Having sat and waited and waited in car dealerships in the past i was skeptical about going back to another. I met Chris and Austin on the sales lot and it was POURING with rain. Young and Hungry with their matching rain proof(karate Kid) Jackets they were eager to help. Nothing was a problem from the beginning even a good bit of banter to start the sales process off. Austin stayed cool calm and collected while Chris a new sales man was pleasant and more than whiling to help with any questions. Having taken the car on a test drive i knew it was the right one for me. Now was the back and forth and i must say i was happy when i left knowing i have the lifetime warranty as part of the deal. Note to other salesman. 1. You want a sale? you got to be willing to do what no other salesman wants to do. In this case it was Austin and Chris getting out in the rain then buying the customer lunch. These are just the little things that make me want to buy from these guys again. Thanks for putting up wit the Irishman.

Absolutely no service after the sale. Refused to repair windshield leak 2 months after purchase because I didn't call and let them know as soon as I noticed. Tried to speak with the general manager but was directed to the voicemail of someone who doesn't even appear on the list of staff. This is the epitome of runaround. Edit: At this time I have spoken with the Sales Manager Kevin Pratt, and we have come to a resolution. To be clear the resolution reached about the windshield was that I had to purchase a new windshield at full price. Gee thanks Ford. The saga continues....today I had to buy a bolt that was missing on the vehicle. I was told that the bolt was just over $5 each but Ford only sold them in packs of 4. The part in question only uses 2 bolts to begin with. Thanks again Ford of Murfreesboro. Time to find a new dealership. Update 6/3/21 - I received a call from the new GM, Stephen Wells. He listened and addressed all my concerns going back over a year to my satisfaction. At this time I am going to give the dealership another opportunity to retain my business.

From the inquiry, test drive and signing on the dotted line, he was readily available to answer questions and provide details. I rarely have to have any work done on my Mustang, but did have a fender bender several years ago and it took three trips to this dealership to get the repairs done right. Much to my dismay, there are two recalls on my vehicle that needed attention, the airbag and the throttle body. This meant it had to go to the dealership. Since I work in Murfreesboro, this location was my only option. The young lady at the desk was incredibly rude, ignored my husband's very specific questions and then failed to call us when the car was ready. I picked it up after work, and failed to look closely at the paperwork. The throttle body had to be ordered....she did not even mention that was the case. On top of that, the service was schedule two weeks in advance giving plenty of time to order the necessary parts.The sales side of this dealership is great, but without a good service department to back them up, this location has some serious problems. I have worked in customer service for many years and don't tolerate incompetence, especially in a position that deals with customers on a daily basis. I am very disappointed and will be calling the service manager regarding this issue.

Brought my truck in for 30K service today and got to see the new Service Department and Sales floor. First impression...WOW, WOW, and WOW!1. The Service Department looks incredible, but looks don't get the job done. I notice a discernible difference in the departments attitude and how I was treated...which was excellent.2. The Service waiting area is HUGE and there is a playroom for kids, a large waiting area, an office area, food/snack bar, and you can watch your vehicle being serviced through a huge window looking out onto the work area.3. When I checked out instead of the $113 bill for service I expected, I paid $38. Seems I had some credits on my Ford Customer Care account which they applied for me. Always nice to pay less than you expect. Kimberly McMahan took exceptional care of me during this service visit and this is the fastest I have ever gotten my truck serviced here.When the 2017 F-150's start to come out I will give Ford of Murfreesboro another shot at keeping my business!

Her brand of customer service is far above other dealership's advisors that I've dealt with. I can say with complete candor that, while she's not the only reason I have my Escape serviced there, she is a very large part of it. I recommend Kim for any award that Ford sponsors. She should be considered for Employee of the Year. She has my vote.

Kim was my assigned service rep and she was great! I dropped my Vehicle off at 2 PM and received a call at 4:30 PM to come pick up. She advised of me of closing time and the next days hours which was super helpful! Emily helped me when I came in and she took me back to the cashier. Great service and the car is in tip top shape. Kayla is always a pleasure to have as a service advisor. She keeps me informed as to the progress of the services being performed. She gives great advise on the services needed and recommended as well as the services required to maintain the integrity of my vehicles. I purposely ask for Kayla when I schedule my service and if she's out, I wait until she returns, that's how much I enjoy her being the service advisor for me. On another note, I drive an extra 30 minutes just to have my vehicle serviced at FOM, even though I live closer to another dealership.

Gary (I believe his last name is Smith) did an excellent job in reviewing the details leading up to the purchase of the vehicle. Any options available that we might want or hadn't considered, the details of the pricing, making sure we were getting the financing terms we wanted... he covered it all. He was very friendly and did not throttle on extra undue pressure (like a stereotypical car salesperson would). It's a huge purchase, and he took the time to make sure we understood the details and how they would effect the price of the car... well done and appreciated.We originally had an appointment with Chico, who had an unexpected visit from another customer, and thus couldn't meet us up front (Gary did). But he still took the time, once he came available, to go over additional orientation info for our new car after we'd finalized the purchase, as well as took personal ownership, making himself available in the future for additional needs or questions. Very much appreciated as well.Great job for Gary and Chico. If I had an opportunity for the dealership it would be for the gentleman who assisted us with the final paperwork. He was overly persistent in trying to sell us the vehicle coating (perma plate). In this case it actually worked out for the best (I had been declining it as unneeded, but larer realized that we're moving to a state where salt is going to be kicked up everywhere in winter, and we needed it after all), but had we really not needed it and he persisted further, we might have changed our minds on our car purchase. In all other aspects though, that gentleman did a very good job in helping us get the paperwork done for our car and covering our remaining questions.The perma plate pressure really was the only negative thing with the whole process, and we overall had a great experience with our car purchase and would recommend Ford of Murfreesboro to others. Again thanks to Gary and Chico for making it as easy and stress free as buying a car can be, and thanks for listening to my feedback.

I have had this same problem for a couple of years now and had seen other places to try to identify the problem. It was a problem that got louder as the temperature outside got hotter. Because of this I had had no identification of the problem, just a good guess. When I brought it back to the place I bought it, it was given a diagnostic test the same day and within hours the problem was identified and fixed. I am VERY, VERY satisfied!

I was looking for a particular vehicle (a new base model Ford Fiesta S Hatchback with a manual transmission). I called the dealership and asked about it. They reported that they had that exact car, so I scheduled an appointment to come and drive it the following day. I showed up on the lot (having travelled from 40 minutes away) and the salesman told me that they didn't have a base model and had never had one, but did have the ST with the manual transmission (which is 6k more and loaded). I drove that vehicle, which was nice. I told the salesman that I wanted the S not the ST. He said - let me see what we can do and invited me and my teenage son into the showroom. At this point, the salesman and manager put on the pressure, even to the point of turning my teenage son into the conversation "Don't you really want the fancier car" and telling me literally "The S model is a dumb choice given your option to buy the ST at this price". Seriously? They just called me stupid in front of my teenager. They made NO EFFORT to find the vehicle I wanted at another dealer. It was a complete waste of my time and 80 miles out of my way!! We have a Ford dealer near me that has an ST on the lot. I didn't want that car!!!The only good thing was the lesson that it taught my teenager. "Dad", he said, "Is that why everyone thinks that car salesmen are all slimy?" Yes indeed! From the other reviews, looks like my experience was not unique!I left and went same day to the another dealer to drive the competitor Hyundai Accent. Similar story - They did not have the base model either, but found one in the region they could transfer. And most importantly - treated me with respect and courtesy. I purchased the vehicle from them that evening and took it home 2 days later. We are very happy with it and I have purchased several more vehicles from that competitor.

