I've been taking two Mercedes to Frank's Motorcars for service and repairs since 2006. Always a pleasant experience, never even needed a formal appointment, "just bring it in." They know what they're doing, and they do it quickly, expertly, and in a friendly manner. Fair pricing and hassle-free. A nice experience, unlike a few Mercedes dealership service departments that I've had the displeasure of knowing.

There is a very good reason why a car dealership has actually good reviews. I have bought multiple cars from different dealerships in the past, but this one was different. It was hassle free, excellent service, and they kept their word on everything that they promised. Ask for Shane and you'll see why this place has good reviews. Buy your car here. Even after I purchased the car, Shane was repeatedly following up on anything else I would need. I am recommending everyone I know to buy a car here if you are looking for a Toyota.

Very dishonest and unprofessional dealer. I worked with a salesman named Larry. He is the worst and very dishonest. He and me agreed on a price of a Subaru outback (I live in Torrance, so I wanted to agree on the price beforehand as I would have to drive far). We made a deal and he promised he would sell me the car at that price. So I applied for the loan from my lender and got all the paperwork ready. I talked with him on Friday around 2.00PM and told him I will be there on Saturday at 8AM and also confirmed him that I already got the loan approved and everything is ready. He texted me at 9.30PM on Friday night that he sold the car. It is ridiculous as now I have a hard inquiry in my credit score and approved loan for his dishonest and unprofessional behavior. He should be punished!! Avoid this guy and this dealership.
