So we were told that frank fletcher dodge in Jonesboro was the place to go. So when our 2012 town and country had a check engine light come on we went straight there. We were told that is was probably a warranty issue since the 3.6 motor had recalls on the cylinder head by their service department. It was having a miss fire on cylinder 4. After a day of supposedly looking at it they determined it was just spark plugs that needed to be replaced. Now this vam has less that 45,000 miles on it but we took their word for it and had them fix it for over 350 dollars. A week later the light came on again and took it back to them for them to tell us that it was old recorded data from before that they forgot to clear out. So they reset the codes. Not even 4 days later same issue came back up. Same code saying miss fire on cylinder 4. They then decided it had to be the cylinder that was cause the issues and would be covered under warranty. We asked if we were going to get a refund for all the other work we paid for since this was the issue all along and should have been done in the first place. They decided that we still needed the to have the spark plugs changed anyways and that we had to just deal with the other chargers. When this is poor customer service and we will never go to this dealership again and will be be sure to tell everyone not to go there for anything. If this would have happened at my business and it was of my employees that screwed up this in the first place I would have fixed this problem for the customer. We will never step foot in that place again.

Taylor was GREAT! From the moment we pulled on the lot he was waving, even though my wife just waved back & passed him up saying no not till I see whats on the lot!..lol. So after he walks a quarter mile down to us he is still smiling and ready to help. he was eager to get us the best deal possible. with all the incentives he could squeeze out of his sales manager. Lol. Overall he was a terrific open honest and helpful salesman. to be as young as he is if he stays with it he should end up selling more cars any other salesmen on the lot. he gets a big thumbs up and if it had 6 stars, he would get the 6 star rating instead of just 5.

We want to give a giant big shout-out to sales, Alan Hathcoat and sales manager, Nate Brown.I have been buying cars for over 40 years and have bought many new cars and trucks. Since recently moving to the NE Ark area this was our first visit to this dealership. We were treated with the highest level of professionalism and so courteously that my wife and I thought it was over the top!. It was the most pleasant experience from pulling on the lot and being met by Alan, full of questions and ready with answers for our questions. Within 10 minutes of meeting Alan we were doing a test drive. Liking some of the the features on the Ram 1500 but not quite what we were looking for, Alan showed us others and we drove the truck we purchased. After we picked out the truck then came the part that most people dread, the deal! Nate Brown was wonderful, he worked with us and we finally reached the numbers we needed and moved on to finance and Will was very nice to help us finish. Within just a couple of hours from the time we drove on the lot, we were signing the paperwork!! We needed some mats and running boards and Heather in parts was very helpful! Alan and all the sales and finance team was great and very helpful. Alan went above and beyond to get me the best vehicle for my predicament, being upside down. He took the time and listened to what I wanted and was looking for! Easiest car buying experience I've ever had. I wasn't impressed with the service department at all though. I needed my radio reprogrammed, the lady that Alan took me to was rude to say the least. She acted as if Alan and myself was bothering her with needing to schedule etc. Alan went out of his way and aplogized for her being so rude which he didn't have to do. Thanks to everyone in the sales and finance for getting me in my brand new car!

