Had an 1130am appointment on 04/10/21 for a simple tire purchase and install from a flat tire I had. I arrived at 1115am. Wanted a quick in/out. Well...come 115pm I started to complain about how long it was taking for a tire change. At 136pm my car was done. One of the perks of owning a luxury car is I usually get a complimentary car wash with any service. Frank Kent Cadillac did not even wash my car after a 2 1/4 hour tire change. I asked the service tech why I didn’t receive a wash and he said since I was complaining of how long it took he thought it was best to get my car to me. What the heck? That decision should of been on me after proper communication...which I did not receive! Very disappointed in Frank Kent Cadillac of Arlington. A simple tire change that took over 2 hours with no complimentary wash was what I paid $245 for. ****UPDATE***** Service Manager Ryan did a phenomenal job in correcting a minor issue I had from a previous visit. And kudos to Diane, at the loaner car desk, who I had the pleasure of talking about all the great food from our hometown of Chicago. A very pleasant experience. Thank you S.H. 2019 Xts

Antoinette is very welcoming. She welcomed me with a big bright smile. Her spirit and attitude exudes sincerity and goodness. She made me feel that I could trust her and the information she provided me. I believe Cadillac is on to something having Antoinette in their establishment. She needs to be the pilot for all Cadillac locations to eventually get an Antoinette. Great addition. This has now become my best experience with this Cadillac location, and I have been a customer for 4 years no w. That speaks volumes!

I took my Escalade in for routine maintenance last week and waited in the lounge area, which was exceptionally nice! The lounge was stocked with a variety of food and drinks. Antoinette who over sees the lounge was the sweetest lady! She was very helpful and knowledgeable. I enjoyed her conversation as she was respectful and engaged with everyone in the lounge professionally!

The service department was excellent. They were able to fix all the issues with my car. The service lounge area was beautiful and Antoinette was joy to be around and very knowledgeable about the dealerships different service and cars.

My first service experience since the dealership changed from Cadillac of Arlington went awesome thanks to Antoinette. She was very courteous and a pleasure to talk to while I waited for my 2015 Escalade to be serviced. So far I am impressed with the changes made to the building and staff. I am definitely recommending friends and family to come.