My conversation with Ford Corporate stated the same level of frustration they have with this group at Ford of Murfreesboro. We would feel better if they would just fix the car or tell us that they don't have a clue what to do. In turn, direct us to another dealership that is competent. Ford is proving to be "Fix Or Repair Daily"!!!

worst customer service we dealt with. Would not buy from them ever and this experience would extend to a Ford product. My daughter's first purchase and continued problems with a clutch that has been in their shop 4+ times with same response of clutch recall and on back order. Replaced the clutch and same problem...apparently not the "new and improved" clutch to solve the issue. Last night car would not get above 25mph on I-24 from Nashville to Murfreesboro. Very nerve racking for my daughter trying to get home! Took to FoB next morning with same excuse and told not an issue/safe to drive! Are you kidding me???? This is my daughter's first purchase and we are heartbroken over this entire experience for her. This Ford of Murfreesboro group does not care!!! Only care about the sale and will dismiss you when a problem occurs. If i could give them 5 negative stars i would.. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP if you expect service after the sale and people that care about customers.

Ordered the ambient kit for my 2013 fusion se. Was told it was one price then the next was told a different price. I work Monday-Friday 8-5 and the only time I had to get it done was on the weekend.They don't have a mechanic who can work on it on the weekend so I had to do it on the weekday. It's extremely inconvenient, but they provided me a rental car so that I could go to work.They were very nice, but they could maybe try to accommodate the customer a little bit more with their hours.Unfortunately most people work the same shift as I do, so that would be my only complaint. All in all, they were helpful and apologetic, I would recommend this place.

I drove from over two hours away to purchase a Ford Certified 2013 Mustang GT on Jan 31st, 2013. I had it one week and it went to the local dealer for a vibration problem. I have requested a buy back from Ford due to them still not having it fixed 72 days later. In that time, I have spoken to Chico in sales, Terry Kidd that is the used car manager, Kayla in service, and Will and Steve in finance for various issues in the process, most recently dealing with refunding my aftermarket warranty purchased at the same time as the vehicle. Each of these people talked a big game, but the only one who has done exactly what he said he would was Chico. The rest of these folks have flat out refused to call me back or honor doing what they said they would do. I would never do business with this dealership again as they will bend over backwards for the sale, but treat you like you have a communicable disease when you need a problem addressed after the sale.

With 12,000 customers of mine served annually the word is getting out, I cant even get a manager to return my call, but I get sent a box of cookies my kids wont even eat? Very unsatisfied, never again will I return to this dealership as I doubt I would even get a proper oil change since I got a negative mark on my credit for them not holding up their side of the contract.

We were looking to purchase a truck and our work schedules are very hectic. I viewed the vehicle online and after setting up an appointment with Antwan Davis I went to M'boro to drive the vehicle. I was up front with Antwan about how much we would pay for the vehicle and also about my tight schedule. He had the vehicle waiting for a test drive when I arrived. Once the test drive was complete he answered my questions and I called my Credit Union right away to get the financing set up. Ford of Murfreesboro does have financing options available however there was no problem with me using my Credit Union. I made a call, they faxed over the needed paperwork and they were great to let my husband come and pick the truck up the next morning due to our work schedules. I highly recommend Ford of Murfreesboro and I highly recommend Antwan Davis, if you call and he is not in leave a message for him...it is worth the wait because his customer service is fantastic!

Each time it needed servicing, we took it to Ford of Murfreesboro so, when we were ready to trade it in, that's where we went, getting a 2012 Explorer. That was a good experience so we didn't hesitate going there for another new car. Decided to go back to an Escape (our third)! We were looking for a car to replace my explorer so I started to look on line and filled out some information. We decided to go to Ford of Murfreesboro to look at our options. We called Chico Marable and he reviewed our wants and started to show us the 2015 Escapes. We Took a coupl out for a test drive and decided to discuss our options. After a couple of day we called Chico back and he again showed us the current inventory. We decided on the color and the options we wanted and Chico and Nate (his associate) walked us through the process seamlessly. I would highly recommend this organization for the purchase of your next vehicle.

I went with my 87 year old dad to look at a 2014 Edge.He wanted to trade in his F-150 truck ,for the Edge. I had done my homework and knew how much difference I wanted to pay on the trade in. We were met by Joe Blevins.He showed the car and let my dad test drive it. Joe was professional in every way and answered all our questions.Joe got us the deal we wanted at the price I wanted to pay. Drove 6 hours to get here and was told we could make two different pmts for the down payment that was wrong ended up spending 4.5 hours in dealership for a deal the said would take 30 mins salesman we dept with was great managers were not great and seemed rude to us would never go back or recommend this place

Overall great experience. They worked with me and did not pressure me at all. David was very helpful. The one thing I really liked was they showed me all the numbers up front and not just a payment. It really helps to see what kind of deal you are really getting. I will not deal with a dealership that will only show you a payment like the VW dealership down the street. I would highly recommend this dealership. If I could give one tip it would be more information about the vehicle from the salesman.

After buying my 2014 Edge from Chico at this dealership I called two days later to speak with the GM and left a message for a return phone call. That was over 2 weeks ago. I am completely dissatisfied with my experience here and wanted to share that since it was the 2nd car I bought from here in two years. Chico and his manager went behind my back and ran my credit with 4 additional banks after I asked them to only run my credit with Ford Credit only and Ford Credit financed my car at 1.9. Ford Murfreesboro has added 3 additional Hard Credit hits to my report behind my back for no reason affecting my credit report for the next two years. This is not customer service! My fourth new purchase since 2009. How could they ever even make it up to me! Problem is that they haven't even contacted me after I have made it clear that this was a very unpleasant experience.

This was our first time buying expierence here. Our sales person Kevin was so helpful. He guided us every step of the way. He was able to answer all our questions and did look out for our best interest. He found us exactly what we wanted and the process was so smooth. This is the first dealors hip we have been to that really cared about our needs. We did not feel pressured or rushed. All the employees that we came in contact with very friendly. It was like we were part of their family. We walked into the dealership not really knowing what we were going to be able to do. The time Kevin took with us was amazing. Dealership only cared to make sell no matter what they had to do. On 12/11/2014 I went to Ford Murfreesboro to look at trucks. I could not find one that fit all my needs and started looking at other vehicles. I found a 2014 Edge and I wanted the Edge Sport that Chico the Salesperson found in their inventory. He could not locate this particular car but showed me the Limited. Since he could not find the Sport I decided on the Limited. He rushed me inside and started the paperwork on the fly. I felt like he was rushing me through the whole process to just make a sell and move on. I am pretty aware of my credit info and asked Chico and his manager to ONLY run my credit with Ford Credit. I said this more than once. Two years ago I bought a mustang from them and they ran my credit and sent it out to probably 10 different banks. When it was my turn to go into the finance office with Steve I found out that they ran it with 4 or 5 other banks after I told Chico and his manager to ONLY run Credit with Ford. So disappointed in this whole purchase. I have bought 4 new cars since 2009 from Ford and this is unacceptable. If I could do it again I would have picked a different car.

Ford of Murfreesboro is probably the best buying experience I have ever had when buying a vehicle. When you get there, you HAVE to ask for Charles Bobo!!! This man truly takes the time to understand what you are looking for and will work relentlessly to get you the best deal he can. His sales approach is not pushy, but accommodating, and I have yet to ever feel "pressured" into buying a vehicle from Bobo! This perhaps explains why I have already purchased 2 vehicles from him within the past 18 months and will most likely be back within the next 18 months for vehicle #3!!! I ask for him by name every single time and will not step foot on the property unless I know he is there. Charles Bobo is truly first-class and a pleasure to do business with.