I received a call from Kevin Brand (as in Brand New Car) back in March. My wife and I had just started looking for a replacement for the old car she was driving and told Kevin that we needed a couple of months to get some finances in better shape. Believe it or not I did not hear from him for about 10 weeks and then he gave me a call to see if we were still in the market for another vehicle. We told him we were just about ready and would be by to see him in a couple of weeks. We finally were able to show up a few weeks later (still no pressure calls from Kevin) and told him what we had to trade and what we were looking for. In about 30 minutes he brought us a car to test drive. It was fabulous. We did not have the trade-in with us that day but came back with it the next day to get our new car and he made an offer for the pickup I was driving (had to follow the trade in car to make sure it would make it) and we were able to reach a great deal on a brand new car. Kevin worked with us, gave us time to think things over and never pressured or pushed us in the least and we wound up with not one, but two cars that weekend for just a little more than what we had previously been paying for one truck. One of the cars was used and we had a sight problem with it after just a couple of days. We called Kevin and even though there was no warranty left on the car he told us to bring it in and he would have it fixed and he did. Kevin was friendly, funny and never pressured us in any way. It was a totally unique car-buying experience in that regard for me and I have bought my fair share of vehicles over the years. We certainly appreciate the way we were treated by the entire staff at Fletcher's but our most heart-felt thanks to Kevin Brand for making it not only an almost painless, but also a fun experience. Sunday I went by Fletcher Dodge and looked at a 2015 Dodge Challenger with less than 20 miles on it with many options already installed. its the Hemi 5.7L V8.On tuesday Carl Deal gave me what I was looking for on trade and got my payment where I wanted and terms. I could not be happier with the entire process. back in 2000 we went there to purchase a vehicle and while we were gone to pick up pay check stubs and so on at the house, another dealer sold the car we were fixing to purchase. I was Livid when i got back and said I would never buy a vehicle there ever. well lets just say that's water under the bridge. after this process this week, i will def go back and do business again. quick and easy. So hats off to Carl Deal And Michael Proffitt and the entire staff at Frank Fletcher. and to top the sale off, the Christmas in july was awesome, we picked a card from the tree and took home a sentry fire proof safe. We went to buy a used Challenger and ended up getting a new one. I have to admit we were not the easiest of customers to work with. It took four times to finally get us a car because we were very particular on color, style, options, etc. Evidently, the granite color with ruby red leather seats is in high demand. Every time they would find us one, it would sell before we could make it to the dealership!!! However, Kevin Brand did not give up on locating our perfect car. Working with him was great! I plan on buying another new car in a year and I will go to Frank Fletcher of Jonesboro.

I initially did not expect much from this dealership as I have never been able to make a deal there before. Just so you know I'm a very particular buyer. But to my surprise these 2 men I dealt with, were able to provide competitive pricing, excellent trade in value and met every demand I placed upon them including a great interest rate. I found Mike to be honest, caring and upfront about every detail. Mr. Stevenson has recently returned to Fletchers as general manager and in my opinion he brings a NEW ATTITUDE toward customer service. I would definitely recommend giving them a chance before driving even one mile out of town.

In the process of dealing with several different dealerships in the state trying to find what I wanted for the price I wanted, Fletcher, by far was the worst. After letting Josh Brown know that I'd found a deal at Orr in Searcy (they were about $2500 lower on the vehicle I wanted, and wrote a check for sales tax paid), Mr. Brown flat out told me he didn't believe me. So basically, he calls me a liar (in an email mind you) he didn't have the manhood to call me and say it directly to me. And now, he sends me an email to this website so I can read how great their customer service is from other customers lol. Really Josh? Your elevator must not go all the way to the top cuz I've read several bad reviews on the link you sent me. Anyways, if you're in NEA, take the trip to Searcy to Orr. Those guys at Orr WILL EARN your business. Call over and talk to Rob Massengil. I put that guy thru the ringer and he exceeded my expectations. That guy sold us the vehicle we wanted for the price we wanted and paid sales tax all while sitting on the floor playing with my 17 month old boy, keeping him entertained while we dealt with paperwork. I cannot have asked for more. And Josh Brown, I hope you read this and learn something cuz your kind is why people like me HATE the dealership experience!

Everything from sales to service at Fletcher is below par. From buying my new vehicle finding a sales person that was willing to help was a challenge (first sales person I asked for help said he was busy, even though it was early and no customers were there). Everything takes forever here. Service department is especially bad. Need to fix something on warranty "its your fault" is there slogan. Bayird jeep dealership however said there was no way I messed up what was broken and fixed it fast and they were friendly. (And said that whoever told me what was wrong was completely wrong). Any service you get done here is going to take forever. They put a part on backwards on a warranty fix before (took them 5 hours) and after I pointed it out they said oh my bad and replaced it in 5 mintues. Just overall bad place, from sales to parts (parts adviser spent 15 minutes messing with a printer with customer in office before walking out. Didn't say a word to customer but did hold up a finger as if to said hold on) to service. I will try bayird out for my next jeep. There service dept is definitely more competent anyway.

