Finance was super easy going, did not try to swindle anything and gave you what you deserved right out the gate with financing options which was amazingly appreciated. Traded in another brand car and got a fair value for it.

They were very patient and understanding during a difficult large purchase decision. They were upfront with no hidden fees. The salesperson Ms. J. Okyere was awesome and really wanted me to be happy with my choice. Everyone from the manager, salesperson to the finance manager, made me feel as though they valued me as a customer.

I had a very good experience at Franklin Sussex Hyundai this past weekend. I had been in touch with Christopher Shenise via text before I came into the dealership. He was very attentive and kept in touch with me via text before I came in. When I came in to see him, he listened carefully about my financial situation and limitations and he made a great effort to find me a car I could afford and get approval for with a reasonable interest rate. He was very friendly and answered all of our questions and provided alternatives/options that we could think through and see what worked better for us financially. In the end, he was able to get us approved at a reasonable rate and I got the exact car I wanted. This was the best car buying experience I've ever had. Chris and his team were very professional, courteous, and clearly communicated the details of the sale and my car loan. I would highly recommend Chris to anyone looking to buy a Hyundai.