I have such mixed feelings about this dealership. I was going to give them 5 stars across the board but one person had to ruin it for them. I was working with a sales associate by the name of Chance, he was amazing to work with! If you are going to this dealership I would ask for him because he was so kind and polite. I live 10 hours away from here and I was asking Chance to do so many things for me to get me a good deal from, go ask your manager XYZ and call me back. Take a picture of the car in the morning and night and in the inside in the morning and night and send it to me so I can see what it looks like in different lighting. He did everything without hesitation and without complaint. I would give Chance 10 stars out of 5 he was that good. But then came the Sales Manager. I believe his name is Art. In the end I ended up not going with this deal because I found a much better deal locally so it saved me more money and a 10 hour trip so common sense says I went with the local one. After finding out, Art called me and basically yelled and complained that they had worked so hard and that I should back out of my local deal because he wasn't happy with me going with them. Not because his deal was better but because he worked harder and he said "don't we deserve something?". And once I told him I wasn't going to go with his deal he cut me off and say "you know what forget it bye, just bye" and hung up on me. I WOULD recommend this dealer to a friend but only if you don't have to work with Art.

I contacted Boyce by phone and hammered out the deal, upon my arrival I was greeted with a welcome sign with my name on it and the staff welcomed me by name. The deal was done as promised and from start to finish only took about two hours (that included all paper work, test drive, vehicle detailed and filled with gas). The possiblity of purchasing a new vehicle began as we drove home from lunch on a Sunday. As we drove home, my husband turned into Ford of Murfreesboro. Not really knowing what I wanted we started looking at the SUVs. We were greeted by a young man who immediately said he had just started but would get someone with more experience, Charles Bobo. We were drawn to the Ford Edge on that was pre-owned. After driving it, I decided we could talk numbers but made it very clear that I would not push paper back and forth across a desk and I knew what I needed and what I wanted. After gathering some information from my husband and myself, we began the process that was painless. We did do some paper pushing but not like other experiences where I have walked out. Due to the high volume that day, it took a while to get all the paper work together. But while waiting, Charles continue to talk with us,getting to know us and making sure if there was anything we needed, i.e. cold drink, coffee, etc. He took us to the service area where my husband got to see a Viper. Charles made sure the Edge we were purchasing was detailed and had a full tank of gas-love this! Afterwards, he helped us transfer our items from old car to new car and helped us set up the Bluetooth feature. He even spoke of our son as we left. When I got home, I realized I had left some CDs and an old cell phone in my old car. I called Charles and he immediatley returned my call. We meet the next day and he got my things for me. Because of this pleasant experience, I will recommend my family and friends to go see Charles. He knows what he is doing.

I purchased an F-150 after initially viewing one of their presentation ads on Youtube. I made contact with the dealership via email and received an immediate response from the internet sales person Mr. Ryan Greatrex. Ryan was an absolute pleasure to deal with and the entire sale was conducted with email and a few Skype sessions. I am currently serving in the military and am stationed in Japan but will be returning to the states soon after 6 years. I really liked Ford of Murfreesboro's lineup of specialty vehicles which is something I couldn't get through the military new car program. I really enjoyed the no hassle experience provided by Mr. Greatrex and would highly recommend him to anybody. Buying a car can be a nightmare but Ryan and his team are some of the friendliest and most helpful anywhere.

Antwan was professional, knowledgeable about the process and was able to attend to my purchase as well as assist with two other customers, on his day off! Steve made my day!. Initially, I was told Ford would not finance the vehicle due to mileage; however, when I returned to the dealership, he had located a lender and I was able to get the loan through a lender at a decent interest rate. My purchase was not anything grand for the dealership, but to me, it was another step in accomplishing one of my personal goals for this year! In June me and my husband bought my dream car a 2014 Roush Mustang. We are from Ohio and traveled to Murfreesboro to test drive a car that had all the options that I wanted. The car was perfect and is now mine. I can not say enough good things about our salesman Ryan Greatrex and his partner Tamara Box. Through the whole purchase experience both were quick to answer questions and a pleasure to talk to. Even after a few months of owning the car efforts above and beyond to assists us with the car have been made. I strongly recommend this dealership and these two if looking for a vehicle. We decided to go to Ford of Murfreesboro again, to buy our 2015 SUV because, we have been very pleased with them since we bought our used 2010 SUV a few years ago, which we traded in. We went to other dealerships in the past and it was worse than going to the dentist and having a root canal done. Ford of Murfreesboro isn't like that. They really show you respect, kindness and patience as you look at all the choices you have and they explain all the pros and cons of all features of that particular vehicle. This is the third car I've purchased from Ford of Murfreesboro, so you know they're doing something right. The dealership was quite busy the day I was there, but I never felt rushed. The salesman who assisted me with my purchase, (Joe Blevins) was knowledgeable about the vehicles, and after the sale was completed, and a lesser salesman could have abandoned me to my own devices, went out of his way to make sure I understood the ins and outs of the MyFord Touch, even helped me set up the sync between my cell phone and the car. He included his card with the manual, and told me to call if I had any questions after I left. High recommendations for both Ford of Murfreesboro, and Joe!

I also, have never seen, such a selection, of Roush Mustangs, in one place, in my life. What a great Birthday gift to myself! We are both celebrating the same year of celebration, 50 years! They also had a large selection of other ford vehicles! The dealership was beautiful and very professional! They also offered the best sales prices, rebates, and trade in values! I highly recommend Ryan and Tamra and their professional team! It was definitely worth the trip, from Louisville, Kentucky. I'm not a fan of the car buying process, hopping from one dealer to the next - trying to get the best deal and someone who is willing to work with me through the process. A new truck is a big investment, and a lot of the other dealerships I went to just assumed I would buy from them b/c they had a truck on the lot. Well, I bought from Ford of Murfreesboro b/c Amy Contino would answer all my questions and answer them quickly. This is the reason I drove about an hour out here instead of the Ford dealership down the street!

Jayme Dillon was both informative and kind. He did a terrific job explaining all the features on the different models of the 2014 Flex. He made it very easy to make a decision as to which one would meet all our family's needs. He included our Seven years old autistic grandson in the process since we told Jayme this was a scarey experience for him. Our grandson didn't want to change cars because he was comfortable with the one we had. Jayme made him feel like it was partly our grandson's decision so he could get acclimated to the change. Jayme, YOU ARE THE BEST!!! Everyone at the dealership was polite and helpful, too. They didn't pressure you into making a decision right on the spot and we really liked that. The financial rep (sorry we can't remember his name) was informative and helped us to pick the best financial plan for us. We would definitely recommend this dealership to purchase a new car.

