Timothy Myers at fountain Acura is the guy to go to. I did not end up getting the vehicle I wanted right now due to the vehicle markup situation, I just decided it is better to wait... however I had a great experience communicating with Timothy. I appreciate the time he took with me even though I was not there in person.. He was very quick to respond over text and tried multiple times to get me the best deal possible for me. If it wasn't for the markup I would have been more likely to make the move to a new vehicle. I did save his number for when I decide to purchase. I got a flyer in the mall reading my car was in high demand but I ignored it then a few days later I got a call saying there is a shortage of my vehicle so I said what the heck and scheduled a time to go in. I showed up and my Sales guy was awesome and he worked with his manager to make sure i could get what I wanted and nobody was wasting anyone's time. They had the exact car i wanted and we were able to swap in my 2013 tsx lease for a 2015 tlx lease with maintenance included and $0 down for $4 more than my previous payment. It was a no brainier! I highly recommend Roberto and Fountain Acura!

I worked with Carlos as he made sure that I was well taken care off. Even though he was busy at the time he still came to me to make sure that I was doing well as all of the other sales man were ignoring me. I was very frustrated however, Carlos turned all of that around. He got us a bottled of water while we waited and a couple of minutes later he came by and we looked at some of the used vehicles he had in the lot. Out of the vehicles that we looked at he knew the vehicles inside and out. Very knowledgeable of their vehicles and I admire this very much. I would recommend anyone to work with Carlos any day. He was not pushy at all and extremely honest.

I've had a few good car buying experiences in my life, but, none were as good as this one. I worked with Josephine. I highly recommend her. She was professional, didn't play games. Told me exactly what she could and could not do. I was working with another Acura dealer in Ocala before I contacted Josephine. The Ocala dealer was the complete opposite. High ball everything on their end (including a $3900 dealer add on for floor mats, trunk tray, wheel locks, and paint sealant) and low ball everything on my end (like trade, etc..). Every time I hung up the phone with the Ocala Acura sales person, I felt like I had to wipe the muck off of me. It was that bad! Fountain was the complete opposite. No surprises when I got there regarding the price we discussed on the phone. No surprises in the F and I office. The only recommendation I have is I purchased on a Sunday. I usually like to meet the service mgr. however, that department was closed. Other than that, First Class Experience with Fountain and Josephine! I highly recommend purchasing from Fountain and running from the Acura dealer in Ocala.

I had a nice experience at Fountain Acura. I was shopping for a used TSX and worked with Jose. Jose was extremely knowledgeable about the tsx and was very low pressure. He answered all my questions and was familiar with the car. While they don't list the prices on the used cars on the lot, all the prices are listed online. The price was quite fair, lower than similar vehicles at other Acura dealerships with similar miles/options/etc. However, they do not offer certified pre-owned warrantees which was a little disappointing. They also offered me a fair price for my trade. I told Jose what I was expecting to sell my car for privately, and he offered me nearly that much; saving me the hassle of having to sell it myself. I live an hour away, but Jose was able to do most of the work over the phone. He returned calls promptly; even after the sale as I had some questions a few days later. Overall, I had a pleasant experience. At no time did I feel haggled or pressured at all.

Fountain Acura needs to step up to the plate and treat their customers with royalty, especially folks dishing big bucks to purchase those high end vehicles. They also need to weed out the service guy Dan, I believe I have his name correct; has no personality, and does not have customer service training. He is the reason for me to go elsewhere for service. I had follow up conversations with three servicemen and the parts person, and had three different stories from them. The right hand does not know what the left hand is doing over there.Lastly the dealership in from the 1990's, when compared to other high end dealerships, i.e. waiting room, and overall aesthetics expected of a dealership that sell quality cars. Sutherlin Nissan has a far better operation/facility than Fountain Acura so they should pay them a visit and learn from them.

