Was met by Carter, a very nice guy, as soon as we walked in. He was very helpful in answering all my questions and showing me all the inventory on hand for the Nissan Kicks. As I had already driven a Nissan Kicks at another dealership, I did not need to go on a test drive. after deciding on the color and options I wanted, Carter worked with the finance officer to get the price within my comfort zone. As it was getting late I came back the next day to complete my purchase. Carter and William, the finance officer were both great. In and out of there in a couple of hours. Never felt any pressure.... Probably my best experience buying a new car! Kudos to all I worked with!

I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. Once you sign on the dotted line and you complete the survey (that you're nearly harassed about giving a good rating), they no longer care about any issues you have with your vehicle. They are done with you and it's your problem. When you are in the business of dealing with customers, it would be smart not to make snide comments to the customer such as their driving may be the reason they are experiencing all the issues they are having. Totally unprofessional and this comment came from the sales manager of all people. The salesman I dealt with was no help and left to let the sales manager deal with my issue and never came back. I hope he loses my number and never contacts me again.

We recently purchased a NISSAN Pathfinder from Fred Anderson NISSAN on June 8th, 2016. We went into get an oil change and the car we were driving a Nissan Xterra, had a leaky gasket. The cost of repairs to the car would have been more than what we owed on the car. We were looking at a Pathfinder thanks to the help of Robert Harris. His salesmanship and customer service were dynamic. He and the staff were very courteous. Robert was very knowledgeable about the car and how he could help us to leave that lot with new Nissan Pathfinder. This was a quick, uncomplicated and pleasant experience and we appreciate everyone from sales to finance for their courteousness. We will certainly tell others to go to FRED Anderson Nissan to purchase a Nissan because of our GREAT EXPERIENCE!

We recently took our 2002 NISSAN Xterra in for an oil change, we had to trade in the Xterra because of engine trouble. We fortunately, had the benefit of working with Robert Harris at the FRED Anderson NISSAN Dealership on Glenwood Ave. He made this car buying experience easy and enjoyable. His patients was immeasurable and kindness incomparable. He along with the finance Manager Eric Williams made this car purchasing experience FANTASTIC! Both Mr. Harris and Mr. Williams operate within the principal of confirming, that it not so much about selling cars as it is about serving people. I would recommend buying a car from Mr. Harris and Mr. Williams any day of the week.

In Sept - Oct. 2015, a friend of mine and I went to look at cars. We came to Fred Anderson Nissan of Raleigh when you were still located on Wake Forest Rd. We were introduced to salesman Rod Blackwell. He was a really nice guy. He was friendly and informative. He talked to all the different departments that he needed to. He listened to her concerns about getting a new car. He also eased all her worries and concerns. He went to all necessary lengths to ensure that my friend got the car she wanted. She got a 2015 Nissan Sentra. I would recommend all my friends to visit Rod Blackwell at Fred Anderson Nissan of Raleigh to acquire a new vehicle.

I brought a Pathfinder due to problems with battery..They were very professional and explained that last batttery installed (at a different dealer) was not installed properly..They cleaned my battery terminals in detail.They gave me a courtesy ride home because it was too late to diagnose and fix that day..Even though I purchased vehicle from a competitor, i would feel confident in purchasing from Fred Anderson In the future. My experience with Scott Mele ... It started out ok, but by the time I walked away, it was the absolute worst experience. To be honest, I've never felt so degrading. The vibe I felt from him was "If you don't understand me, then you're stupid". I told him on numerous times, "your profession is in sales/numbers". "You can't expect person you come in contact with at this dealership to understand numbers like you, so you have to treat every customer as if they don't know what you know". He gave me a look/stare that was so belittling. It had gotten so bad, I had to ask to speak to someone else. In my opinion, being able to work numbers is wonderful, but being able to work numbers with a terrible personality like Mr. Mele can really hurt a business. If it wasn't for Mr. Jamon, and Mr. James, I would've taken my business elsewhere.

Again I am in awe of the beauty and performance of the Nissan Altima. This is the 4th that I have leased and they are becoming more beautiful every year. My wife and I came to Raleigh a few days ago to look for a newer compact car to replace my beloved but aging 2001 VW Golf. We first went to another dealer to look at a Toyota Yaris, but received poor service and decided to look elsewhere. We did not have far to go to find Fred Anderson Nissan, and were greeted warmly and courteously as we walked through the door by Sales Associate Brandon Kirby. He soon set us at ease and listened to our needs, and soon had two different models of the Nissan Versa Note (pre-owned) ready for us to test drive.Both cars were lovely, smooth and comfortable. I felt right at home in them, as if I had been driving them for years. We had our price point for what we could pay, and the car we wanted was somewhat more, but Brandon gave us a discount on the car because it had been on the lot unsold for a long time. He also gave me a generous trade-in on my old vehicle. he was as courteous and helpful as could be. Now I have the newest and finest car I have ever owned, just one year old!Not only was Brandon's service exceptional, but the entire Fred Anderson Nisssan Dealership gave an impression of courtesy, professionalism and true customer service. My wife and I recently bought a camper and we need a vehicle to tow it. We will come straight back to Brandon to find one for us!

