Changing this review to 1 star. After a visit here in December. Not only is the service dept rude, the sales out front are worst. Had a salesman Morgan Randell who would rather argue than sell a car. They also told me i couldn't trade a used car for a used car. 2 weeks later i traded my used car in on a used car at another dealership. The management does not care how the employees treat the customers. Management will also not answer the phone when a customer has a problem. This place is poorly run i had been by this place several times before when no one would help also. DO NOT BUY A CAR HERE!!!

Amazing experience. They were able to help me out and get me the exact car I wanted at the exact payments I wanted, without me having to even step foot into the showroom. My salesperson Amber was so nice and very helpful to work with! They even delivered the car to me while I was at work and made it easy to sign everything, grab the car, and get back to work. Huge shoutout to the Franklin Chevrolet team and a special shout-out to Amber Simmons & Greg Priebe for getting me exactly what I wanted and bringing it right to me!

I scheduled an appointment online but when I called to make an additional service request, I was told that the online service does not actually schedule my service request. The lady I spoke with was very nice and added the recall request to my oil change and tire rotation. My complaint as to the service received... the oil life reading was not reset and my drivers seat seam had been split somehow, plus the cover on the passenger air bag was also partially sticking up and had not been properly reinstalled. Not happy!

The service technician who worked with me was very nice and helpful. My only issue is that on my last inspection sheet from February 2021, it said my front and rear breaks were at 35%. Since they were squeaking, I assumed I needed breaks. Come to find out my breaks are at 40% and 80% and I didn’t need breaks. I am super thankful that the technician did not unnecessarily install breaks and confirmed my brake level first. I just wonder what type of inspection did they do in February to have such off numbers, as this was the whole reason I came in for the visit.