We were looking to purchase an Acura MDX and were using a buyer service through a credit union we belong. None of the dealers we were referred to by the buyer service had the car in the color we most desired, equipped as we wanted. Fountain Acura was not part of the buyer service, but we looked at the inventory Fountain had on their web site since they were the closest Acura dealer to out location. Fountain had one on hand in the color we preferred with the equipment we wanted. We also stumbled upon this Dealerrater web site and saw all the great reviews for Josephine Mancini. To be honest, we were skeptical that these reviews were legit, but we figured we would contact Josephine based on what other stated here and see if she could put together a better deal.Josephine was extremely responsive. Within a an hour of our initial web request, with a few emails and a couple of phone calls, she put together a deal that saved us hundreds of $ over what the buyer service was going to provide us. To be honest I really thought I was wasting my time. This certainly was not the case! Josephine was able to put a substantially better deal together all from the comfort of our home. We would rather have a colonoscopy rather than go through the hours of torture negotiating a deal at any dealership. Josephine understood this and was able to get us in and out very quickly. There were no surprises at all and when we showed up the deal she put together was the deal we signed. There were no hidden extra's, no add ons, no surprises. The business office was backed up because of a "difficult" customer and Josephine went out of her way to get another business office person from another office to handle our final paperwork for us so we could get out. We ended up consummating the deal in under two hours from arrival, including the test drive, cleaning out our trade in, and her taking us to fill up the tank with premium gas. I consider outstanding for today's complex regulatory requirements. I would highly recommend that you contact Josephine!

Great sales experience, but worst service department I've ever encountered. All I'm trying to do is schedule an oil change and tire rotation. I've called numerous times and no one answers. I go ahead and arrive on a Saturday morning when they open thinking how long can it take. They turn me away saying they only have 3 tech's working and none of them are lube guys. I go home and schedule an appointment (online) for the following Saturday. I get a call a day later saying they are already booked for Saturday. That has to be a flat out lie - figure they just don't want to tell me they don't handle oil changes on the weekends. If I hadn't already prepaid the 2 years of oil service I'd say forget it. ** Lesson learned - don't pre-pay for anything at this dealership. Good thing I have my own Honda/Acura mechanic if anything should really go wrong.

I was frustrated because of the dishonesty, pricing/number games, and the unprofessionalism that I had encountered.One evening while surfacing the internet I discovered the web site for Fountain Acura. I checked their inventory and saw a vehicle that caught my attention. I sent them an email stating my interest along with my contact info., and a prefered time frame to be called.The very next day a salesperson (Josephine Mancini) called and introduced herself. She provided me with all of the information that I needed on the vehicle. I told her that I wanted to make an offer, but I was not sure If a smooth and positive business transaction could be obtained, because her dealership is in Florida and I reside in South Carolina. She told me that we could make it work, and that she has had several out of state customers. I made an offer on the vehicle and to my surprise, Josephine called me back within an hour to ask what day I would be coming to pick up my vehicle.The transaction was so smooth, and easy, I quickly made arrangements.Upon my arrival at The Florida International Airport, I did not have to worry about getting a cab. I was picked up by my salesperson. We arrived at the dealership, everyone was polite and courteous. They offered me refreshments while we were finalizing the paperwork, which did not take very long at all. In my experince with Fountain Acura I really appreciated their honesty, prompt responses, and Professionalism. Strike 1: During the test drive, I said that I wasn't interested in the navigaton package since I could use my iPhone for that information. Clyde "scolded" me for using my phone while driving, said "tak, tsk, tsk," and even made a juvenile finger wagging gesture. I was still interested in the car, so I ignored his unprofessional mannerisms. Strike 2: Despite repeated requests for a final, out-the-door price, Clyde continued to present figures that were marked +TTT. Strike 3: Clyde used the voice texting feature on his phone to leave messages for other clients while I was asking him questions about the car.

We were on vacation in Florida when some sensor lights flashed on our Acura MDX. Service would not even look at the car because it was 1/2 hr before closing time. We took it back the next morning and were given estimate of over $1000.00 to repair. Thought price very high but as we were captive audience had no choice but OK the repair. We got a call later from service manager stating that while car up on rack, the mechanic noticed our rear brakes, rotors and calipers were shot and that the brakes had less than 1mm left. We questioned this as they had just been checked before leaving Ohio and the local mechanic said they were fine. We then phoned our mechanic in Ohio who read the written assessment of our brakes before leaving as 6/32" and said it would be almost impossible to wear out that much brake in 1000 miles without noticing something amiss. When we told this to the service manager, he told us we would never make it back to Ohio! Talk about stress! Not only did we make it safely back to ohio without the replacement of the brakes, rotors and calipers, but had our local service manager removed the back brakes, show us the brakes, rotors and calipers and all were fine!!!!We are getting to purchase a new vehicle and it will not be an Acura - this left such a bad taste.

