This was by far the best car buying experience I’ve received in my entire life. I had been putting off buying a car because as a woman it can be quite intimidating walking into a dealership with pushy male salesmen. I was pleasantly surprised when I was greeted by a female sales woman. Tina Gordon was not only warm and welcoming but she took the time to listen to what I wanted and what I was looking for. Even when I tried to look at cars a little less pricey she redirected me back to what I said I wanted and urged me not to be defeated before even attempting to purchase the BMW X6 that had my eye. From start to finish she was attentive and got me an amazing deal, low down payment, and a low interest rate. Tina made my car buying experience easy and stress free. These guys are great and very efficient to work with. They provide my husband and I one of the best car experience we have ever had. The staff there is super friendly and there was no pressure. Harold my sales rep went over and beyond. He had everything ready for us upon arrival. Allowed us to test drive the car and we were all set to leave in less than hour. We had the pleasure of buying a BMW 540xi at Formula One Imports. Carlos was great!! We had been looking for a while and when we saw the perfect car, we were able to put a hold on it for 48 hrs. This was so good since we do not live in Charlotte. We were able to trade in our old car and drive off in our new car on the same day. Thank you Carlos!!!
