Erick and Matt in Service are great! The are professional, knowledgeable and very nice. They are an asset to your company. There are also many mechanics behind the scene that I never get to talk to, but they do excellent work. I had my Sonata 'detailed' after the service and whoever did it was awesome! He even put all the little things he found in a neat arrangement in the trunk. I am so impressed. He did a great job! So glad you now have your own detailer on the lot!

Great dealer! Our rep Andrew is super helpful and very knowledgeable! The purchase went smoothly and we got our car on time despite the crazy power outages that happened in Ann Arbor area. Highly recommend it!

It was time to purchase a new car and I was really not looking forward to it, as it is usually a long drawn out process. I was pleasantly surprised that I had a really good experience this time around. I went to Fox Ann Arbor Hyundai and met with James Reeves. He was really nice and answered all my questions such that it made it easy for me to make the decision to buy the Tucson. When I went in to take ownership of the car a few days later, it was also a smooth process.

My experience started off pretty rocky but all of the issues have been fixed now. The General Manager was especially helpful in making sure all of my issues were fixed. The dealership employees worked hard to make sure I had everything I needed and I appreciate that.

I want to thank Lou for helping me when I was trying to buy my first car as a new driver. His replies were prompt whenever I had questions. They completed paperwork very quickly too. Also, all the other employees were super lovely! Strongly recommend this place!