We went to Ford of Murfreesboro just to look at a vehicle that was advertised. A salesman, Charles Bobo, approached us in the parking lot and it seemed we had known him forever. We had a good visit and came back the next day to perhaps make a purchase. Everyone we met was very nice and we were not pressured into a purchase. We did purchase a vehile and it did not takes hours and there was no going back and forth with bids. Charles took care of everything and it was the easiest car purchase we have done. My husband and I found a Roush online and called Murfreesboro. Ryan Greatrex called him back. He was fantastic. We had spoken many times on the phone and Ryan always called us right back when we had questions. We flew over 1,100 miles to look at the car. We were greeted by Tamara Box, who was awesome. She was extremely friendly and hospitable. She showed us around the dealership and answered any questions we had. We took the car for a test drive, then sat down with Ryan to go over all the details. He was just as personable in person as he was on the phone. We felt like we were old friends meeting up. We wanted to add personal touches to the car, stripes, lovers, side vents, etc. and Ryan spent the time to go over all the options. My husband and I found a Roush online and called Murfreesboro. Ryan Greatrex called him back. He was fantastic. We had spoken many times on the phone and Ryan always called us right back when we had questions. We flew over 1,100 miles to look at the car. We were greeted by Tamara Box, who was awesome. She was extremely friendly and hospitable. She showed us around the dealership and answered any questions we had. We took the car for a test drive, then sat down with Ryan to go over all the details. He was just as personable in person as he was on the phone. We felt like we were old friends meeting up. We wanted to add personal touches to the car, stripes, lovers, side vents, etc. and Ryan spent the time to go over all the options. Ryan kept us up to date on the car and sent us pictures every step of the way. When the car arrived, it was incredible! We were extremely happy and cannot thank Ryan and Tamara for all they've done. Purchased a vehicle today from this dealership; what a smooth transaction! Spoke to Chico and Chris on the phone before making the 150 mile trip from Knoxville. Gave us a great price on the vehicle we wanted. This is very well organized operation. Chico greeted us outside by name, then took us inside to an office where our paperwork was waiting. Everything was itemized exactly as per our agreement on the phone. After inspecting our trade in they also agreed to our asking price, no haggling, no hassles. Went on our test drive and sealed the deal. The owner of the dealership was also on site and personally thanked us for making the trip and purchasing a vehicle from them. This was an unprecedented event for us in all of our years of buying cars! Next up was Steve who was very helpful in walking us through all the financing paperwork. Made the not so much fun of purchasing a vehicle tolerable. Lastly, on our trip back home we remembered that we had left 6 cds in the cd player in our old vehicle. I was going to make myself a note to call Chico on Monday morning, but no need! By the time we arrived home he had already left a message on our answering machine that he had found them and would mail them to us with our new tags when they arrived. Where do you get better customer service than that?!!!!

This is the first time I have bought a vehicle in a few years. Antwan was very helpful and pleasing to deal with. He was very courteous and knowledgable of everything that was going on. He kept dealing with me till the price was negotiable. I put down a deposit that night and went home and checked Kelly Blue Book and you guys had them beat over $2,000. I was very pleased with Antwon Davis's service and help in getting me into a vehicle that was at my target monthly payment for my budget. A little bit of back and forth with the sales manager and they agreed to my monthly payment maximum. The process was fairly quick with final clean up and processing of paper work with the Finance manger. With a purchase like this straining my budget, they made it as pail less as possible. Have purchased several vehicles from this dealership, have been very happy with every purchase. This purchase was quite different as we were not purchasing a vehicle for every day use, but to tow behind a motorhome. Our needs were based more on price than on luxury, looks, and so on. Our sales rep., Laura Pigg had several vehicles ready for us to view when we arrived. Further, she took time to research vehicles that could be towed 4 wheels on the ground, as not all vehicles can be. Unfortunatly the new vehicles we looked at did not fit our budget. Ms. Pigg found a very nice used vehicle at a sister store that was very close to our price range. Ms. Pigg and the sales mngr (I believe, Chris.) did shave several hundred dollers off the price and we were able to make a deal on this vehicle. Ford also offered an extended warranty which actually provided a better warranty on the 2012 than we would have received purchasing a 2014, all within the budget my wife and I agreed on. During our conversation with Ms. Pigg, we learned she has been with Ford, about one month. Ms. Pigg represented Ford well by doing what sales reps do, get the customer to buy. However, she was very proffesional, very honest, and did not pressure us in any way. Ford of Murfreesboro will again be our first stop when it's time to purchase another vehicle.....

I just want to tell you of a recent experience I have had with this dealership, I visited the dealership and found a Ford F-150 on the lot that I really liked, I sat in it and thought this maybe the truck for me, I didnt take a test drive since I wanted to do a little research on not only the Truck but the dealership also.A few days later armed with a True Car certificate I sent the dealership a email stating that I had a certificate from True car and it clearly stated on that said certificate that I could get ANY in stock F-150 truck for the amount shown below.The person who responded who I wont share hes/her name firstly disputed the certificate and said that they couldnt possible sell it for that price, so I gave up, then low and behold the same person a few hours later came back and said that he/she had spoken with her General Sales manager who had agreed and would honor the certificate and said I could have the truck and that they would honor the price quoted by me (how gracious of them).So since I really wanted this truck and the fact was I couldnt find another within 150 miles with the same specs made the dealership an OTD dollar amount, an email came back stating that they couldnt possible sell me that truck for that price but at this point this person had NOT spoken to hes/her Sales manager since it was hes/her day off and was reading my email from home, so he/she had already denied my offer without even consulting anyone else, as you all know when you deal with a sales person they always have to get approval for every dime from a manager.Later that day I get an email stating that they can offer me the truck OTD for $$$$$ so at this point we were $1100 apart, the email ends with Meet me half wayI stupidly took that to mean split the difference, what else could it mean, so I think about it for a while and offer another $500 the dealership then responds with blaa blaa blaa and how a good a deal this is for ME and that I shouldnt let this offer go they and pass me by, yeah you know the same old record they sing about every time you try to buy a car and how they have to make money (Which isnt true, dealers can actually sell a car/truck at a loss believe it or not), weve all heard it, it gets old after a while and states the Sales manager said I can have it OTD the door for $108 less than hes original offer. now how in the world is that Meet me half way when I went to school I would have to say at a guess thats about 89/11% in their favor, not sure what Meet me half way means anymore, so I told them where to stick their great offer and I moved on, there not the only Ford dealer but they wont be earning my business today, tomorrow on any other day soon, at the end of the day they lost a buyer for LESS THAN $400 SO BE WARNED!!!Good Luck going here.

Ford of Murfreesboro has some of the easiest people to work with. They are attentitive and do almost anything possible in order to satisfy the customer. Buying a vehicle from them was one of the easiest and most delightful experiences that one could ask for. I purchased a 2013 Ford Escape from them in October 2012, brand new, less than 50 miles on it. Within the first 7 months It was in the shop over 60 days for various issues. I got my oil changes done on time and took care of the vehicle so there wasn't anything I could do to have this effect. The engine light kept coming on, the care just had issues. After the manufacture would not do anything to help, Ford of Murfreesboro bought the car back and traded it out for a 2012 F-150 that had 18,000 miles on it. Although I put 8 grand down and this trade increased my payment I was okay with it. No here I am 8 months later and I had to drop the truck off do to it not starting. So all in all great place, great staff! Product is something to be desired, nothing but issues.

In the last 10 years, we or our family members have purchased more than 6 vehicles from them. We got a call from the Ford of Murfreesboro store aking us to come take a look at the 2014 Fusion well since we bought our first one there and only 2 years ago I was hesitant to go but they told my husband they had a lot of great rebates and a life time warrenty running now. Well that made me want to at least take a look. Well all it took was Joe our sales man to assure us we would love the new style and he promised to get us at the numbers we wanted. Well he delivered in every way and now we are driving our new 2014 awesome Fusion. Best place ever to buy a car!! Had driven our vehicle to just under 100K miles, the highest mileage on any car we have ever owned. It had been 17 years since i had bought an automobile. My first Ford was a 1953. I was still driving my 1997 tbird, with a cigarette lighter, ashtray and a tape player, when I decided to buy a another car. My tbird has over 220,000 miles and it is still running great. I was more in the market for a technogy/safety upgrade more than I did a new engine. Since my tbird still ran well, I was in no hurry. I took my time and shopped around, in person and on the internet. i looked at several different makes and models, but always came back to a Ford. The final decision came down to "new or used", "Edge or Escape". I chose a "new 2014 Escape", and I chose to buy it from Ford of Murfressbor. I love it!

