We drove down to Fox Auto and a Sales Person came right out. I told him " I want THAT CAR" We test drove it. Went back and I repeated. "I want this car.!" In less then 24 hours I owned that car. GMC-Terrain. We have been extremely happy with our purchase and the service we recieve. Fox Auto YOU ARE THE BEST. CAN'T WAIT TILL WE PICK UP OUT OUR 2016. THANKS FOX.PATRICIA and Charles McSherry

Had my tires rotated, you can see where they hit my rims with the sockets and are all cut/scratched up. My wheels were flawless before going in and now look horrible. One of the center piece covers is not from my car. They were shiny, new and flawless and the one that was put back on is covered in grease or some other unremovable nastiness.. i will never go there again.

Told them what I wanted after I drove the car. They looked around and came up with 3 cars that had barely any relation other than color to the car I wanted. When I walked out the rude finance guy started arguing with me about payments from other dealers. The salesman told me to look at another cat that wasn't what I wanted. They're out for money, not for you to be happy. The prices aren't impressive.

Drove 190 miles to buy a car and was not misled by what they told me on the phone before I went. Did buy the car and I am pleased.

Inquired about interest in a car through dealer website and did not receive any response from sales representative until going through cars.com website. Only received one email asking me what information I wanted. Then I called the internet sales person to talk about the car and that was a good conversation, but I think the dealer could have made more of an effort and called me first to talk about the car. Did not seem very interested in selling the car.

My husband and I went to this dealership to purchase a used truck. He had called before hand and the sales woman was very helpful. I arrived before my husband to look at a few of the trucks we had seen on their website. All was well, he arrived shortly after and that's when things started to change. He came straight from work and hadn't had time to change. The sales woman had pulled a vehicle out for us to test drive and went to get plates. We were waiting by the vehicle when were called back in and told we could not test drive anything until a credit app was filled out, we consented and within a matter of seconds were told we basically could not afford anything on their lot. The saleswoman was very uncomfortable passing on all this from the manager. We met him and he was trying to pick a fight over the value of our trade. Needless to say we left. Never have we been treated so badly. We have since purchased a truck, newer and for less money from a dealership who cares about you and winning your business.

Needed my Buick fixed so I tried Fox after seeing their tv commercials. They got my car in quick and fixed it even though I didn't buy it there.