Recently purchased a 2012 Fusion which was totalled in a wreck. Because we received such good service returned and purchased a 2013 Nissan Altima. Well the good service Stops There!! The transmission has a recall and has been taken to the Nissan Dealership once. Now the issue is worse. If I stop at a red light or stop sign the car will not move in drive. Yesterday, while pulling out onto 49 highway from 69 highway the car stalled in drive stopping 2 lanes of traffic. if they had not been defensive drivers I could have been killed or seriously injured. Where would the responsibility lie????? Now, I have to make my own appointment at the Nissan Dealership which is extemely nice (SHOULD HAVE BOUGHT THE CAR THERE). Now, Fletcher Dodge says they do not have a car for me to drive at the moment so I guess I drive the new car until the transmission falls out on the highway and someone is injured!!!! You should provide me a car today, my appointment is Tuesday and could take from a few hours to a few weeks. 2 Car purchased and this is the "professional service" you have to offer. If you need to contact me: Sarah Stricklin 870-595-5996 because everytime I call the Sales Manager avoids my call. Believe you me, and you guarantee this will happen, I will be contacting my Attorney and I haven't even made the first payment. This is about to skip service and become a matter of principle.

This is my second new vehicle I have bought from fletcher jones dodge dealership. I bought my first dodge 1500 in 2006 and just recently traded it in on a 2012 challenger. the entire time I had my truck I never had any problems except 1 and I was very happy with the vehicle. It was just time for a new vehicle and. a different experience with dodge . when I first saw the challenger that I liked caleb walked up to me after business hours and told me to come talk to him when they were open. I told him where I wanted to be in payments and what I wanted in a car . caleb told me he believes he could get me in that vehicle and he was good to his word. when I arrived that day he had cameron jacobs work with me. cameron was very fast and very friendly before I knew it we came to an agreement on where I wanted to be number wise.caleb finalized my paperwork and honestly I never bought a car so fast and felt so good about it. I drove off in my new 2012 challenger that day and I am very happy with the vehicle and the purchase. Thanks ALLEN

i set up an online appointment to have my truck worked on , I never received a confirmation could not get in contact with anyone in the service department. took my truck over on Thursday morning dropped it off was told that they would diagnose my problem and contact me to see what I wanted to do with it. It is now Saturday afternoon still no word and still can't get in touch with anyone in the service department, i have bought my last three vehicles here . but will not use them again.

The sales staff at Frank Fletcher was by far the most courteous and professional at a dealership I have visited while in the market for a vehicle. Even when looking at the vehicle I wanted, which was parked about 100 yards from the office in about 30 degree weather, Todd Wells walked over to assist me. He seemed to know every detail of every vehicle in the lot and was super nice. He was patient with all questions I had as a first time buyer and made sure I got exactly the vehicle I wanted, not something I just had to settle for. Financing was a great experience with Caleb Brewington not giving up until he found me the best interest rate and payment, along with making the extended warranty affordable and a no brainer. I will continue to purchase from this dealership and do my business with this sales staff and would recommend anyone in the market.

Very good experience with Fletcher Jeep Dealership. Both Caleb and Todd were great to work with and gentleman. Great experience. I felt that I could trust both the dealership and vehicle because of Caleb and Todd. Plus, I have had a JEEP before. Love the vehicle.

Todd Wells was great to buy from ,straight forward and honest. It was nice to not have to "deal further" when we got there. Everything was ready to go. The car had just been detailed and everything was in order.

We have traded with this dealership for years and continue to use them because of their good customer service and willingness to work with us on deals that we feel are good. We received a letter telling us of the sale going on the last day of the year and decided to just check it out and look. We had received a courtesy call from Mike Proffitt a couple days before the sale after I did the RSVP, so we asked for him when we arrived. We received a WalMart gift card and a Starbucks gift card just for attending. Mike asked us what we were interested in and I told him we were just browsing and didn't know if we were ready to trade again yet. Mike went above and beyond to try and help us find what we were looking for. He was very professional and a very good salesman. We traded vehicles and he got us a deal we thought was good and even showed us how to set the clock and calibrate the compass setting. He is the first car salesman that we have ever had that was interested enough to make sure we knew how everything was set and worked in the new vehicle before we left the lot. It is salesmen like Mike that make a car dealership worth trading with. Everyone else we dealt with including Caleb who explained the financial part and finalized the paperwork was very professional and knowledgeable and made us feel at ease. Everyone was friendly and wanted to make us feel good about being there. As I stated earlier, we have traded with this dealership for a long time and will continue to use them as long as they have employees like Mike Proffitt that make us feel good about making a major purchase.