I started a new job recently and went through a bankruptcy 2 years ago so I was concerned that even though I'd worked very hard to re-establish my credit, I wouldn't be able to buy a new car. I had been doing tote-a-note for a couple of years while I got my credit built up. My son was also trying to buy a car and while he had great on the job time, no credit. Purchased a late non-Ford model vehicle from the dealership after having seen a desciption of it online, even though they had just got the car in and hadn't posted any pictures of it yet. I send my email and phone number asking for addtional information and was promply contacted by Chris FItts. He send me more information pictures on the car and was overall great salesperson to work with. After negotiations with Chris and the sales manager, we settled on a deal for the new car with my trade in. I felt like I get a great deal overall. I recently purchased a used Nissan Altima from Ford of Murfreesboro. When I entered the facility, I was promptly met by a sales associate. I explained aI had spoken with Jacob earlier. The associate was quick to locate Jacob. I meet with Jacob at about 3:00 in the afternoon. After a test drive of the vehicle, we promptly reached an agreement and I was handed off to Randall in the Finance Department. That process was handled professionally and promply. Overall, my experience with the pros at Ford of Murfreesboro was excellent. I would recommend that team.

Fantastic buying experience!! I spent almost a year searching for the perfect truck. Ryan Greatrex and his team worked with me during that entire process educating me in the pros and cons of all of the different vehicles I was entertaining. After speaking with several dealers I opted to purchase my new Roush Raptor from Ford of Murfreesboro based on several reasons; excellent service, proficiency of their products and eagerness to search for the perfect vehicle were just a few of the reasons. From the moment I walked into the dealership to the time I walked out I felt at ease. I received no sales pressure, only good advice and willingness to make me happy with my decision. i feel the mark of a truly good experience is not how well people respond when things are flawless but how well they do when things go haywire. ford of murfeesboro treated me more like a friend then a customer, something i have never seen in a car dealership. everyone from the top down treated me with so much respect it felt like i was the number one priority at the dealership that day. nate please keep up the good work and im sure the management team appreciates your hard work that you put into my sell, even though i was a bit on the hard side to sell. thanks again for dispelling the myths that all dealerships are out for is to take your money and run. my next cars will definitely come from ford of murfreesboro.

Can not be trusted!! I have been approved for finance for a Mustang through my own lender. I chose to go this route because I am in bankruptcy. I was approved for enough to get the car I want. I went to Ford because they assured me they could make it happen. When I got there the internet sale lady pulled up a brand new Mustang. I was looking at pre-owned. She convinced me that if I finance through Ford Credit, I would receive a much better rate and receive year end incentives if I buy NEW! I have a lot of experience in the automotive industry and I understood my situation well and I did not believe she could make it happen (were talking about a 7000 dollar price difference). She asked me to let her submit my credit application to FORD CREDIT and see what they say. She said I had to fill out the credit application for her to do this and it would only be for FORD. Well just as I told her, It didn't approve for the payment I wanted. I had a better approval with my lender. So now a few weeks later I started receiving denial letters, one or two a day. Probably about 15 lenders now have denied me for a loan that I did not request and for a much higher amount that I asked for. THIS IS FRAUD!!! Now they have damaged my credit even further and lead me into believing that I was just applying with FORD! I was put in touch with their customer relations director who did nothing to fix this big problem. She did give me advice! She said I should change my goals and look for a lesser vehicle. First of all I was approved for 15,000. and I am 100% sure of finding what I want for that, it just may have taken me a few months, but I was fine with that. I let them lie to me and make me think I could get something better. She (AMY) told me my credit isn't bad and she could make it happen.

i have always wanted to own a mustang it is like my dream car. Recently i was faced with having to purchase a new car and up until then I did not have any plans of doing so. I looked at several different cars and several different dealerships but decided to purchase a 2014 Mustang. With the help of Mr. Campbell and Steve they helped me to get through the process and now I have a car that I love. I worked directly with Joe Blevins at Ford of Murfreesboro through the purchase of a new Mustang. I had out of the ordinary circumstances that caused my initial contact to stretch into five weeks before I could finalize a purchase and was looking at options from several companies thoughout that period of time. Joe was patient and stayed in contact, although not overwhelming. At the end of the day, after comparing new vs used and comparing several dealers, Ford of Murfreesboro was the right decision. I live in Murfreesboro and obviously wanted to 'buy local', but after all the comparisons, "Local" was the right call. The sales and sales support team all worked together to show me options of new and used vehicles they located that met the requests I had for color, features, etc. While finalizing the deal, all the options for extended warranties, interior/exterior protection and extended service options were presented, but not uncomfortably pushed. Overall, very pleasant experience.

Dalton Barry was our salesman, and he did a great job. He was helpful and courteous. He was not a pushy salesman. He was insistent that he would make a very good deal for me, and in fact he did! Since the purchase I have also been pleased that the dealership has followed up with me, in helpful ways. Dalton called a few days later to make sure everything was all right. A few days after, someone else called to see if I had any questions, and was easily able to field the questions I did have about using their service department and details about the lifetime warranty.

I recently bought a new Mustang from Ford of Murfreesboro, and I can't recommend them enough. Boyce, Jayme, and Randy were all exceptional in making the buying process smooth and painless. Boyce got me the price I wanted, and I got the car I wanted. Everyone was friendly and helpful. While I plan on keeping this car for a while, I will certainly be returning for any automotive needs I come across.

Chico helped us get a 08 Chevy Trailblazer and we drove home in it that very day! We couldn't be any happier with the help Chico and the staff did for us. On 1/2/2014 I walked into the door of Ford of Murfreesboro, this man opened door for me and greeted me with a very warm smile and introduced himself as Charles Bobo. The first thing that came to my mind was an old family poodle we had many years ago named Bobo. He asked me if he could help me and we got right in on all the things needed to get going on buying a car. Charles Bobo was the most kindest man and very helpful to all my needs. When I first walked in I was really scared of what I was going to do. He automatically made me feel like I was at home talking to him. I felt very comfortable right away. We cut up and laughed as we were getting down to business. I left in my new car feeling very well treated and satisfied. All the members that we dealt with were very nice. It all started with a email followed by a phone call. Hard to believe how polite everyone was. I have bought 14 new cars since 1996 12 of them being new Fords. I had such a bad experience from the last car that I thought I would never buy another Ford. I showed up before the store opened and was walking the lot. Not once did anyone ever bother me when they did open I walk up I was greeted with a smile and the internet salesperson was called for me. I explained what I was looking for and we walked the lot together. I knew that Marcy was doing more listening than talking. She offered to unlock cars and offered for me to drive whatever I wanted. Never any pressure. I went back and forth until I decided the car I wanted and not the car she wanted to sell. We had coffee together and she started getting the information she needed. Meet with Mr. Stone whom I knew from another Ford dealer. Once again no pressure. Never felt so relax buying a car EVER! Once we agreed I meet with Randy in finance. No pressure took the time to show me several ways to finance the car and let me decide. Even gave me a few minutes to think about it and when I had questions he was right there and either had the answers or found them. The next day I received a call from the General Manager to thank me and offer any help. This was the best Guest Service I have ever had. I look forward to them servicing my car since I know what to expect--OVER THE TOP. Thanks so much I look forward to seeing them again.

The collision center at Ford Of Murfreesboro is a joke. It has taken them four times to repair my vehicle and the quality of work is poor, bad paint and sloppy workmanship. But, the lazy attitude and not caring about the customer experience is far greater. Greg is the master of excuses and has an I don't care attitude. The secretary is more concerned with what she did over the weekend...eating gummie bears soaked in vodka. Unprofessional!!! I'm used to a higher standard and doing business with a company that cares about my vehicle, cares about my time, and takes pride in providing quality work ! I have three Cadillacs one if which I purchased from Cadillac of Murfreesboro and the only reason I took my vehicle there was because, Cadillac of Murfreesboro recommended that I use them...of course they did...they are co-owners with FOM . I will take my vehicles to Crest Cadillac for service and repairs in the future.