Twice visited dealership to look at vehicles, trucks and SUVs, and twice left rather dissatisfied and rather disappointed. In both cases we were looking to trade in vehicles, once a Titan and another, a Sonata. Low ball was the result. So low The second time it was actually insulting considering the true value or the car. Once the salesman figured we we're not going to make deal, he began to clean up his desk for the night. Yes. right in front on us! Almost funny.

He did not rush us but he did let us know he would be there when we were ready to make a decision. We visited the dealer 3 times before we made our decision to purchase the NV200. Yes, I got worn down by the sales pitch from what I consider a not so honest sales manager about not having sold many vehicles this month and how he will give me the best deal ever. Looking back on it should have walked away, but seeing the shiny new car made me blink,and I dropped my guard. It wasn't a great a deal when I looked at their website then next day only to see the discount given on my new car was half what was advertised. That's okay. Spend the money ($2500) wisely boys. I've bought a number of cars from Fred Anderson dealerships, but this will be the last one. In my world honesty is the only policy, and when your not honest I'll go somewhere else and look at a different brand next time.

Our sales consultant was very caring and tried to help us decide what our best choice would be in getting another vehicle. The choice was between buying a Certified Pre-Owned with low mileage and an attractive lease on a new SUV. Although the lease was compelling it did not meet our long term goals. After going after 2 CPO vehicles at the dealership, but other locations, those vehicles were sold out from under me. The sales consultant wanted to make it up to us and so worked it out with management to provide a very attractive offer on a 2015 vehicle with most of what we wanted. And that's what we did. It all worked out for the best. My point is that they worked very hard to meet our needs and were able to accomplish that. The sales consultant was great to work with, always respectful, did not apply any pressure to us at any point. The score of only Good on the Buying Process was a result of the loss of the 2 CPO's.

A friend of mines referred me to see Raphael Garcia at Fred Anderson, after my many visits to different dealerships that were so unsuccessful. Raphael assisted her with her Nissan purchase at the end of February last year, and all I can say is she referred me to one of Fred Anderson Nissans best. He was so knowledgeable and not once did he pressure me into making a purchase that I wasnt comfortable with. He allowed me to test drive several cars until I made my selection that day. Although I had the intend of finding transportation that day, Raphael allowed me time to think about my purchase. He had the most friendliest, patient and most welcoming personality to me, as well as other customers that came to see him that day. I visited Fred Anderson Nissan of Raleigh earlier today in order to purchase a 2015 Nissan Frontier pickup truck. Upon my arrival I was greeted by the very personable Raphael Garcia. He proceeded to ask me some very important discovery questions in order to tailor a truck to my quirky specifications. With his help, I found exactly what I was looking for in a Frontier SV with a 4x4 drive train and manual transmission. After the test drive, Raphael invited me back into the dealership so that we could begin negotiating. Let me be absolutely clear: the trouble that I had with this dealership was due in no part to Raphael. He maintained the utmost professionalism throughout the entire transaction and I applaud him for his knowledge of the industry. The trouble came with Hisham Hamzeh, the sales manager who was on duty. After several trips back and forth talking with Hisham, Raphael laid down a final quote in front of me to review. I politely declined the quote, as they were offering me considerably lower of a trade-in value for my car than both other dealers in the area that I visited and the Kelly Blue Book. As I was thanking Raphael for his time and getting ready to leave, he asked me to stay for a couple minutes longer while he brought over Hisham. Hisham arrived, shook my hand, and immediately started berating me on not accepting the quote. He acted as if I was a complete idiot for expecting to receive the Kelly Blue Book trade in value for my car. His exact words were "What, is Kelly Blue Book going to write you a check?" When I told him about the other quotes I was given to trade in my car to other dealers, he dismissed it and told me that if I wanted to get anywhere close to those values, that I should just go back to those dealers to trade in my car and then come back to buy the truck. I promptly declined the offer again and left. I work in sales and customer service. If I had given one of my customers the experience that Hisham gave to me, I would be called into the back office and then let go. A customer should not have to feel embarrassed for asking for the Kelly Blue Book trade in value for their car. In fact, that should be expected. Moreover, if a customer is about to leave after having declined a quote, the course of action should not be to try and make that customer feel shameful for their decision. Being a recent graduate, I was very enthusiastic about taking advantage of the Nissan Recent Grad program; which promises a "no hassle" buying experience. I am sorry to say that Fred Anderson did not live up to this promise.

