I called the service department to order some tires for my 2015 ford transit on Tuesday. For my service appointment on Friday. Drove my truck up to the service department left it and got a call back 1 hour later. Stating that they failed to check their inventory for the tires that I needed . Not impressed

When I first inquired about the vehicle I was contacted by Jim Rice, in internet sales. Initially he seemed okay but became increasingly pushy as we didn't immediately agree to purchase the vehicle and wanted to discuss the matter between myself and my fiancee. We live in Springfield, MO about 70 miles away and I had never seen the vehicle in person and or test drove it, yet Jim kept insisting I put down a $500 deposit over the phone to hold the vehicle until I could get a day off work to drive down. I refused multiple times over the next few days but he continued to text me and call me. About five days later I was able to travel to the dealership and actually see the vehicle in person. Upon arrival a sales person was waiting for us and stated he had all the paperwork ready and all we had to do was sign and drive. I asked him what he was talking about and that I was there to first test drive the vehicle before I considered buying it. He stated that Jim Rice had told him that I was going to purchase the vehicle as soon as I arrived which really perturbed me. Thankfully we didn't have Jim that day and instead a very nice gentleman named, John Atwood. He slowed down immediately and went step by step through all aspect of the sale and wasn't at all pushy like Jim. John was really what sold us on the vehicle after our initial negative experience with Jim Rice. I think overall this dealership seems very nice but we just ended up with a very aggressive salesman initially.

After hitting a deer and totaling my vehicle I started the task of shopping for a new vehicle. It's not the shopping that's been a pain in the past it's the getting the vehicle I want for a fair price. Pete Santana with Fletcher Ford made the buying and financing such an easy process. I felt like Pete not only listened but found the vehicle I wanted. Then with his boss Clint gave me a fair price without hassle so I could spend my time off with family instead of sitting in a dealership feeling drained at the end of the process. I would recommend Pete as a salesperson and Fletcher for anyone looking to buy.

First I want to say that I just stumbled upon this website and if I would have known about it I would have complained about Fletcher Ford earlier!In 2012 I bought a 2011 Ford Fusion, trading in my 2007 Ford Fusion. I bought this vehicle off the back lot as it was just traded in, that was fine I understand completely why it wasn't cleaned and service before I looked at it. The next day I came back to test drive it and it was not done being cleaned so I had to wait (thus begins the day of waiting). When it was detailed I took it for a spin and decided it would suit my needs. Meanwhile my friend decided she wanted a 2011 Ford F150 that was on the lot. So together we bout approx. $55,000 worth of vehicles that day. Were we appreciated for our purchase? NO! Ford absolutely sold us JUNK that we are stuck with for 4 years!! Since my car was purchased on a Saturday on Sunday I discovered they did not service the car before I recieved it. We were literally waiting all day from 10am to 8pm for just my purchase! I think they could have serviced it while we were waiting. So I was inconvienced by having to take it in and wait for it to get serviced but none the less I got it serviced. I just sent off my first payment so I had the car approx one month and it broke down on the side of the road!!! Seriously??? My old car NEVER had ANY problems the 2 years I owned it. I had it towed in because it was still under warranty and one of the service people called me the next day and said that it was ready to pick up. I asked what was wrong with it and they said nothing. I said how is it nothing if it was inoperable when I had it towed in? He said that he didn't know but it didn't do anything with the mechanic when he drove it so they can't fix anything. My grandfather ended up calling Ford Motor Company who in turn call Fletcher and magically they found the problem and fixed it. Crazy huh? Present day, I have been hearing this squeeling in my car and called in and talk to Mark and he said that there may or may not be a $50 diagnostic fee. If I forked out the money for a bumper to bumper warranty that I was assured would not have any pocket expense for me then why would I possibly have to pay a $50 fee? Because whatever is wrong with it may not be covered by the warranty. ITS BUMPER TO BUMPER!!!!! I understand that wear and tear will not be covered but pulleys? Yes they are covered I feel that they are just trying to milk more money out of me so I will drive it til I have to have it towed in again. Its bumper to bumper right? I will probably have to put in another call to Ford again to get them to get off their lazy tails and actually do their jobs! Oh, and the 2011 Ford F150 that I mentioned earlier.....It squeeks everytime you hit a bump and doesn't sound like a 2011 more like a 1991. I will NEVER by from Fletcher again!!!! Every complaint that I put in about this was either ignored or I was lied to. Furthermore, I think that it is unprofessional for your sales staff and sales manager to be playing catch with a ball bouncing off of your vehicles in your showroom while trying to complete a deal. Fletcher Ford in my opinion are nothing more than liars and cons.

