From the moment we walked in and were greeted by the receptionist to driving off the lot in our new truck, we had a 5 star experience. Our Sales Representative, David Ortiz, did an excellent job listening to our wants and needs, and answering any and all questions that we had. He was able to find us exactly what we were looking for. My husband and I really appreciated his honesty and professionalism. Michael in the Financing Department also did an excellent job of explaining our financial plan. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and we greatly appreciated his honesty as well. Ford of Boerne has some great individuals working there, and we will definitely be back!

Me and my husband found our perfect car and the process was quick and easy to finish paper work, but we were told that the car had to get an oil change and new tires on it before it was able to leave the lot. They said to come back in a few hours and it would be ready. Well we came back in a few hours and then they told us it wouldn’t be ready until the following day because the tires had to be ordered. It would be ready before noon the next day. Get a call at 10:30 the next day saying the tires were about to arrive and it would take an hour or so to put on. 2pm rolls around and I send a text asking for an update and if it was cleaned already too since it had been sitting there for over 24 hours, and they said “Oh you’re right. It will be closer to 5:30/5:45”….at this point I’m fuming because I don’t understand why cleaning it was not a priory while it was sitting there waiting for new tires and we were told this was going to be completed by noon. We arrived back at the dealership to pick up my car at 6pm, another hour and a half rolls around and it’s now 7:30pm and they drive up with our car and a nice bow on it! Very exciting moment for my first car purchase! Sadly the tires are not even new tires and already show worn tread and the inside is not cleaned thoroughly and appears to have blood marks throughout the roof of the car. Honestly a terrible experience for buying my first car!! Time and money were wasted and we were lied to throughout the process. The only good thing about our experience was the finance guy who was super friendly, upfront, and honest with us about what best to choose for insuring our car and what were actually good options to consider to add on to our package. I really appreciated him!

I would 10/10 recommend anyone looking for a new car to check out Ford of Boerne and talk to Drake. He found me exactly what I was looking for and walked me through the whole process. I have never been treated more fairly and my questions answered more honestly at any other dealership. J.Michael was great and super open with the financing! These guys cannot steer you wrong.

My husband had searched for a good deal on a truck for months. We had gone to one othe dealership in Boerne before this one. We looked at a very similar truck but we wanted to look at this dealership as the first one didn't sell us on the numbers. The manager my husband worked with really tried hard to give us a great deal and he delivered. My husband got to drive out of the lot in a great truck for a great deal.
