I had been away from the Toledo area for four years, but recently relocated to Perrysburg. I chose Franklin Park Lincoln to have my Ford Escape serviced because I have always had the best service there. The staff is top notch and always willing to assist me in the upkeep of my Ford vehicles over the years. I could not go anywhere else but Franklin Park Lincoln to have my car serviced. Besides, they completed the task in record time -- fast and efficient.

I would’ve recommended this place , i wouldn’t buy water from then had i knew what I know now .. the Financial team is very rude they don’t know how to talk to people at all !! Customer service is trash haven’t had the car a year it’s been in & out the shop for Engine problems they never fixed just turned the light off , i had to come out of pocket to get it fixed myself But i pay the extra to have them service my car This company only cares if you can make payments they all about a $$ they won’t work with you During the pandemic when i barely had a job i still paid them knowing i didn’t have to or wouldn’t have it due to my job completely shutting down , recently My brother passed away i asked for time and i would make sure I paid them “ Jill “ basically told me she didn’t care about my problems was i going to make a payment , Now my husband is in the military on deployment I explained when he’s able to pull up ( submariner ) he’ll send the money fir me to pay up to 3/4 months she’s. Started yelling where the car we have to pick it up not to mention i just paid them Friday .. long story short it’s different cafe lots and don’t be cheap Jeep • yark & or any place else will help you credit or not ..

I got my van is 2020. The process was easy, being that I had not so good credit at the time. I just wish I hadn’t rushed into purchasing, because the van has had so many problems not covered by the warranty. Overall, the van was not worth the purchase price.

The dealer picked up the car and drove it to the shop and left me a loaner. After the regular service was completed I drove the loaner to the dealership to pick up my MKZ. Car was washed, and they had found a nail in a tire and which was repaired. Car looks beautiful and usual I drove off the lot feeling very positive about my choice of car and dealer. This is my third Lincoln that Franklin Park has maintained.
