Edit of my previous 5 star review: This place has gone way downhill. One of the three vehicles mentioned below was a lease, and I called ahead to schedule a time to drop it off. My only day off is Wednesday, and I was told there is only one person in the dealership able to take in lease returns, and he happens to be off Wednesdays as well. Instead of trying to come up with a solution, I was just told Wednesday wouldn't work for them. When I explained this wouldn't work for me, the client, the manager simply hung up on me. Seriously? I went to one of their competitors, and it seems the ENTIRE SALES STAFF is able to process lease returns. The competitor's staff was professional, courteous, and had me in and out in minutes. Fort Mill, on the other hand, couldn't even make a phone call to the leasing manager to find out how to take in a car from a longtime customer. Well, previous customer. Previous review: I bought my last 3 cars from Ft. Mill Hyundai. The service is excellent, the staff is wonderful to work with, and the process was so easy. See Sean Trueman, the sales manager, and he will make sure you are taken care of.

Working with Jeannine was great! She listened to my needs and found the perfect car for my daughter. No hassle, no back and forth. An easy car buying experience. She even had a big red bow ready for the surprise. Truly a great experience. Great customer service by the entire team! Thank you.

Really nice people, took my car in for its first oil change and they were fast and even rotated my tires. Waiting room is nice as well. Much better than other dealerships I've been to. Update: they continue to be the absolute best experience I've ever had at a dealership and I will always come here. Top notch service.

Juan in service is by far the best! I highly recommend him. He goes completely out of his way to help you! An with being a woman most people take advantage of women thinking we know nothing about cars, he is completely opposite. He was there from day 1 until the day I picked up my car! I didn’t even have to call the dealership to get in touch with him, he used his personal phone and kept me updated the whole entire time. Out of the 1 million questions I asked he always had an answer and constantly kept a good attitude with me. He is by far the best person in service I’ve ever spoken to. If you have any problems go to Juan!!
