Sonata we just love the look and feel of the Optima EX (with all it's features vs price we felt is was to good to pass up). Optima EX just felt like the right car for us and turned out to be exactly what we had been looking for. We are very happy with decision we made, very happy with our salesman, RC and lastly we are very happy with the Folsom Lake Kia Dealership (recommended to us by Costco). Thank you so much! I went to this dealership just to test drive a Kia Sportage. From the beginning it was clear that the salesman, Victor Awanesian, was not your typical car salesman. He actually listened to what I wanted in a car. No high pressure sales. I have to say, this was one of the most satisfying car shopping experiences I've had. Needless to say I bought a new sportage for what I was willing to pay for a used one.

I purchased a 2012 Ford Explorer from Folsom Lake Ford and was blown away by the excellent customer service I got there. My Explorer was used and I was promised a number of little fixes that I noted when inspecting the car before I purchased. My salesman, Ernie, promised all my concerns would be addressed and we completed the deal. Not only were my concerns addressed but the quality of fixes that they made to my vehicle were superb. They return phone calls, deliver when promised and are very concerned that "my time" is not compromised. I am very pleased.

My husband and I went to Folsom Lake Kia just to look. We left withh not one....but two Kia's! I love my new Kia Forte...in copper...people stop me whereever I go to ask me about my car...it's beautiful. My husband bought an Optima and he loves it! I traded in my Acura...and let me tell you...my Kia Forte is 10 times the car at 1/3 the price! The sales process was easy and hassle-free.
