Bought a 2015 F-150 Lariat on 7-13-2021, inquired about my second key and was told they misplaced it and to call in a day or two. Well I’ve been trying to get this key since that day and still haven’t gotten it. All I need is the fob, I will pay to get it programmed myself. But this guy Steve Houston keeps giving me the runaround about the key. I guess once I handed the check over he could care less. Then I sent someone else that bought a truck. Luckily they got their key. Update to my review. I applaud Spring Creek, they heard my cry and fixed my problem, thanks to the owner and Hunter Boyd you guys mean what you say and I will do my best to keep sending Tyson Foods employees your way. Thank you.

This was my first purchase from Franklin's Spring Creek Ford but I will just say I would make the 2 hour drive there again to purchase a vehicle and recommend any of my friends or family to do so also. Best, smoothest, no drama car buying experience I have had in a long time. When you are a business with good ethics, you don't have to tell people, it shows and others can easily see it. found a used truck on cars.com. It was what I had been looking for. After several emails with Jeffery the Internet manager we agreed on a price I was very happy with. The next day me and my wife went and picked up the truck. It's a small town dealership with a small town atmosphere. We had a great lunch at the cafe on the town square and were on our way home in no time. Before we left it started sprinkle rain so Jeffery insisted on putting new wipers on. No charge. All in all I got a great deal on the truck I wanted and the people at Franklins spring creek ford made it an easy and low stress experience. Hope to do business with them again.

This was without a doubt, the best experience I have ever had in trading and buying a vehicle. The salesman was absolutely great and a pleasure to do business with as was the entire staff that I dealt with. My wife and I are glad we pulled in to this dealership instead of driving on through town, en route to North Georgia, where we were we had planned to buy our next vehicle. I will be back!
