We've experienced pushy salesmen at other dealerships in the past and Joe was not one of them. The entire process was as seamless as we could have hoped and the transition into our new Subaru went off without a hitch.

What's not to like! From start to finish, the buying / delivery process was exactly what it should be. No pressure, lots of appropriate communication with the customer and everything ready at delivery. Joe did an outstanding job of introducing me to the key staff at Fox and made sure that I understood the basics of how my new Subaru operates. Gone are the days when you just got in the car, turned the key and drove off the lot. The complexity of my new vehicle's electronics demands that even someone like me who works with technology every day take a few minutes to learn about the settings and menus available in a today's Outback. I also appreciate Fox's willingness to work with me on the price so I could keep my purchase local. From start to finish, this was, by far, the best experience I've ever had buying a car. Not only will I recommend Fox to others, but I inted to have my service work taken care of at Fox as well. By the way, Roy in service should get partial credit for this sale. He took time to answer my technical questions about changes in the 2015 Outbacks and is a storehouse of kowledge. Thank you to all.

I purchase my vechile from Fox Cadillac down state and couldn't have been more pleased with it. My first encounter with fox marquette was when I lost my keys and had to get my car towed there. Under my warranty, my towing fee should have been covered. The lady at Fox Marquette told me it was and when i showed up to pick up my car, It was on the invoice. She told me i had to pay it then they would reimburse me once they had cleared it through fords warranty system. I figured this was standard and did as they said. 3 weeks had past and no calls or anything. I called them and they said nothing like that ever existed and I was responsible. I called the Fox cadillac and they paid me out of there funds because I should have never been charged in the first place. Sad that other dealerships have to pay because fox marquette doesn't know how to function in there own company. Second event occurred when my car had a massive clucking noise coming from front end. Took close to 2 weeks to get in and they acted like they were squeezing me in... I explained that i would need a car because I had to work and thy didn't have a time frame as to when it would be done. They said okay and no problem. Called a day ahead of time to verify everything was as planned and they then said no car will be provided and Id have to make other arrangements. More then unhappy with them...Last minute at 6pm the night before had to find a friends moms car to borrow. There customer service skills are nonexistent and are a sad excuse for a service part of the dealership. Wouldn't go to them again if my car didn't have warranty and they weren't the only place local.

My wife & I took our three young children along with us to Fox Marquette so they could all experience the purchase of our new 2015 Forester XT. We're big Subaru fans and follow rally racing closely, especially at the annual rally here in Upper Michigan. My boys also rarely miss a passing Subaru on the highway and always make it a point to say, "Dad, there's a Subaru..!" so we really wanted them to be there when we took delivery and the sales staff at Fox Marquette was very accommodating while I completed the purchase process. They took the time to share rally videos on a lobby television and even some trinkets from last years' Upper Michigan rally with my sons. I have been buying Ford cars for 50 years and this dealership was by far, the best dealership. My salesperson was Bill Rajaniemi. We purchased a 2014 Titanium Escape. He helped us build it and order it. He answered all our questions and so knowlegable about the car. If we called and left a message he got right back to us and that is very important to me. When we picked up the car he went through it from top to bottom. We even went back a month later because we didn't know how to work some of the tech stuff and he took his time with us and helped us out. I will buy ever car from now on from him. I wish I would have known about him sooner. We gave his name to my husband's mother and she went to the dealership and she also purchased her car from Bill. She just loved him. Bill is the best. This is our 4th vehicle from Subaru. I had this one Ordered. It is a 2014 Subaru Forester in Bronze. Very nice vehicle. It's the best one yet. Very impressive fuel economy. I bought a car a couple of months ago and it was a great stress free experience as buying a new car can be. Today had a truck repaired that I didn't buy from Fox Marquette and was treated like I had bought ten cars from them. The service department is professional but treat you like your there only customer. The tech.treated me like I had known him for years and I just met him. The Service Dept. keeps you informed on what is going on and make sure you are comfortable while you wait. My salesman (Bill) was concerned and made sure that all my questions were answered and he didn't even sell me that Vehicle so I didn't expect him to take time from his day to talk with me and make my wait seem short. I have bought many cars over the years and if your looking to buy a new car this is the place. I live 67 miles from this dealer and it worth every mile of the drive. What else can I say I have nothing even remotely negative about Fox Marquette.

My college student daughter has been shopping there for a used vehicle. Since I am paying for it I asked to be remotely involved in the process. I talked to the salesman but it was on my daughter's IPhone. As the signal was breaking up, I asked the salesman to call me back on a land line. I also gave FAX number and email address for information I was requesting. As we hung up I was expecting an immediate call back and written information. Four days later, neither has occurred.

I will not be dealing with Fox Marquette Subaru any more after my two service experiences with them. On the first experience, I had to call back four times to finally get an appointment confirmed because the "Service Advisor" Jason never returned my calls. I drive from two hours away, so I requested a loaner vehicle. When I got there, no loaner vehicle had been set aside for me, so my sales rep had to borrow a "demo car" to me. I also overheard a service rep tell another customer that "we can't get your car in today because we are overbooked." The second experience, I had to call twice to confirm there would be a loaner vehicle for me. I also requested a quote to be sent to me prior to any work being done. At the time I dropped off the car, the associate Carrie told me this wouldn't be a problem. However, when she called back the next day she said she did not "understand" what I meant by a quote and that it would be impossible to give a quote because they wouldn't know "how much it would cost until the work was done. I was having the Subaru-recommended 30k maint done, as well as a Subaru recall fix and a couple of minor other things done. Nothing unusual was being done so it should have been easy to send me a quote. She gave me a price estimate ("shouldn't be more than this"), but when I picked up the car the price was significantly higher. I questioned it, and the service rep on duty that day was quick to take a few extra charges off for me. The inability, or unwillingness, to give me a service quote makes me feel like they actively tried to deceive me. After all this, my car was not washed and gas tank filled as is their standard procedure for warranty vehicles purchased there, and the seat and newly-installed sun visor had their dirty mechanic stains all over them. During the 35 minutes I was there to pick up my vehicle, Service department had two calls on hold and a line of customers. Basically, they are understaffed, and those who are currently managing the customer service side of the Service Department should not be in those roles.