After a month of car gazing at different dealers and leaving disappointed, I was referred to Raphael Garcia with great hopes that he could help me. Having no credit, it's a real struggle to get approved for the right car. Raphael explained all my options to me, had the cars lined up out front for me to look at and test drive. He was very understanding and professional as we negotiated the price that was the most reasonable for me to actually afford. This past summer I noticed that the airbag light was on continually and another airbag light onthe panel behind the steering wheel was also on.I made an appointment with your auto service department to see what was wrong.The diagnosis was airbag sensor failure. The repair would cost approximately $1500.Since I live on a limited income, your Assistant Service Manager, Ben, suggested I call Nissanto see if I could receive some assistance with the repair expenses.I was treated After contacting Nissan I was awarded assistance covering all expenses.Though my whole experience, which took approximately 3 months, I was treated kindly andall my questions were answered.Never have I had such a wonderful experience. Your staff has restored my faith in car maintenance people.I believe your service department made sure that I had safe transportation by giving me a vehicle to drive that had functioning airbags.I would not hesitate to recommend Fred Anderson Nissan to anyone.I cannot thank you enough for your kindness.Sincerely, Janice Nelson

Last week I got a low pressure warning on one of my tires as I was heading home from work. I was going to pass near Fred Anderson and thought I would try to swing by to have them take a quick look since I have nitrogen in my tires. Called Service Dept and spoke with Donnie and he said shop closed at 5:00 (in 15 min!!) - I hustled to get over there and made it to dealership just before 5. Bad news - there was a screw in my tire. Donnie said he would quickly have one of the service guys take a quick look and see if it could be plugged (he was as good as his word as I watched him drive my car into the service area and corral one of the service techs). I stopped to chat with my Salesman and Donnie came by after 15 min with my keys and said I was good to go - Car parked out front and no charge. Frankly speaking I hadn't been much impressed with Anderson Nissan as I had hit some 'bumps' during the purchase of 2014 Altima in July 2014 but Donnie's attentive service is winning me over to Anderson Nissan.

What makes a car dealership worth talking about? It's simple. When you go to one and your fears and trepidations are conquered by "the service, the people and the atmosphere." Difficulties are defused when you are met at the service door with helpful, professionals who seem happy with their job. That is helping the customer. Next stage is explaining the service so you can understand what has to be performed: they're real good at it! Waiting for my car in a low-stress area that allows me to read, make phone calls, and go for some diet-busting snacks, too. All in all, this is the best experience that I have ever had with any auto dealerships (been to enough of them to know). They've worked the science into making customers like me comfortable and leaving with a smile.

I did not buy my car from them but took it to them for the maintenance service. They far, far, out shined the dealership where I purchased my car. They were very friendly, courteous and professional all at the same time. I stopped in one time because a fuse had blown on my nissan sentra and they replaced the fuse no questions answered and had me on my way in 20 minutes. When I did the maintenance service there, they completed the work and had me on my way within 30 minutes. They gave me great customer service. While I was waiting the technician came back to where I was waiting and gave me an update on my vehicle. I will never go to another Nissan Dealer.

John Jones provided excellent customer service. He gave me information without pressuring me to respond. He listened to my needs and worked to provide me with the right fit for both my driving needs and my budget. He asked questions and didn't insist on showing me a car that wouldn't work for me. He was gracious and responsive to my needs and treated me with respect. John was never overbearing and never pushed me to make a decision until I was ready. I felt John was genuine and honestly interested in ensuring I got the car I needed and could afford. Tracy added information based on his years of expertise in the car buying and car selling business, and his people skills are excellent. He's honest and caring and wants customers to walk away knowing they have made the best decision possible.

i Took my 2013 Nissan Quest SV van that i purchase brand new from southernstates nissan, it keeps wearing out the tires on the outside, i took it in may and the charge me for the alignment, i told Ruben it was not alignment problem that vehicle had an issue. So i paid the $79.00 for the alignment and the tire rotation the van only had 12,000 miles back then ,went back month later in July to be exact because it was doing the same thing. So i told them the issue and the went and put it on the alignment rack again, it was very well aligned. Mike the service manager came and talk to me but did not offer no solution to the problem, all he said was that he would call me back that following Monday because he needed to talk to an engineer or field tech. is August now and he has not call me back with a solution or anything i have left several voicemail messages and he does not return the calls the van has 16,000 miles and all 4 tires are wore out pretty much, i took it to inspection this past week and the technician was not going to passed it because of the tires. Poor service communication, i also have a 2014 Nissan Altima and if it wasn't for the family warranty i would take it somewhere else. Very dissapointed

I appreciate many things about the way John dealt with me during my car-buying experience. He was not overbearing at all. Rather, he provided excellent information that mattered to me when considering which dealership to work with on my new car purchase. He asked questions to determine what my needs were, what kind of budget I was working with, and what I wanted from a car rather than telling me what I wanted. He was patient and friendly, courteous and gracious. And Tracy was the "icing on the cake." Both these gentlemen are the reason I will recommend Fred Anderson Nissan to my friends and family, and they will be the reason I will go back to Fred Anderson Nissan in the future.

