Went in for my first oil change which was free, and also ended up getting a recall done as well. Everything went smoothly. They did lowered my tire pressure which was 20psi higher than its supposed to be, but I actually drove off their lot with that tire pressure right after signing my lease (off lot at at 46 for one tire and 52-53 for the other three). I believe they also mentioned that they "topped off my gas" which I assumed meant they filled it from the half a tank that it was at, but later that night I realized that they didn't put any extra gas in (not a big deal, but best not to mention it...if you didn't do it).

Most recent experience at Formula Nissan was the usual: skillful (what needed doing, explained well, done swiftly), thoughtful (we went over upcoming service & planned next steps), generous (they threw in a car wash), friendly (treated like family by folks in service and from up front who happened to walk by). I've been with Formula Nissan long enough to know their quality of service isn't dependent on one or two employees who are extra considerate but that new staff join and perpetuate a culture of care. Good folks. Highest recommendation.

It was a quick and easy transaction. I am a long time Nissan customer (sometimes I am a B#&#h, but they still seem to love me) and have just added another vehicle to our fleet. I kept my 8 year old maxima and leased a rogue. Thank you!!

I would like to Thank the service department at Formula Nissan for helping me out with a break down I had while on vacation. A part failed on my truck and I made several calls to other repair shops in the area. All said they were a week out and some was even five weeks out before they could get me in to repair my truck. I knew what part was bad and conversed with the service department at Formula Nissan. They did not have the part I needed but was able to track it down at another dealership. They was able to get the part in and also installed the part the same day it come in. Through the whole process they made several phone calls to me to give me updates. Just want to say they went up and beyond the call of duty and it is greatly appreciated. Thanks again!!

These guys actually give dealer shops a good name. I brought my Nissan here while I owned it and we always happy with the service. The prices for work like oil changes are very competitive and fair. They were always good about telling me what was most and least important for milestone services - what could wait for example. Before taking my car here I thought all dealers were evil, but these guys are cool in my book.

they squeezed me in even tho they said they were totally booked that day to see if they could figure out why the alarm was going off for no reason and and were able to find what they believed to be the problem a miss Aline senor and i haven't had alarm issue since

I had never bought a vehicle on line before or via e-mail. It was so easy.I told Emery what I wanted and he delivered, never getting tired of me asking questions. I traded in my Harley as well and got a great deal. Emery rocks as a sales person and I'm happy to say Formula Nissan in Barre, VT is my dealership.

A recent job change prompted me into thinking that at some point in the future, I may have to upgrade to a newer car. After much internet research, I decided to spend just a few hours before work one day actually seeing some of the cars in person to help me eliminate some of the choices, but I certainly wasn't going to buy anything, not now or anytime too soon, anyway. As a lifelong GM owner, I decided to stop at the Nissan dealership, to get it out of the way first. I thought it odd initially that the nice sales agent wasn't trying to sell me a car. He offered to help me with my research and won my trust and confidence immediately. He was intent on listening to my needs and quickly reduced the choices from a field of six vehicles to one, based on the model, mileage, color, and price that I wanted . I agreed to the offer of a test drive and was amazed at the quality of the car. I asked if he could "crunch" some numbers for me and the option to trade in my vehicle was included at his insistence. He consulted with his colleagues, and I was surprised by the reasonable offer. I then arranged payment, and told him I could be back to pick up the car tomorrow. He took my insurance information and asked me if I could wait a few minutes. He then returned and announced that he would help me move my belongings from my old car to the new one. All this in just over an hour. Five miles down the interstate, I could still not believe what had just transpired. Thank you Jeff, Nate, Mark, and the others who helped me for your warmth and professionalism.

Formula Nissan is the best auto dealership that I have ever done business with. My sales rep, Emery Webb, was outstanding and treated me with respect. Mark Nolan in financing explained the details of a lease for a 2013 Nissan Rogue in terms that I could understand and answered all my questions. Exceptional customer service. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new vehicle.
