Ford of Dalton is a great dealership. Byron was my salesperson; we had an appointment set up, and he the vehicle I wanted ready and waiting for the test drive upon my arrival. He familiar with the vehicle and answered all my questions. The purchase process was smooth and easy, and I got better service than expected! I had the best experience. My sales person, Erika Klawon was knowledgeable. She handled everything professionally and efficiently. She even delivered the car to me in Calhoun! I would definitely suggest going to see her.

Service was great and the staff was great. I cannot believe how much the price has increased since my last oil change a few months ago. After being a dedicated customer for many years, I will definitely being looking somewhere else for any future services. If you get a oil change at Ford of Dalton be prepared for sticker shock.