My last two ford purchases, one at Ford of Franklin and the most recent at Ford of Murfreesboro have been as painless as car buying can be for me. I told him I will see him again for my next purchase. He and Chance both know how to deliver customer service. This is the 8th Ford/Mercury product I have purchased or negotiated and this ranks as being the easiest so far! I have already recommended Ford of Murfreesboro to my friends.

Purchased 2014 Escape, it's a wonderful vehicle. Found a few scuffs in a wheel that we had concerns with, returned to the dealer for follow up. I was told pictures would need to be sent to Ford for approval that would take three to five days. Stopped by the dealer four days later was told Fords web page was down but they would know something soon. No one called returned to the dealer again for follow up. I was told they did get approval and replacement wheel was ordered it would be in within a week, I would get a phone call to set up appointment, never happened. Called my sales person he also told me the wheel was on order and we would get a phone call for appointment. No one called us I called and left voice mails they went un answered. I sent David Lee an e mail explaining all of the above and more, I got a phone call within forty eight hours to repair the wheel. Notice (Repair) no replacement wheel was ever ordered. So not only did the write up person lie so did my sales person. Sales person told us at time of purchase if you refer someone and they purchase a new Ford vehicle we would receive a check for $100.00 We did refer a friend who purchased a 2014 Fusion, as of this writing no check and I don't expect to see one. We were working on a deal for a used vehicle at another dealership. I decided to try Ford of Murfreesboro to see if we could get a good deal on a NEW vehicle before buying another used one. I explained to the salesman at Ford of Murfreesboro my tight budget, and they worked out a great deal on a new 2014 Ford Escape within that budget! In the closing process taxes were initially added to my payment, I explained to the finance manager that noone had said anything about taxes. Instead of explaining to me the reasons this could not be changed (like I've had happen in the past on other vehicle deals), he changed the payment to what I believed it should be! This has been the BEST vehicle buying experience I have ever had, whether new or used.

We were met by the salesman Joe Blevins and he was so kind and knowledgeable about the Ford Escape and was able to show us what we were looking to purchase. He worked with us and did not try to rush us into buying a vehicle that we were not sure about. He provided the necessary guidance that we needed that helped us make the right decision for us!

I found a truck that I was interested in online at Ford of Murfreesboro and began talking to Julia who checked to make sure that the truck was indead on the lot and we set up a time for me to go drive the truck. I was really dreading going over there since i have been insulted at other dealerships. I was really expecting to drive a hour there get insulted then drive a hour home without trading. Fortunely I was very wrong. I was warmly greetly by all the staff that i meet there. and got teamed up with a great salesperson, Wes Martinez who was very helpful described the truck without trying to shove it off on me. he was even able to help make the trade without going to get his manager for every move(hard to believe). To sum it up i got a deal that I was happy with. My wife and I were treated with respect and belive it or not treated like we were a valuable Customer and not just a pawn. Again Thanks to all the great folks at Ford of Murfreesboro, the finance guy,Julia and especally WES Martinez all who helped make this a pleasant experience

The service department is lacking the experience and/or talent needed to complete a 7 1/5 repair in a reasonable time. Took 4 days, then i had to call at 5:00 o'clock to see if it was ready, they said it was. It wouldn't start and gas was pouring out under the engine. This is a different issue than what I had taken it in for. I'll post another update when this new issue is resolved, hope it's not another 4 days.

Very easy to deal with trade involved. Transaction was started online and shared photos with salesman via text messaging. This dealer is a volume dealer and no hassle negotiations. Very smooth and timely delivery. The one issue that slipped through the crack was the car had not been washed the morning of delivery. I'm sure it was just an oversight. I did not bring the issue up since the car was pretty clean and I had a 300 mi drive home. Friendly staff and I would highly recommend this dealer for new or used auto purchase. This dealership is outstanding! I purchased a 2013 Taurus but had a miscommunication with the salesperson on the installed options. The sales manager quickly fixed the issue and located a car that had the options that I wanted plus extra at no additional cost. The sales team has been great and has quickly responded to any issues I've encountered. I plan to replace my other car soon and I'll be going back to Ford of Murfreesboro!

I was in the market for a newer vehicle to replace my 2010 Hyundai Sante Fe. I decided to stop by the local Ford dealership (Ford of Murfreesboro) and was greeted by Jim Mink. I already had Ford Edge on my short list (Nissan Murano was the other possible one). Jim was very willing to show me what I wanted, he was never pushy, was knowledgable of the vehicles, and was sincere in his efforts to help me find the right car. During that intial evening after work when I stopped by, Jim needed to slip away briefly and help a customer that he sold a car to, but had another sales person (Keira ?spelling) help me in his absence. Keira was also very friendly and helpful. She continued to show me some other vehicles I wanted to see. Keira was also knowledgable of the vehicles. Since it was getting close to closing time, I told Jim I would be back the next day as I was taking off work to make my car purchase. I told Jim that my prior car was purchased at CarMax as I did not want to go through the typical car buying experience. I was pretty direct in telling Jim that I was exactly the kind of customer they were looking for. I was ready to buy a car, I have excellent credit, and was buying the next day. Jim told me when he would arrive at work the next day so I agreed to come back in with my wife. The next day we met Jim. I showed my wife a few of the vehicles I had considered and we test drove one in particular. I told Jim I was ready to make a deal, but also reminded him that I did not want to play the "typical" car buying game of back and forth. I told him I would walk out if it started to turn into that game. Needless to say, Jim took my comments to heart and advised his Sales Manager. From there the deal went down with they evaluated my trade in and Jim brought me a deal offer. To my pleasant surprize, the first offer was totally acceptable. My trade value was fair, they discounted the vehicle without me asking to a fair price. I did research the evening before and also talked to my Credit Union about the value of this vehicle. I was honestly surprized I did not have to negotiate at all. Now diehards would say I didn't get the lowest possible price, etc. To me it's more about a win-win / fair deal. Jim Mink was great to deal with. Keira was very nice too. Everyone I met was very friendly and wanted to be helpful. One other salesman, (who's name I don't know), also walked me to the coffee pot in the service area so I could get a cup of coffee. So would I recommend Ford of Murfreesboro. Absolutely. Ask for Jim Mink or Keira and they will definitely help you find the car you are wanting. I purchased a 2012 Ford Edge Limited with only 13,700 miles. It was a personal lease and was like new. I felt that I wanted to purchase a plug-in hybrid but despite all the hours I had spent studying online I still had several questions that needed answers. Wes took me to the C-Max Energi and proceed to answer every one of my questions. After only a few feet of the test drive I knew the C-Max was the one. The purchase process went very smoothly and the car was mine in no time. The next day Winnie helped me with Sync and answered any other question I could come up with. went to look at new F-150's at Ford of mboro on 10/22/13. it was a cool and light rainy day, I looked for about 5 minutes or so when Joe Blevins approached to see if he could be of assistance (the only sales person I had seen outside), I told him I was just looking (like you always do) and Joe told me about the great deals ford was running this month. I told Joe I did not quite see what I was looking for and he took me to the back where he had some trucks that had been delivered earlier, I found a truck I fell in love with and matched what I was looking for. we took it for a test drive and that was all she wrote!!! Major props to Joe Blevins, finance department, and Ford of Murfreesboro!!!

Overall, Sale man Travis Hamilton did an excellent job of getting what I wanted. However, I do believe there are communication issues. After Travis and I made the deal for the 2014, I get a call the next day from General Manager wanted to know if I was still interest in the 2013. After I told him I had bought the 2014, the GM did proceed to tell me that it was going to cost me more. I call Travis and told him about what was happening and about 3 hours later he got the situation straighten out. After the car was delivered later in the week, it has been a joy to drive.