Visited to trade in my Dakota for a new Ram. Todd was extremely helpful with finding me a new vehicle, which i love by the way, and the finance manager was nice and helpful. Although I would have preferred a lower monthly payment, they did what they could within the constraints of the financial system. Overall very satisfied. Would do business with them again. Did I mention that the new RAM is SWEET?

While visiting my local Dodge dealership I was introduced to Todd by one of the other employees who spoke of him highly, as he straved to help me in every way he could coming and going and checking out any ane all possibilities available for me to purchase a new vehicle; I could not help but notice the 12 to 13 placts on his wall which really caught my attention. After meeting and seting down and talking with Todd I then begin to relize why he had sooooo many placts on his wall, it was because after the effort he put forth showed me he deserved each and every one of them. Todd made me feel like I am an american and I do deserve a piece of that american pie!!!

yes i would and the sales man micheal was great he helped us in every way that he could and even took the extra time to find the very color we wanted and the options that we want i have already told people how well we were treated and i have to say we didnt make it easy we knew just what we wanted and just what we would take on for our trade and i feel like he did all that he could and we got the jeep we wanted at a very good price and we our enjoying our new ride should we decide to trade again i hope that he he is still there he well diffently get our business

I took my Dodge Caliber in for a problem with the electronic trottle control. I was not thrilled about the diagnostics price, a little over $100 for an hour. They called and said they were having trouble finding the issue and needed authorization for an additional hour. I agreed because I really didn't have much choice. When I returned to the dealership, I was driving around the lot looking at the cars. One of the salesmen stopped me and asked how I was doing. I told him my car was in service and I was just killing time. He asked if I would like to see about getting a new car. He worked with me on this and I ended up trading in my car and buying a new Dodge Avenger. He was very friendly and helpful. His name was Michael Proffitt and he should be very proud of his work. Also, the finance guy was very nice. Sorry I can't remember his name.

We had our PT/Cruiser worked on at Fletcher Dodge. The transmission had went out andour warranty covered the repairs. We chose Fletcher Dodge because of the good reputation the service dept has. Especially a young man named Mika, who everyone saysis the man you want to talk to if you need your car worked on in Jonesboro. The staff was very friendly and courteous. Any questions that were asked were answered to the best of their ability. The sales man (Todd Wells) drove us around in a very hot car with the air conditioning off trying to locate a sound we could hear. Also the lady (I don't remember her name) in the finance department was very helpful. Overall, we had an enjoyable experience at this dealership--we bought the vehicle!

My 18 year old son took his jeep to have a test run on it, was going to take 2 days and they had it for 21 days. We both made a number of calls and was blowed off each time. I went up there twice and so did my son, finally I got a call on a Firday aftrnoon(20 days later) that it would be ready at 430 and I told them we would be there Sat. morning to get it. The price went from 108.00 to 401.35. fine I paid for it and went to get in the jeep ( that was left unlocked ) and his new 300.00 radio was gone and the dash and air control box was broke. They told me I would have to come back monday and talk to the manager. He told us there was nothing he could do about it that it was our fault it was unlocked that they always lock them up. They tried to bully my son around and refused to work with him or help in anyway. A LOCAL BUSSINESS RIPPING YOUNG COLLAGE KIDS OFF. Its bad enough to do this to adults but to try and rip off kidds that are starting out is double wrong. They got a real bad additude and custumer skill really sink. I would not take anything to them even if they were the last place on earth.

Service department: Misty caught in several lies. They took apart the car without making sure they had the correct parts and then Misty said, "to error is human" and sent us out without a vehicle for the night or for the next day. Told also by Micah that our warranty was a horrible warranty and Misty proceeded to tell me the reason that I was so upset was because of our warranty not because of their lack of communication. She never even called to let us know of the "mistake" instead I pulled into the car lot and she was smoking. After several attempts to reach the GM and several voicemails left for him, I finally had my son call and Gabe was magically available to take the call (I had called right before that and he "was out and about". Then Gabe, the GM, said he would call me back to discuss what happened and never has! I have tried to give him the benefit of the doubt, however it seems like he could have cared less! Not sure where this goes or if anyone involved with Fletcher cares but for what it's worth we will not be returning! So much for keeping business local, I guess Fletcher doesn't care either!DanielleJonesboro AR
