I was involved in an accident where my 2013 Acadia was a total loss. So I began the process to find a quality, newer replacement vehicle. Fox Valley Buick/GMC was one of three dealerships I was in contact with. They had the vehicle I was looking for, a 2019 Acadia Denali. After a positive test drive, I put a deposit down with the expectation of purchasing the vehicle a few days later. Well they experienced an "unusual situation" with this specific vehicle, making it not available for me to purchase. I met with Frank the GM, Mike the Sales Manager, and Joe the Sales Consultant. They said they were going to take care of this situation and find me another (same) Acadia Denali. On the day I was to have bought the Acadia, I had to return my insurance company issued rental car. So I now needed a interim vehicle. The Fox Valley team provided me with an Acadia to use until they found me the car I wanted. They demonstrated to me the meaning of "being customer centric." This team was professional, empathetic and great communicators. They gained my trust and respect. I want to thank them for turning an "unusual situation" into a very positive experience for me. I've shared my experience with my family and several friends, encouraging them to strongly consider making contact with Fox Valley Buick/GMC when looking for a vehicle.

Fox Valley GMC is the best! Josh and Joe were absolutely outstanding and very helpful when purchasing my first car. They both are honest guys and made sure I got the best deal on my car. Their goal was to make sure I left happy and they definitely achieved that. I'm very happy with my whole experience there. They were extremely helpful all around and I definitely recommend them to others who are looking for a new vehicle.

Fox Valley GMC is the absolute best! My last two vehicle purchases with them have been flawless. Anytime I need my current vehicle serviced, I drive almost an hour one way to Fox Valley. The service department is communicative and honest. The sales team Is outstanding. Justin and his team are honest guys who care about what their customers want in a vehicle and making sure they leave happy. My last vehicle purchase was a Yukon Denali. My husband and I went to look at it, loved it and said we would come pick it up two days later. Two days later, we returned to the dealership at our scheduled appointment, saw our shiny new car parked out front waiting for us, finished our paperwork, and drove off the lot in our new Yukon. We will continue to buy all our vehicles with Justin and his team.

I purchased a car here recently. I worked with a salesperson Giovanni who was super helpful and knowledgeable. It was my first time buying a car and he took me through step by step and offered information on different models. Amazing customer service. I truly felt taken care of and an expert when it came time to choose my car. Proud owner of a new Tiguan and I appreciate Fox Valley for helping me!! 10/10 would recommend.