Driving back from a cruise out of New Orleans to Topeka, Ks, we experienced drive train problems when we drove in to Joplin late on a Saturday night. We had hoped to make it home that night. After deciding the car would have to be repaired before it could be driven any more, and not finding any shops open on Sunday that could do the work, we got a rental and left our 2002 Mercury Mountaineer at Fletcher Ford. We drove home in the rental without issue.Early Monday morning I called and spoke with Jacob. I told him the vehicle was out front of service and the keys were in the after hours drop box. I told him we didn't dare drive it any further, and left it for their inspection. He called me later that morning and told me it was the front drive train on the all wheel drive vehicle and quoted me a price for the repair. He went on to explain the parts weren't in stock but he could have them there by 6:30 am on Tuesday morning. I explained that I would have to take a chance they would be there and start driving towards Joplin at 6:00 am, as I had a 10 am deadline to turn in the rental to save an addition days expense. I asked if he'd call me when the truck was there and verify the parts were indeed on board, so I wouldn't waste more than an hour and a half of driving.Jacob called me while I was en route and verified the parts were in and they'd have the repairs done before I got to Joplin. I arranged to have their shuttle pick me up at the airport where I was turning in the rental. I arrived there before 10, the shuttle picked me up at a quarter after, and I was at the dealership at about 10:20 am. The Mountaineer was out front, complete as promised, and when I went to pay for the work, the price was as quoted. Jacob was professional in every respect, and did everything he said he'd do, and everything I asked him to do. Other than the unexpected expense during an already expensive vacation, I couldn't have been more pleased with the experience. I would recommend them to anyone, anytime.

After leaving a negative dealer across the street we stopped here to check out a used Cadillac Escalade. This place was full of shoppers (probably good sign?) We were immediately greeted by Chuck who showed us the car. After a thorough test drive we were introduced to the sales manager. We were given excellent condition prices on our two trades and the escalade was well under book value. Even though these guys were very busy they took care of us and we were able to walk out with our new truck. I will recommend these guys to everyone I know!

By far, the best car buying experience I have ever had. My last car purchase I spent all day Saturday completing my purchase. This time, I was in and out in 30 minutes. Everyone I spoke with from Charles to Tom in finance was professional. They worked and got me the best rate and trade value for my car, and I got my dream car!!

We have purchased three vehicles from Fletcher Ford (one for myself and one for each of my children), Two of those being from Shane. He goes above and beyond in every aspect of customer service as does everyone there . There is not an overwhelming feeling of pressure when purchasing a vehicle from Fletcher Ford and I have seen first hand how they try very hard to work with the customer to meet the customers needs and expectations. Fletcher Ford will be my first stop when shopping for any future vehicles and Shane will be the salesman of choice.

Mr. Johnson tried to get me to trade in my 2010 Ford truck for a different vehicle. He said we could "trade straight across" for either a 2010 Lincoln MKZ or maybe a 2012 Nissan Altima. I left the dealership without buying because I wanted to check out what NADA said the vehicles were worth. Come to find out the MKZ was worth about 20575 to 22300. The Nissan Altima was worth 24840. My truck was worth 26725 to 28150. When I confronted Mr. Johnson with these facts, he stated my truck might be worth 26000 and I should trade for a 2011 F150 crew 4wd for 28000. I told him I did not appreciate the fact he knew that the vehicles he was trying to get me to trade for were worth FAR LESS than my truck and that I felt cheated. He stated that "it is my policy to deal with integrity." I am not sure how cheating people out of thousands of dollars is integrity?I asked for him to have his supervisor call me so I could discuss my situation and no supervisor ever called.I have given this dealership this rating because of the poor salesmanship and integrity that was demonstrated by R. Johnson.

Outstanding dealership. I was able to come to terms on the vehicle I wanted before I visited the dealership. We both received a fair and equitable price for my truck and trade in vehicle. I spent a total of 50 minutes in the dealership signing for and picking up my new Ford F150. This is an outstanding way to buy a new vehicle. I have spent as much as 7 hrs before.

The experience was fantastic. Contacted Matt Maxwell on Monday, January 24, 2011 and he began working immediately. He was informative and made sure that we received the vehicle that we wanted. He was honest and direct and went the extra mile to find us the truck. He found several trucks for us that we were told about the features and then he called each dealership without us ever having to step foot into your dealership. When we ran into a snafu and had to come in and continue looking, we were there less than 2 hours which was wonderful. It was a great experience and I will recommend both Matt and Frank Fletcher to family and friends.
