Friday morning needed a water pump. They had me on my way by 3pm. Great staff. Would definitely use them again for service. While waiting spoke to many of the sales people, they seemed genuine and honest. A trait not found in many sales people. Would seriously consider buying my next vehicle there even with it being at 8 hour drive from my home!

First time customer here. Let me tell you about this dealership. Hands down the best customer service in my entire world, and I have purchased several vehicles in the past. I want to applaud Justin for keeping me informed on the status of my vehicle. Don the service technician who looked at my vehicle solved every issue I had on my vehicle that was covered under my warranty and my recall. I also asked the sales department on a particular vehicle and brad was able to help answer all my questions. I got to meet Todd who works here as well, and I advised him how the trails were in Ontonogan. Hands down best service around in the U.P. I will be a lifetime customer. ❤️
