If want an awful car buying experience, then this is the place to go. Not upfront or honest with the car’s condition. You better pull every mat up and inspect every inch because they are not standing behind any car they sell. You are dealing with a sales guy sometimes, then a sales mgr, and finance guy; no one has a straight answer, never all three at the same time, seems tactical!! Hidden fees and the interior is not detailed until you buy?!

The sales process was seamless. It was quick and I was in and out in just an hour or two. That's where the good times end. I traded in a Toyota lease and picked up another Toyota lease. One would think that for the finance department, this would be quite easy since it all in house. It took them nearly 4 weeks to process the accounts. They took care of all the fees so I didn't have to pay extra for late payments and such. That was good and fine. It's the fact that calling them to get an update is impossible. The finance team are rarely available. If one does leave a message, it is not returned. If by the off chance a finance team member does pickup the page, he or she has always said they can't answer the question because so and so is not available and they promise to call back the next day. So far, they're batting zero. Now, I'm 6 weeks post purchase and they still have not sent or processed the title for registration. Again, calling them has yielded nothing. Even going full "Karen" and asking for any manager to speak to, that person didn't answer the page, naturally. I suppose I'll just send the dealership an invoice to cover the registration late fees which I'll be charged. The Toyota experience could be 5 stars if the Finance group had their stuff together.
