We recently purchased a car at Fortier’s after looking at several other dealerships. Our experience with this family was top notch. Their level of sincerity, honesty and genuine interest in making the customer happy was evident from day one. It has been awhile since we have purchased a used car but I certainly don’t recall having the comfort level the Fortier’s provided. Before driving the car off the lot they went through the entire car and made sure we were happy with the finished product.They refer to it as “Fortierized”.... great concept ! This is the first review my husband and I have ever posted but given the 5 star service they provided it is well deserved.

After dealing with many dishonest dealerships, it was a pleasant experience with Fortier’s. They make sure the car is reliable and are very honest along the whole process. They even filled up the gas tank prior to picking it up. Other places charge close to 700$ in additional processing fees. Fortier’s does not charge for the processing fees. They do not push you into purchasing something you don’t want. I will go to them for my next car and recommend them highly.

There’s so many good things to say about this dealership. They are not pushy. They are not rude. They are helpful. The guys didn’t act like I knew nothing and they knew it all. That’s typically what I expect from a car lot. This place doesn’t get enough credit. They put me in a beautiful Kia SUV. I have been looking for almost a year for a car. They took care of ALL the leg work. Stood late for me due to my work schedule a never once did I receive any attitude or frustration from them even when I had questions. My best friend and her husband just recently bought two cars from them also. And she too had the same experience. People who want to help you, not just make a sale. I didn’t feel pressured at all. They didn’t make me feel uncomfortable, I actually feel like they really do truly care for the customer. I’m so excited to be in my new car and SO happy I found them! Huge blessing. If you’re questioning stopping by and looking at their selection I hope this gives you that push! ♥️ Thank you Fortier’s - I’m beyond grateful for all the kindness and professionally getting me in the right car for me!

Hands down the best car buying experience I’ve ever had! Couldn’t of asked for a friendlier group of people they made the whole process so simple and easy and I couldn’t beat the prices 5/5 would car shop here again!

Very friendly service. Very honest and easy to deal with. They made sure the truck I purchased was perfect. They kept me well informed as to the status of the vehicle and the new parts they were installing before they would let the truck leave their shop. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a quality used vehicle at a reasonable price.