The sales experience was great and highly recommended. The rating however is based strickly on the service department. This is the worst i've ever used. Its impossible to get them on the phone to schedule an appointment or talk to someone. I've called multiple times throughout the day, different days, etc. i've had my car for 1.5 years and same story every time i've called. For god sake, hire an intern or hourly employee to answer the stupid phone. At least make it seem like you care. Have a human voice tell me a service rep will call back soon. The voicemail right now says "if we dont call you back by the next day, try again because there was a problem". Seriously?

This was a very professional & elegant experience. I always call in over the phone before I go to the dealership when I am purchasing or leasing a new car. When my wife and I got to the dealership, our salesperson (Hiram) had taken the time to place our car in the immediate showroom so that when we walked in it would be there for us. I have purchased 11 cars throughout the years, including 3 jaguars & a BMW, and I have never had anyone do this. Everyone was very friendly, and the atmosphere was not stuffy like at some dealerships. We came in at 7 p.m. and were out the door by 9 p.m. By the way, they honored our unseen trade in price over the phone. I know that this is a car buying experience review, but I would definitely recommend the Acura product as well over the base Lexus or Infiniti. I would certainly recommend to a friend or family member, and I would definitely encourage them to work with Hiram.

I looked at many different brands of vehicles before looking at Acura. Throughout that process I dealt with many different sales tactics, many of them outright infuriating and insulting. I've never understood why the car buying experience has to be something to dread; it should be hassle free and exciting, expecially when buying a luxury automobile. When I contacted Josephine via internet for a price on a new TL, she responded immediately with her best price, which was below what my research indicated as a fair market price. All fees disclosed up front via email. No nonsense and very refreshing! She was also very knowledgeable about the product and patient with me while I test drove the TL twice, and then an MDX which I ended up buying since it better fit my needs. I was treated with respect at all times and felt no pressure at all. The purchasing process was quick, flawless and stress free. Car was prepped out well and Josephine followed up with me promptly when I had questions after the sale.The MDX is an awesome vehicle. Handles like a sports car with the flexibility of an SUV. And no quality problems after 3 months of ownership which is a first for me as new car buyer. I would comment on the service department, but I haven't needed them which is the way it should be! I highly recommend Fountain Acura and Josephine Mancini!

We have owned several Acura models, most recently an RDX, and had an established relationship with another dealer. So, when shopping for a 2013 RDX I emailed that dealer and also Fountain Acura. Josephine Mancini from Fountain Acura responded immediately with RDX pricing and inventory, and also let me know about a special 2012 MDX sales event, with pricing and again, inventory. The other dealer responded an hour later with a inquiry of their own (Was I interested in purchasing or leasing?) Like I wrote them in a later email, I and Josephine at Fountain Acura, thought my intentions were quite clear.Josephine is truly a professional who understands the market, her customers needs, and she made our Acura shopping experience quite pleasurable. I began my car buying process several months in advance, knowing which vehicle I wanted, researching what time of year dealers/manufacturers typically offer incentives on it, and figuring out all of the dealerships within my geographic region. When the incentives on the vehicle took effect, I contacted all of the dealers for price quotes. Josephine responded back with the lowest offer within the region -- her price was significantly lower than all of the other dealerships around. To me, this was a good sign because I felt like she wasn't holding back and wanted to lead with her best price and not play games.We spent a day or two corresponding through email and phone about the specifics of leasing the vehicle. She provided several payment options and answered questions I had about the car and specific lease scenarios. Once I made up my mind, I called her up, told her I wanted to purchase the car. She asked me for specific items to start the purchase process (drivers license, proof of insurance, and Acura finance application). From the comforts of my house and at my own pace, I located this information, filled out paperwork, and sent it back to her through email. I spent a little over an hour between the emails, phone calls, and filling out paperwork.Afterwards, all that was left was a trip to the dealership to meet Josephine and sign papers. Josephine was awesome. We sat down, went over the details of the lease payment option I selected earlier -- this was quick and easy because there were no surprises and the numbers matched exactly what we discussed in emails and phone calls. We had a paper signing party with Josephine followed by another one with MJ (who was also great to deal with). I didn't feel pressured or rushed. Afterwards, Josephine gave us a tour of the car's features, helped us pair our phone with the car, and sent us along with a full tank of gas! I spent a little over an hour and half at the dealership.Overall, my experience of purchasing the car from Josephine/Fountain Acura was a great. Specifically, I enjoyed (1) receiving her best offer right off the bat, (2) corresponding through email/phone about lease financing information, (3) being able to process the information at home at my own pace vs. being at the dealership and feeling rushed to make a decision, (4) providing my drivers license, proof of insurance, and Acura finance paperwork through email vs. doing it at the dealership and waiting for it all to be copied, processed, etc., (5) going to the dealership and seeing that there were no surprises and the numbers she quoted to me through the phone/email matched the numbers we agreed to earlier, (6) spending a minimal amount of time at the dealership -- basically to meet the wonderful person who made the leasing experience painless, sign papers, and take ownership of the vehicle, and (7) most importantly Josephine's energy, attitude, and professionalism throughout the entire process.I would definitely consider working with Josephine again in the future!

