I had to wait extra time for my repair; apparently the part wasn't immediately available. However, the extra time wasn't a problem for me. so it wasn't a big deal. I was also given a 10% discount in price, which I appreciated.

I used the night box and dropped of my vehicle for an oil change, tire rotation, 15000 mile checkup and to check the breaks due to a squeak. I was called a few time to verify things as they progressed, and kept in the loop on the status of the checkup. The moment I arrived I was greeted by a high energy gentleman that helped me get my questions answered, a directed me to the cashier window with paperwork in hand, only to then tell me he would pull my truck around to the over hang where it would be in the shade and ready for me. Excellent customer services.

Check in as well as check out was very slow. I wasn't notified when my vehicle was done. Jill looked like she just couldn't keep up. She needs additional help.

I feel that the dealership has strengthen itself with the addition of service personnel from another dealership. we purchased our 2006 Impala from Becks and have had excellent service one it. The service department is great and friendly. we are now looking at leasing and if we decide, we will go to Becks for that also. Their attitude is wonderful --not pushy, just helpful.

We drove just over 100 miles to see a 2011 HHR that was advertised at Frank Beck Chevrolet. Charlie Balog helped us get a great doable deal, so we purchased it. While we closed the deal on this vehicle, Charlie also helped us work a deal on a 2010 Chevrolet Camaro ! Two sales in one afternoon. Must have been something in the coffee. Needless to say we are extremely happy with our purchases and the treatment we received. Five star rating all the way.

Charlie always makes you feel like finding you an acceptable car is his main focus, not pushy , low pressure, listening to what you are looking for and not trying to sell you something you don't want. The only mistake you will make at Beck Chevrolet is not talking to Charlie.

Franklin and David Beck are the best! My sales rep Charlie handled everything perfectly from start to finish and will in the future be my first call for car needs and questions. I could go to a number of other dealers that are closer but dealing with Frank Beck Chevrolet is my only choice and the right one.

Highly recommended. My sales agent Troy sandy was everything you want in a salesman, professional attentive and most of all not pushy. In fact I was ask to take it for a second test drive to make sure that was the truck I wanted. And that was very appreciated. Because I work out of town, live out of town, but bought my last 3 vehicles from Frank Beck Chevrolet, I do have all my oil changes and car service done there. Saturday is the easiest time for me to get in for the oil changes. I'm so glad that Frank Beck's offer this service. It's always a pleasant atmosphere, quick service, and I'm on my way.

I had problems with my new silverado so Dave Beck and Charlie balog got with Gm and told them about it and after reviewing the problem Gm did a buy back and put me in to a new 2015 .I think that Gm and frank , Beck chevrolet are the best and I will look forward too working with them in the future David Spencer

The staff always greet me with a smile and respect. They make you feel like they care and want to help get your car back on the road as quickly as possible. If the repair is going to take lomger than expected, they offer to take you home or provide a loaner. The waiting area always has coffee and popcorn available. It's a very friendly customer service dealer to work with. I would highly recommend them.

I brought my Cobalt in for the recall and Frank Beck did a great job. They called me as soon as my parts were in and had openings for an appointment that worked great with my busy schedule. Called a couple times for info on a truck for sale, they called back with our requested info and said it would be ready for us when we get there in an hr. Took time out of our day to get money and drive an hr only to find out that they just happened to sell that truck min before we arrived!!! BUT, they had several other vehicles for us to look at. NO THANKS!!!! Terrible people working at this dealership!!!! Don't trust anything they say!!!
