Jeff was amazing! He took care of everything for me and did such a great job. He was kind, polite and caring. He made sure I understood everything and had everything I needed. He even finished my car in under the quoted time. You can tell Jeff takes extreme pride in his job and I was beyond thrilled with the service I received. I will continue to drive down to the Folsom Lake Toyota because they are always so much better than the Auburn Toyota. Thank you to everyone who helped make my experience a happy one!

Chris my service writer was amazing.. very attentive to my needs ,always replying when I would text.. keep me updated..I was very happy with my visit..Very friendly environment..I shall return... Returned to Folsom for regular car service. May 14 and great service as always... friendly agents and attentive to my needs.. will always go back..

Gabriel is amazing! We went to the dealership we’re greeted by employees but not harassed which I appreciated so much. We saw something we liked and Gabriel was the one to come help us look at it and take a test drive. We loved the car and weren’t pushed or forced to anything. Start to finish amazing! Thank you Gabriel! We love our Highlander so much!

Matt was very informative and his level of customer service outstanding. I had my vehicle delivered there and he let me know that I did not need to show up and that they would assess the vehicle and get back to me. Within the hour they let me know the diagnosis and a quote for the work. I was unable to pick the car up during business hours so Matt allowed me to pay online and arrange to leave my keys locked under the mat so that I could pick it up at my convenience. Overall my experience was amazing. Thank you Folsom Lake Toyota Service center!

Folsom Lake Toyota is the absolute best . Toby Liu made our trade in super easy and provided the ultimate in service. We love our new Hybrid Avalon. It just seems to glide along the street, is extremely easy to operate and has everything in big letters right in front of your eyes. I would not go anyplace else to purchase a car. I also love the silver color. Very sleek!! If you’re thinking of buying a car, used or new I would certainly recommend Folsom Lake Toyota.