I tried buying an Acura MDX from the dealership in Longwood FL and the experience was a debacle. I made an internet request from Fountain and was in contact with Josephine reagarding our purchase. She gave the best quoted price, was honest and open with me over the phone regarding the details of the purchase. Though I can't speak for the sales department, I can't give enough praise for the service department. They have gone above and beyond on numerous occasions to keep me happy. I had a horrible experience buying my vehicle at another dealership and it arrived with quite a few issues. Fountain Acura made it a point to ensure I was happy with the vehicle and did so in a timely manner while making it as convenient as possible. I honestly never though that working with a dealership could be so enjoyable. Even several months later they still know me by name and are willing to assist with just about anything. I HIGHLY recommend Fountain Acura for service and collision repairs. You won't be disappointed!

The service department is top notch at Fountain Acura. My service advisor Justin Jones took excellent care of my 2004 Acura TL. Justin was also nice enough to work with me on the pricing so I knew I was getting the best deal possible. They do excellent work and really know how to take care of their customers. We were considering an MDX for purchase and they were nice enough to give us an MDX Loaner car so we could spend some time with the MDX before deciding to purchase. I have also had the opportunity to work with Debbie Jones the manager of the service department on the phone a few times prior to my visit. I had a check engine light on my 2004 Acura TL and she was nice enough to help me diagnose the problem over the phone. She even said I should have the car worked on locally since it probably wasn't safe to drive to Orlando. I don't know about you but I have never experienced this type of amazing service at a dealership before. We are now service customers for life. Thanks for the excellent service.The Jones

The reason I didn't give quality of work a great is because the car wash was not up to my standards or Acura standards. The washer left grease smudges at several locations on the right side of my car. It also cut into the paint of the right rear view mirror . I am pleased with everything else.My service agent Darren is outstanding. He is most friendly and helpful. Darren is an asset to thIs dealership .

My 2005 Acura is the first new car I have ever purchased. It is getting old now, but on my last three visits to have repairs done, I called when I was relatively close to the dealership. They told be to bring it right in. After being there for an hour max, my car was ready to go, and the items were all still under warranty, so the service was free.

After having numerous Acuras serviced in Mass by Acura of Boston, I recently moved to FL. I have been in for 2 services with Fountain Acura and I have been very pleased with them both times. Each time I pick-up my car, it drives like new again. Though some local shops can provide cheaper service, you really get what you pay for. So going to this dealer for Service is well woth the extra drive and higher costs.

The service dept. was very busy on Sat, but Eddie was able to get me in there anyways because I was pressed for time. They did a timely diagnostic, helping me immenseley, and got me back on the road quickly. He was very professional and provided a great experience. I love Acura and I'll return to Fountain.

