I've been looking at cars off and on for the past year or so. Last summer I was travelling, and my great old car's (not a Ford) AC went dry. I was outside Tuscola and stopped at the Ford dealership. The Service Department worked me in and charged my AC in a very timely manner. As a result, when I seriously started shopping for a used car, I specifically looked at the Ford website. I didn't prearrange a test drive, just stopped by to look at a certain car. Jenni came out to see if she could provide assistance. I was very happy with how helpful and professional she was. A key to the purchase was whether my mother could get in and out ok. My parents went over to check on it, and Jenni greeted them and made them feel comfortable. I had indicated I would like new tires if I bought the car, and Jenni arranged for that to happen if I made the purchase. I also asked for vent visors (I would recommend them to everyone), and she arranged for those to be available as well. When I called and said I was ready to buy but couldn't get to Tuscola before the weekend, Jenni arranged to deliver the car to my home. I highly recommend anyone interested in a vehicle to contact Jenni.

I purchased my last vehicle here from Deon Chester. Deon and all the sales personnel seem to be very competent and I have never seen any "high pressure" sales techniques. While the sales department competency is very important, I believe the "service after the sale" is just as important, if not more so. I have had my vehicle serviced at Ford of Tuscola and have always received good service.

After searching for my Jeep throughout the area I found that Ford of Tuscola had one on the lot. Even though it wasn't the one I had dreamed of Jenni pointed out one that had just become available. Needless to say a few hours later I had my Jeep. The process was seamless and I am more than happy with the overall experience. Will definitely recommend to anyone looking for a vehicle. We even got to test drive a 2016 Mustang while we waited just for added fun.

In February 2016 my 2010 Ford Fusion was slotted for recall repair. I took it to Ford of Tuscola. I was not in the market for a car at that time, but was considering the possibility of a purchase in the Spring. While I waited for my Fusion I met and chatted with Jenni Boyd, one of FOT's sales staff. I had such a good time with her I decided to look at some cars on the lot, right then. It was fun, and I was tempted, but I wasn't ready. I left my contact info with Jenni collected my Fusion and left. And here is the interesting thing that happened. My phone DID NOT ring off the hook. My email WAS NOT inundated with mail. I WAS NOT aggravated by a dealership to come back! My time frame was respected, and that was important to me. I would receive occasional communications from Jenni, just enough to keep her and FOT on my radar, not enough to annoy me. When I was ready to trade-in my Fusion and buy I didn't even consider going to anyone else. Jenni and FOT had earned my respect, because they respected me, and I knew the treatment I would get would be fair. I highly recommend Ford of Tuscola for your car buying needs. I know we will be back when we are ready to trade-in our secondary car.

It was a courtesy delivery through enterprise but she went above what was expected and had the car cleaned and full of fuel. I would recommend her and the dealership for your next purchase!! After visiting multiple dealerships looking for a new car after mine had been totaled, I stumbled into Ford of Tuscola. I wasn't looking for anything in particular, just browsing, but then I walked over to the Mustangs and the salesman, Rob, was telling me all about the new features and perks of the car, and he let me test drive it 5 minutes later. I fell in love. Working with Rob was a fantastic experience, he was such a nice guy and very genuine, I knew what he was telling me was the truth, he was very up front about everything and I really appreciated that. The entire process of dealing with the Ford of Tuscola team was simple and painless, they explained everything in detail and made things very easy to understand. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone who is looking for a new car, and doesn't want to deal with pesky sales people just in it for the commission. These guys really treat you like family and it made the buying experience even more memorable!
