Coming from the auto industry, working as a service advisor I really expected more from a dealership service department. Not getting updates, my vehicle getting damaged while in the shop, having to bring my vehicle back in days after getting it back from its month long stay for an engine replacement and then having to ask 3 separate people where my car was parked who all responded “I don’t know” to then have the service manager point and tell me in the way way back… before he then finally offered to go get it was enough for me to never return for service, or buy a car from here. It starts from the top. The GM needs to expect more from these guys. Having a service advisor ask a customer to re park a loaner which involves reversing off a crowded service drive to park on the other side of the dealership isn’t a great idea. A little extra effort goes a long way. I completely understand things happen, parts are delayed, things break, people are short staffed, but an apology, and just saying I’m not sure but I’m going to find out, and pulling a customers car around go along way. Take some pride in your work.

We had a very bad experience. My husbands truck was only starting when in neutral. Foss replaced the spark plugs and something else and it still wouldnt start once we got home. I got charged 1220.00 for them to have it for one week and still not get it fixed. My cousin ended up changing a fuse and got it fixed right away for 60.00. We will never be going back.

The absolute worst experience with a dealership. Took our vehicle back to them for repairs since we had purchased it from them. .They had the vehicle for over two weeks before even looking at it. Tried to do the complete opposite of what the warranty called for and tried to charge three times more than what was needed. We were going to purchase another vehicle from them, but will Be going elsewhere for that. Will never go back. Beware before using this dealership.

I paid a little less then 1500 for an air compressor and a serpentine belt. The serpentine belt was put on incorrectly and has caused various problems with my vehicle. I might add that since the repair my vehicle ran for 5 days and has been sitting in my drive since then. Total waste of money. I figured if I went straight to the dealership the problem would have been fixed correctly and I would not have any other problems in the near future.

Want an amazing truck buying experience. First off, thanks to Scott Sutherland and Tanner McConnell. You guys were amazing and made life so much easier for me! I flew from Texas to get this truck, after working out an extremely reasonable deal with Scott over the phone. I wasn’t able to fly into Liberal, so he told me to go to Garden City, which was one hour from the dealer. Instead of me renting a car to get to them, they came to the airport to pick me up. When I arrived at the dealer, the truck was ready to go and waiting. He even informed me that he drove the truck, didn’t like the way it felt, and had the dealer put a brand new set of tires on for me since he knew I was driving 9 hours home. This was of no cost to me. I test drove it, signed about 15 minutes worth of paperwork and was on my way back to Texas. Everyone was extremely friendly. I’ve bought a lot of vehicles in my life, but this was absolutely the best experience I’ve ever had. I wish more dealers operated like these guys! I’d buy another vehicle from you guys in a heartbeat!