Clyde the salesman promised a service that was not honored! I leased a 2011 MDX with the technology package, not a cheap lease with a price tag of 47k! For the $ a month I pay I expect at very least OK service. This is what happened, I wanted the car in black, Fountain Acura did not have a black one on the lot so they had to get it from another dealership. The car that they got from another dealership happen to have the Nitrogen filled tires, an option I don't really care for. Because of this "extra" charge they incurred to get the car they gave me such a hard time about getting 12k miles a year on the lease, they wanted to give me 10k! Really? Wow I should have gone running then! Anyhow Clyde clearly stated all the advantages of having these nitrogen filled tires and that Acura would fill them up anytime for me no problem. So these "advantages", where are they? I had one tire start notifying me of low PSI and soon after I had 3. Went in to get them filled and boy was I surprised! They wanted to charge me to put in Nitrogen in my tires? Really? I didn't ask for this option and clearly it's defective if I'm getting low pressures, and not just a few PSI I'm talking about 23, 24, 26 ... The car is a few months old and is babied.... Obviously defective. So I advised the service techs that I was not going to pay to have the tires filled up because it was promised that they would fill it up for me upon the sale of the car. Of course when I went to speak to Clyde he said oh no, we got that car from another dealership and since they filled it up we're not responsible to refill for you. Verbatim "not our problem." Now how much sense does that make, I said I bought the car from you not them, so why should they be responsible for filling them up. So does that mean if I have an Acura warranty and the car needs repair they aren't going to honor it because it was purchased at a different dealer? Obviously a quick fix is to just put some air in the tires and call it a day right? I left extremely irritated and I promise I will never buy from that dealership again and encourage all to shop elsewhere. Customer service SUCKS and it's not like I was asking them to give me a brand new transmission, or repair something pricey it's NITROGEN people...There are many ways to fix this situation, 1st the easiest fix would be we're sorry for the "misunderstanding" we'll fill this time for free but for future reference you'll have to pay. No we cannot fill you're tires with Nitrogen for free but will gladly fill your tires with air as it is unsafe to be driving with such low PSI. Something along those lines to keep a life time customer....I hope this saves you from purchasing a car from this dealership, go elsewhere!

I started out having a great experience with this dealership, but after many months of dealing with them I am now completely turned off to them. This dealership damaged my car when it was in for service and they refused to fix the damage they caused. They just simply said they would not fix it and that was the end of it. I tried to take the problem to all the higher levels of management including the GM and no one returned my calls or emails. I will never purchase another vehicle from them and have even gotten rid of the car they damaged just to be done with having to deal with them in the future. What an awful bunch of people to deal with...can't wait till the day comes when I drive by their dealership and it has gone out of business. I've talked to so many other people with similar experiences with Fountain Acura that I can't imagine they will be in business much longer.

I recently tried to purchase my leased MDX. I first checked my credit on all three credit report agencies. They all said I was over 700. Great Just wait you will not believe this. I applied and they were very nice BUT, they called back and told me my credit was 55 points less than what Equifax said. I told them that something was wrong. They said no way. So I sent them my credit report. They call back and told me there are two Equifax reports one for you and one for us. Just wait it gets better.I called Acura national customer service. The guy I talked to could not believe what I told him so he was nice enough to let me listen in on a phone call with a dealership in Jacksonville, Fl. He asked the finance manager if it is possible for the credit report that he get through Acura financial / Honda Financial could be 55 points less than the Equifax report that everyone else gets on line. The finance manager said yes all the time and sometimes it could be 100 points. The Acura customer service Rep was speechless and so was I. Wait Wait dont go away yet this get even better.I called Experian the company that I pay to get my reports so I can stay on top of everything. The nice lady told me after I told her my dilemma and checking with someone else, that some car companies re-factor the numbers. That means they take the real score and work them one way or the other. So I asked the nice lady it seems to me that Acura USA is playing with loaded dice and she said there is nothing I can do. So I called Fountain Acura back and asked if they could send me the report they got from their finance department and they said no.So if are planning on buying an Acura you need to start with a score of 830 then you may be able to finance a car with AcuraPlease note: I am not picking on Fountain Acura, all Acura dealership end up going back to the same place for approvals.

Actually, we liked this dealership and that is not something we usually say after buying a car. No problems...right car and the right price! They got it ready very quickly and we were surprised at the fairness of the finance department, as well. Service has been like clockwork for the 2 years we owned our 2007 TL.Like any place you patronize where there are many variables such as your purchase price, trade-in allowance, term of loan and interest rates...just do your homework and be careful!

My Acura was involved in a collision prior to delivery to me. I noticed a vibration on the drive home but did not report it immediately. I wrongly assumed that it was a wheel out of balance. The general manager, Dan Schexnayder - dan.schexnayderatkingmail.us, offered no help and instead took the approach of blaming me for the damage. This was a terrible experience and I will not buy another Acura - a BWM, Lexus, or Infinity are in my near future. With dealers like Fountain Acura run by managers such as Dan Schexnayder, it's no wonder that Acura is fading out of existance. This is my LAST one.
