The Works package for servicing a vehicle is simply a bargain for all that it offers. I have dealt with Ethan in a couple of service trips now, and he is a pleasure to work with for the visit!

Ford of Dalton is a great dealership. Byron was my salesperson; we had an appointment set up, and he the vehicle I wanted ready and waiting for the test drive upon my arrival. He familiar with the vehicle and answered all my questions. The purchase process was smooth and easy, and I got better service than expected! It was a 45 minute drive to this dealer and the trip was worth it! I'll buy there again! Thank you, Byron!

I had the best experience. My sales person, Erika Klawon was knowledgeable. She handled everything professionally and efficiently. She even delivered the car to me in Calhoun! I would definitely suggest going to see her.

Service was great and the staff was great. I cannot believe how much the price has increased since my last oil change a few months ago. After being a dedicated customer for many years, I will definitely being looking somewhere else for any future services. If you get a oil change at Ford of Dalton be prepared for sticker shock.

My wife and I finally pulled the trigger on a new Bronco Sport here from Jonathan Ray and we are incredibly pleased with how easy everything was and how nice these folks are! I've been here several times over the past couple years looking at trucks and SUVs and I take my car here for service. The staff has always been knowledgeable and helpful even when I didn't buy from them. I always stop here first when looking for something new to drive! Thank you!
