I usually go there during mid day and it's never busy during that time. The client lounge area is always well kept and the people are professional. The complementary car wash is also a nice little perk.

My husband wanted me to get an Acura and switch over from the brand I’m loyal to. We came at 3:28pm to test drive (they close at 4pm) and the rudest sales man I have ever met said “ can’t test drive cars after 330pm”. I literally got in a yelling match with Jerry, I would NEVER buy a car from him!! Luckily, before I left shaking with frustration, there was an extremely amazing kind salesman named Chris who cared enough to help me (even at 3:30pm). Chris eased my mind by telling me the service department was amazing and no one would treat me like Jerry. I think Fox Acura needs to deal with Jerry- he is representing you and your brand. Had I left before Chris helped me I would have thought that everybody there, including the service department, treated people the way Jerry did. I almost left your dealership to run back to Toyota/Lexis. I’m still in the market so Acura is still in the running.

My very short and brief interaction with salesman Jerry Van Viet was not a pleasant one to say the least. I had decided that I was unhappy with my current leased vehicle and put a request in for information on a 2021 Acura TLX A-spec on Saturday night. On Monday morning I received a text saying that the vehicle was available I responded with a few follow up questions and also informed them that I lived about 3 hours away and would like to have a rough idea what my trade in was worth before I made the trip, I received no response. So I called and spoke with jerry I was immediately told you need to have the car here to have a number put on it. I then informed Jerry that the car only has 4k miles on it and is a 2021 model year and I was only looking for a rough number (I understand they need to look at the vehicle to provide a final number) finally he agrees and I send him my VIN and Miles and he says he will call me back once he gets the number from his manager. Perfect.. or so I though. About 30 minutes later I receive a call from Jerry and he very rudely informed me that they were not interested in appraising the vehicle and that I hadn't had it long enough for them to even consider appraising it. I was shocked. I asked him why that would be the case and his response was "because I said so" at this point im totally shocked. I Hung-up and called the sales manager who was certainly more polite and he had informed me that they couldn't buy out a Subaru lease. (Which is not true. I called the leasing company who told me any non-Subaru dealer could buy the lease out and provided me with the address to send the payoff and the amount.) he then told me I should take it to a Subaru dealer because its worth more, Which makes no sense considering the value of the car doesn't change regardless of where I trade it in, Not to mention they never provided me with a number in the first place. I was prepared to pay whatever the difference was between the payoff and the trade value but I was treated like garbage by jerry so I called up Jeffery Acura (which is a much longer drive) and they appraised my car and got me pricing on the TLX I was looking for and guaranteed me that they could buy my lease out. I would recommend anyone looking for a new or used Acura go somewhere that the workers treat you with respect and professionalism .

Salesperson Erik Crooymans, took time to search out and find the exact car that I wanted, before they were even available to everyone. 2017 Acura MDX, had to do a dealer trade because he know I needed a car ASAP. I have an older car that needed significant maintenance. When I made the work reservation on line and I requested a loaner. My service rep, Ray Mayo, called me and rescheduled me for a time when a loaner would be available. His advice was invaluable since the work required two days and I live about 90 minutes away from Fox Acura. The inconvenience of being without my car for two days was reduced to almost nothing.

I went all the way to Grand Rapids to buy my new TLX. Fox Acura is that good.While I was narrowing down my choices, I started contacting dealerships for prices. Right off the bat, Fox Acura was the first to give me a price without a hassle. No "come talk to my manager". No "e-mailing prices is against our policy". No sending me a quote with full MSRP. (Those all happened with my local Acura dealers.) I started out with Erin Quackenbush, who was super professional and quick to respond to my e-mail. At one point, Chris Peterson took over, and the experience working with him was just as good. Eventually, we came to an agreement, but there was never any pressure. (Meanwhile... a local dealership was leaving me messages to tell me that the car I test drove was just about to be transferred to another dealer, but if I came in today... ugh.) Chris sent a driver from Grand Rapids to pick my wife and I up in Milford on his day off, because that's when it was convenient for me. I was seriously waiting for something to go wrong.When we got to the dealership, my car was inside the showroom, ready to go. We met for the first time, which was pleasant, to say the least. I was handed off to Keegan in the business office to pay, and I thought "Here we go..." Every business office person at every car dealer I've ever been to has been awful about hard-selling stuff I don't want, and numbers not matching.Here... not at all. She was friendly, had everything in order, our numbers matched to the penny. Did she offer me an extended warranty and protection packages? Sure. But it was totally reasonable, and the prices were surprisingly good. And like the sales people before, not the slightest bit pushy about it. I felt really bad about how judgmental I had been.While we were signing papers, Chris was putting a plate on my new car. He took the time to go through many of the features, and while I was thinking "I saw the videos on this" he showed me features I didn't know the car had. People will spend loads of time telling you about bad experiences, especially when buying a car. Cheesy as it sounds, Fox Acura blew away every preconception I had. The next time I'm in the market for a car, I'll get other prices for a sanity check, but I'll buy from Fox.

It was an efficient, quick and Acura(te) inspection, followed by expert advice on what to do/not do. While it may have been a routine maintenance stop (oil, tires, etc), I drove out feeling that my Acura was operating brand new again due to the thorough inspection and care offered by the service crews.

I had 2 recent visits. The second one was for a concern about an abnormal odor coming from one of my wheels. I thought something might have been amiss from the service I had done 5 days prior. They got me right in and corrected the problem. Smiley especially bent over backwards to get me out in a timely fashion as I had to be somewhere else at a certain time. I really appreciated that.

I went in for an oil change and tire rotation. No appt necessary. That is great! They go over the car, check brakes, fluids, etc. Then they rate each area and let me know the conditions. It gives me a peace of mind knowing that my car is mechanically sound.

We liked working with JP he was friendly and knowledgeable about the car, he listened to us and there was not any pressure to buy. When we were ready to make the purchase we were honest and up front with our thoughts and options of the purchase being down to 2 vehicles. I wanted to make sure everything was going to be set since we would only have one shot at picking it up before having to go back home.When we got out there we found everything to be just as he said. Traded a few emails with a sales person in their used car dept. Had interest in 1 particular car. Said it was a real good car. When looking at it before meeting with sales person, found driver's side mirror barely attached to the car. Feel like I was duped before I face to face spoke to sales person. Not the way to find a car on the lot up for sale. Do not go there as they are not what they seem to be.
