I recently purchased a Lincoln Navigator from forthright and am totally wowed. I live in MD and have been searching for awhile. I found one in N Va , 35!miles from where I live, it was gray not my color of choice but it had everything else I wanted. I felt it was over priced and tried to negotiate but to no avail. I expanded my search and came across a listing in New Mexico, yes, it was gray as well. This listing was at a much lower price than others I have seen and that price including shipping. I emailed Forthright immediately and received a response from Chris and Mark. I woke up the next morning and sent Chris a text message at 8 am to hold the vehicle not realizing New Mexico was two hours behind. I received a response at 10 am, 8 am their time. Chris responded and confirmed he would hold the vehicle. I then heard from Mark who also assured me they would hold the vehicle until we spoke. Once we spoke the deal was in motion. They took care of everything and the deal was done. The vehicle was delivered five days later. Yes, 1500 miles away and I never left my recliner. I was skeptical and asked a ton of questions about condition, dings dents, how it drove etc. The Navigator was actually perfect as they said. I wired funds and was praying that I had not been scammed. In the end, everything was just as Chris had promised. I took delivery at a park and ride three minutes from my house. Three days after delivery I had a vehicle state inspection and it passed with no required repairs. Chris and Mark are the real deal and have answered all my annoying text messages even after I took delivery. I highly recommend Forthright as they live up to their name.

Mark and Chris honored everything that they said on this purchase agreement. I purchased a 2010 Tacoma that had considerable rust on the frame. They had the vehicle undercoated as per Toyota recomendation. There was no additional charge for the repair. The vehicle is in great shape with only a few cosmetic needs that were easily corrected. I will check with Forthright first when I look for future auto purchases. Thank you Chris and Mark. It was a pleasure doing business with you both. PS You also have a great mascot with your greyhound.

We just recently purchased 2 cars, one new at a larger corporate dealership in town and one used here at Forthright. The difference in the amount of time it took to purchase was about 3 hours less at Forthright. Chris and Mark got right down to business with us, we knew exactly which one we wanted and they didn’t try to up-sell us on a different car. They also provided us useful information on the vehicle including the not so great reports. I felt like I was free to walk away from the deal any time as there was zero pressure. At the larger dealership we walked away exhausted, but here we were all in great spirits when we left. It was a good experience and we highly recommend Forthright for used vehicles.