Scored a 2013 C-Max SEL with all the options we were looking for. Dealing with the internet sales team was painless. We were able to conduct all the negotiations over the phone before we even left home to travel to the dealership. Our team (Chico Marable and Jayme Dillon) got us out of the dealership and on the road headed for home in a smooth manner. Definitely enjoyed the buying experience. I had been looking for a new car for some time and I finally decided to check out Ford of Murfreesboro. My salesman, Chico Marable, was excellent! He never pressured me to look a one car over another, and he was happy to let me test drive the vehicles as long as I wanted :). I fell in love with a 2014 Focus Hatch, and purchased it for a good price in comparison to other dealers. Overall the customer service here is excellent, and I feel good about my new purchase!

I probably would have purchased a vehicle elsewhere had it not been for the persistence of "Chico" my salesperson. He contatced me often to let me know of vehicles that they had and I decided to pay him the courtesy of a visit and ended up making a purchase. He was not overbearing in the least and I appreciated that. I would recommend that anyone who is in the market for a vehicle at least drop by Ford of Murfreesboro and check them out.

The dealership claims it is the #1 Roush dealer in the country and all over the world. They misrepresented a GT Premium for a Roush. How can they not know it isn't a Roush if they go through the used cars they take in on trade-ins before putting them on the lot to resell? If they claim to know so much about the Roush, how can they not know the difference between a true Roush and one that is a GT Premium with Roush add-ons? They tried to blame it on an inexperienced young salesman. The used car manager has very poor customer manners. Sure, they tried to remedy the situation by selling us a new Roush for $100 more per month. Completely bad dealership. I'd rather walk than buy a car from them. I suggest to the public to stay far far away from this dealership. Not an honest place at all.

I am in the beginning stages of buying my second Mustang. I have peen price shopping for now but will be ready to purchase soon. I only expressed interest in one car and the dealership contacted me twice, by two different sales associates. Right now I only want pricing info as I am an educated buyer on the Mustang. So far I am satisfied that the contact hasn't been overwhelming, but they are staying in touch.

Traded my 2009 Focus in on a 2014 Ford Escape. Salesman Jim Mink was very helpful in making it happen. I am very happy with Ford of Murfreesboro much more so than when the previous owners were there. If there is anything I hate it is having to spend all day at a dealership with the salesman running back and forth to a manager to get it approved, well, that did not happen at Ford of Murfreesboro. Jeremy Fortner approved it on the first go around on my terms. My only wish is that they would have thrown in a few oil changes,which I failed to negotiate. I am very happy with my new ride.

Our prior experiences with Ford of Murfreesboro have been excellent. Recently we had the pleasure of being greeted by Jim Mink, sales consultant. We were impressed with his calming approach. He was not 'pushy' and understood our needs. The remained of the staff also accommodated us very well and we drove home with a 2014 Focus from a trade-in. They especially took much time explaining the Sync of which was a new feature for us. The staff is extremely friendly and Jim Mink is a great guy.

I had stopped by Ford of Murfreesboro on a Friday afternoon was greeted right away by Wes M. He was friendly and respectful. I told him what we were looking at and he showed me some options. After paperwork was complete they ran all our options and contacted us on Saturday and we signed Saturday night. Car still needed to be inspected and cleaned. So they provided me with loaner car off the lot (very nice one) for the reminder of the weekend. When we returned Monday to pick up car Mr. Wilson had rerun our paperwork and found a better deal so we resigned. Car was still being processed so we did have to waiting a little while, but again while waiting we were checked on several time to make sure we where okay and if we needed anything. While waiting Mr. Wilson returned again with an even better offer so we resigned again. Mr. Wilson went above and beyond to continue to find us the better finance deal. Detail Dept. little under staffed but that doesn't change our minds about Ford of Murfreesboro. Thanks for the awesome service and for a great car.

At first I was a little skeptical as to if I could actually fit in the 2014 Mustang GT I was pleased to find that I did I'm a huge muscle car guy so this 5.0 monster is the closest thing to the stage 3 roush that I originally wanted but couldn't afford the salesmen were great with helping my dream come true I had never driven a stick but they were quick to help me get up to speed and out on the road the office staff were super nice and definitely went out of their way to make sure my experience was nothing below mind blowing I'm happy I took the time to drive from Clarksville to Murfreesboro their stock can't be beat every color and model you could ever want my mind is still blown its like one of my dreams just happened 420 horse power there are no words to describe your first big block v8

This was frankly one of the easiest car purchase experiences that I have had. Our salesman, David, though very new to the dealership was knowledgeable and courteous. Everyone from the finance officer to the sales manager were upbeat, positive, and tried to be sure that our buying experience was a positive one. On top of that I feel that I got a great deal on the car that I wanted. It was worth driving 50 miles from my home to make the deal.

I have purchased many vehicles and found that the process at Ford of Murfreesboro was the best. The customer service and buying process was by far the greatest. I will go back again and send all of my friends, as this was the easiest purchase I have ever made. They had a public appearance by Jack Rousch at this dealership. There was a line of about 100 "general public" who had waited for hours for an autograph. The only ones they let in were "rousch owners". The manager would not come out to talk to the people. He sent a girl out. This was not advertised as a "Rousch owners" event, nor did the ad say owners would receive priority. I feel (as did MANY) of the people who were shut out that the dealership showed poor judgement. The manager showed lack of respect for the public, and whoever organized the event did a poor job. If this is how this dealership conducts business, I would urge everyone to take a close look at it before making a purchase. I should have taken a picture of the manager hiding inside like a coward. I am sure the dealership received a portion of the proceeds from the Rousch memorabilia being sold. Most people bought something to have signed. The dealership should offer refunds to people if they would like one. I come from a Ford Motor Company family. They built them, designed them and we own them. No wonder American made cars have gotten such a bad rap.

Just purchased a used Ford at this dealership. Scott Dickens was our sales rep. He did such a great job in making sure everything when well. Seems like an honest, friendly, and caring place. The A/C in the vehicle went from cool to hot with not warning. I thought possibly we would need a new compressor unit. It's the wife's vehicle and it needed to be fixed. We dropped it off to Quick Lane they did a review and found that it should be checked by the GM Serivces. I didn't have to return to Quick Lane to move it to the Chevy people. It was all done by Mr. Lamount. When the vehicle was fixed a ready for pick-up, all we did was drive back to Qucik Lane. Turned out the vehicle did not need a new compressor. The wire to the compressor was shot. The wife left with a smile on her face and that meant she approved the service we got.

I worked for this dealership 5 years ago and still had a couple friends around so when my GirlFriend needed a new car, I figured there was only one place to go. Scott Rose, Tom Lange and the rest of the team at Ford of Murfreesboro stepped up better than I could ever have asked for and she left with a brand spankin new Focus when we were thinking about checkin out a couple year old used model. We are both overly thankful and once again I am reassured that it doesnt get any better than Ford of Murfreesboro. I will be back in October to add another new Ford to the driveway!!! I know the full time my car was there it was not all of your fault, but when Kim did not call my service contract company after 5 days to receive the approval on addition work, when I call and had to wait on the phone over 45min, than I had to left a message and did not receive a call back that day or the next. Also, my car was there for two week, I need to retrieve an Item from my car, I and one of you rep. found the car unlocked??? When they brought the car to my when it was finished, they did not insure the hood was closed Yes, it was open when they brought it to me The inside had finger prints on the dash Yes, it was unclean. That is why I will not recommend your dealership.

The most hassle free buying experience I've ever had. Although we live 377 miles from this dealer it was well worth the drive. Started buying process on their web site. Answers to our questions were answered almost immediately. Received more than a fair price for my trade in. Very clean dealership, everyone was exceptionally nice. Our salesman Ryan, best salesman ever, honest, trustworthy.. not words commonly associated with a car salesman. Business manager explained everything to us and found us the best interest rate available. I'll keep this car for 10 yrs. but then I will buy my next one (an upgrade) from this dealership even though I live out of state.

