Our salesman, Sean, did a great job. They need to improve the process to get their customers out the door in a timely fashion. I also didn't appreciate the high pressure to buy an extended warranty.

Bought 2 vehicles here a year ago. Salesman was great. Took car in with 16 000 miles on it for engine light. Was told that it would be a hour to a hour and a half. 3 hours later its done and charge is 127. Supposedly a wire was partially unplugged and that was not covered. Paperwork says partially but video he showed us the wire was completely hanging down????? 3 hours and 127.00 for plugging in a wire. Service man was rude to start with and they lost our business. Would not recommend to anyone

I took my Sorento in for service (no problem with the engine). The service manager came back to me saying he spotted "sludge" at the oil fill port, and recommended replacing the entire engine. No other investigation was done! I passed, of course, and soon unloaded my car (close enough to time anyway) so I would not be needing service there again. They lost my trust.
