Dropped my car off for a Friday 1:30 appointment and was told car might not be ready until Monday. Called Monday and was told they had over booked and wouldn't look at it until after lunch. Called back at 4:00 and was told it would be yet another day, and when I asked why exactly felt I was given the runaround. Tuesday continued to get the runaround so I asked my son to call because I felt maybe they would try harder to explain things to a man. He finally just told them if the car was running that we would pick it up immediately because we felt like we were constantly put on the back burner and not treated honestly.