I am writing this review not an hour after leaving the dealership because I am so appalled and quite stunned at the way my wife and I were treated at this dealership. First off, as soon as we walk in, the man that greets us asks right off the bat if we're ready to buy today. This was annoying but expected, and I proceeded to inform him that we were just beginning the car buying/leasing process and we wanted to look at a few options. Well little did I know that his question was actually a test to see whether he would pass us off to the 18 year old kid who'd been there for 2 weeks and never sold a car, or whether we were worth the effort. With a quick "I've got a deal working right now" mumbled under his breath, he set off to find the poor chump who would have to deal with us. However, this was to be only the first slight of the afternoon. Annoyed but determined, we forged ahead despite this. Next up, Junior took us out to look at a car and right off the bat asked us again what it would take to get us to buy it today. For crying out loud! All these people see is the dollar bills coming out of your pockets. No one cares about helping us find the right car for us or helping us make the right decision. And as soon as we explained that we are just starting the process, he shut down, became even less personable and less helpful than he was before, and basically just sat in the back seat silent during the uncomfortable and annoying test drive. We loved the car, but the whole experience of that drive put us off of it, and we were frankly ready to get out of there. I could've gotten more information from the lamp post the car was parked under. I knew more about the car than he ever will, and it baffles me how it can be your profession to sell a particular brand of car, yet know nothing about it. All of this said, I felt that I couldn't be too hard on the kid. After all, he was new to the trade and my frustration began to settle on the bozo who passed us off to him and the training, or lack thereof, he was receiving. Upon returning to the dealer, we were promptly ejected from the car and weren't given any opportunity to look at a different model, even though we had clearly stated we wanted to do just that. Eager to get rid of us in search of easier prey, we were rushed inside to "crunch the numbers" which consisted of us being sat down and left for 5 minutes while he had the sales manager scratch down some figure on a sales sheet for a car we hadn't even looked at. "It's close enough" was the answer when I pointed that out. Not satisfied with this and determined to get at least a shred of useful information about the finances of buying/leasing a car from this dealer, I pushed even harder. I guess something broke in his brain, and he left and returned with the sales manager. She was polite and professional but was also eager to be rid of us. Which by this time was fine with me. I was pretty much fed up and was ready to blow a fuse, but elected instead to just politely leave with what little dignity they'd allowed us to keep. I've never walked out of a place of business feeling so bad. I mean, we dress fairly nice and drive a nice vehicle now. We don't smell or have missing teeth or anything. We're not that young, approaching 30. So I don't know what it was about us that triggered that salesman instinct to kick us out the door without even trying to earn our trust or business. I suppose unless you have your checkbook out ready to go, its hands off. The ironic thing is that we were 99% sure we were going to buy that car when we drove in, and 100% sure we weren't when we drove out. And it wasn't the car's fault either. It's a brilliant car worth every penny. But not one of those penny's will go to this dreadful establishment. Although a terrible experience, we did gain something. We have now ruled out the Ford and will be buying a Hyundai. Now I just need to get this bad taste out of my mouth.

This was a very pleasant buying experience for my wife and I. Everyone at the dealership was very professional, courteous and helpful. Wes helped us find the exact vehicle we were looking for. He was very knowledgeable about all the different vehicle models available and the specific options we wanted. Once we found the vehicle, the dealership came up with a price that was within our budget and we were out the door with our new vehicle in a matter of minutes. A great place to buy a vehicle. Decided to trade in my 2011 F150 for a better equipped 2013 F150. I purchase under the X-Plan so vehicle price is not a deciding factor for me. Trade value, how the dealership treats me, and service department are what wins my business. My sales consultant Greg Theobald understood from the beginning what my process was and respected that. Ford of Murfreesboro was competing against two other dealerships both of which I had purchased an F150 at previously. In the end Greg and Ford of Murfreesboro earned my business because of the following: 1. Greg and management (David Lee) respected my purchase process and did not pressure me to purchase now. 2. Answered all of my questions while helping me narrow my decisions 3. My experience with their Service Department which has been very good 4. In the end stepped up and closed the deal with an excellent price for my trade and great financing. Greg and Ford of Murfreesboro exceeded my truck purchase requirements and have earned an advocate and customer.

This was a big experience for me as I had had my car 15 years. Joe Blevins, Brian "Griz" and Randall Bedell made my shopping experience so easy! Was looking for a 2013 Mustang with 6speed MANUAL transmission. Found very few listed anywhere else I had looked online, so I made the trip to Murfreesboro to see what they had. Lots of choices, more than anywhere else. I ended up buying the 2012 Mustang that was on the showroom floor. I could not have had a better experience from all 3 of these guys. I will definitely recommend Ford of Murfreesboro, Joe, Griz and Randall to anyone looking for a car. We bought a 2013 Ford Fiesta and were very pleasantly surprised with the high quality of service and the stress free buying experience. I was looking for a used pickup truck and stopped by a few car lots to see what they had. Ford of Murfreesboro was head and shoulders above any of the other places I went in terms of both price and negotiations. The dealership worked with me to get the truck (I had a loan from an outside credit union, which I came to realize was much more work for them than dealing with their own lenders) and I got a great price. Also, if you're looking to avoid those sleezy car-dealer types, I'd go in and ask for Nate and/or Chico- those guys are straight forward and won't waste your time with pretend negotiations (my brother worked at a dealership and he agreed that these guys' strategy was exceptional).

I found Murfreesboro Ford on the internet as I live over 70 miles and at least 5 other Ford Dealers away. I found a car of interest and began talking with Tabitha about the car. One thing lead to another over a period of several months and despite the slow and deliberate decision I was making, she was patient and never pushy. When I finally decided to drive and visit the dealer Tabitha introduced me to Mr. Brian Griz who I'd seen on the internet videos. Being an extremely cautious and experienced buyer I am pleased to report that I've never had such a satisfactory car purchasing experience and this was my 20th or maybe more auto purchases! In fact, I was so pleased that I ordered a new Stage 3 Roush and the delivery, service and timing was beyond expectation. Every single detail of the transaction was correct, they kept their word on everything and exceeded several expections I did not really have. A very top notch dealer with exceptionally professional people, honest and fair dealing!

I always hate going to a car lot and usually get mad as we drive there; however this experience was wonderful. Joe Pittard was our sales person and he really worked for this sale. The vehicle I wanted was sold the day before we got there. Joe did not pressure us into looking at any others on the lot and was willing to look for a vehicle exactly like the one we had picked out. My husband asked if they could lower the price on another vehicle (which was a better class than the one we originally wanted) and they did. My wife and I just happened to stop in to look at F-150's on our way back home from a trip. Boyce Poston came out to ask if I needed any help. I explained I didn't think I was ready to buy but was looking. Boyce asked what I planned on using the truck for, was extremely friendly, and not pushy at all. I had done quite of bit of research on the net so pretty much knew what I was looking for. I asked for the numbers and stated I might be back. Once I got the numbers plus trade in value my wife and I decided to buy as it nice to drive a vehicle off the lot and not be upside down. The process was seamless from meeting Boyce, dealing with Randy in finance, to the GM Robert Long.

I appreciated the friendly service and the service associate wasvery informative when questions were asked. The service was also quick and professional. I felt she truly had the best interest of my car in mind. She even provided additional information that was later benefical for the upkeep of my car.....it is saving me money - good thing.

We bought our car from Alexander Ford and had a great relationship there. The last time we had our car serviced it was for a recall. We made the appointment with Albee and had it there on time. We were told it would take 2 1/2 to 3 hours to fix the recall. When it was finished they called us and we went to pick it up.
