Very straightforward and professional. Paperwork side was smooth, and the time spent going over options and features of the car was great. Everyone at the dealership was friendly and helpful. The new car sales manager and dealership manager even took time to talk to me. Great family feel!

Don't take your car here for body shop painting. Drips everywhere. Missing screws everywhere for my bumper assembly. Instead of giving the paint time to properly dry they slapped the weather stripping back on and it ripped some of the cheap paint off. What a joke.... They just push the work through as fast as possible to get another payment from the insurence companies.. very disappointed.. I looked around too and was recommended this place. What a joke. If you have a nice car that you.actually care about and appreciate don't take it here. Place is garbage.

Had to have my front bumper replaced after hitting a deer. Was told one day, but they found more damage after actually getting into it so it took 2 days. No big deal. Had a rental car so didn't bother me a bit. Looks like new now. Friendly staff and helpful.

The repairs were quickly made for the warranty work on my 2011 GMC Duramax. My keys were not in my truck when I picked it up after hours, so I used my spare set. Fox delivered the keys to my house. No problem. Thanks Chad.

I needed a vehicle after mine was totaled and Larry Swanson helped me get in a 2013 Chevy Malibu. It was quick and easy. I went in on a Saturday to test drive and on Monday afternoon I was signing papers and driving off the lot. Everyone I met there was nice and courteous and willing to answer any questions you have. We decided to have running boards installed on our new Traverse for ease of entry for my wife. Jon took car of ordering, setting up appointment with body shop to have installed. I dropped keys with him, and he returned keys/truck one hour later, as promised. Great Job!!!

Needed a battery now and got right in. Doesn't get any better then that. I had been in a couple days before asking about the charge to install a battery and was told they often don't charge if battery was bought there but was charged anyway. Thought that was to good to be true and it was. Oh well.

The only disappointing thing was when Fox took over from the previous dealer you took away the choc. tea coffee etc. machine an replaced with just coffee shame on you but everything was the same good service!

The Service Department confirmed my problem, which required further testing to locate the problem. Once the diagnosis was complete, parts had to be ordered and received before repairs could be completed. Repairs were made and the problem has been corrected. While the process took a little time, I am satisfied with that the time was minimal, and with the results.

I went in for an oil change. The service person told me I was also due for a tire rotation. I appreciated the notice as it had slipped my mind. Also after service was completed she explained the status of my brakes and tires. That's what I need, someone to check up on all my vehicle's needs.

was very happy except for 2 things - there was no manual for the sierra (2012) salesman took one out of a 2013 - and I had asked that the hitch pin be removed because no one had a key for it - (locking pin) had to pay to have it taken off - other than that everything is good

How ironic, I have asked the service dept to check the rear left tire a few time since I purchased the used vehicle, on the day I am replacing the tires they finally find the leak. I found the nail my self over 7 weeks ago and just kept putting in air each week.