We were expecting the usual heavy-handed struggle that you have to wage with car salespeople at dealerships when trying to checkout new cars. Oddly enough, we did not experience that a Fred Anderson Nissan. Raphael Garcia made our experience easy and unpressured. I already knew what I wanted to accomplish that day and he made it easy to review our vehicle choice and provided us with all the needed information to help us make an appropriate choice among the other dealerships we had visited earlier. We purchased our new vehicle in a relaxed environment knowing that our choice was our own with assurance that the dealership would be a great support in our future.

Having visited numerous auto web sites in Georgia, North Carolina and South Carolina, I stumbled on Fred Anderson Nissan of Rawleigh. I located the exact car I was searching--- a white 2012 Hyundai Veloster at a fair price. RACHEL, the internet specialist, was with me the entire purchase and even had two men deliver the car to me on a recent Saturday at a time convenient to me. Our salesman Winston was extremely helpful and knowledgeable, he went above and beyond with us in order to make sure everything was in place prior to us arriving at the dealership. His personality was welcoming and genuine, should we purchase another vehicle in the near future, Winston will be the reason we return to Fred Anderson Nissan.

Everyone was very friendly. Very professional. Really felt welcomed. Service was quick and efficient. When my name was called saying my car was ready. I was like wow now that was fast. My husband bought me a 2011 Nissan Sentra SE-R Spec V 6 speed manual. 2 weeks after we had the car the clutch blew. Luckily it was still under warranty, so they fixed it. 3,000 miles later it blew again. Now, I have owned 2 other cars with manual transmission and never blew a clutch before. We towed it back to the dealership. I was very upset to have this happen again so soon and to have to rely on others for transportation again. At first we found out that it was not going to be covered because we were no longer under the warranty. That made us even more upset. We called Nissan Customer Support and found out that it should be covered. This dealership is a new Nissan dealership and it ended up being a misunderstanding. When I talked to the Service Manager again, he was very helpful and did everything he could to make it right, including giving me a loaner car. I would definitely go back after this experience and the fact that they made everything right. I would also recommend them to others. Thanks Mike! You have made a believer out of me again.

The entire team was very welcoming upon first arrival. Sam was an excellent sales rep, no pressure and wanted to provide as much info as possible. He took the time to answer all of our questions thoroughly. We worked with Michelle at the end to finalize the deal and she was an absolute delight. I truly felt like I was working with a company that embraced it's values of being a family store who care about their customers not just the sale. In the end I know I got a great car and a great deal. I live in Cary and could have easily decided to go with Crossroads Nissan, however, once we began the process with you, we couldn't think of going to another dealer. I'm looking forward to having my car serviced with you for years to come.

My experience with Shoa Afework and Fred Anderson Nissan could not have gone better! Shoa was an absolute pleasure to work with! He is a 15 year + veteran and he is very knowledgeable of all of the Nissan Altima's features and benefits. I felt very comfortable throughout the buying experience and if you are looking to buy a Nissan in the Raleigh, NC area go to Fred Anderson Nissan and ask for Shoa. Buying a car can still be fun.

Excellent product and service. My husband and I had done research and knew that the Nissan Altima was one of the cars on our list to buy. We called and made an appointment with Raphael Garcia t Fred Anderson. When we arrived, we we were guided to Raphael who had everything ready for us to take a test drive. As he gathered information from us, there was no pressure at all. Raphael was friendly, answered all of our questions throughly, and was very helpful. His knowledge of the Altima (and also rival brands) was extraordinary. He took his time to explain everything on the car. On the test drive we drove on normal roads, back roads with potholes, and the interstate. There we could test the comfort and safety features of the Altima. We had not intended to purchase an auto that day (we had planned to think about it for a couple of days), but we were so happy with Raphael's knowledge, courtesy and professionalism, and we loved driving the Altima, that we purchased the car on the spot.Thank you Raphael Garcia and Fred Anderson, Mary Lou Einloth

Bought a new 2013 Altima 2.5 SV in December and absolutely love the car. After test driving and comparing the other comparible brands, Nissan's quality, comfort and quiet ride stood out above all the rest. We found Fred Anderson's staff to be friendly and eager to make a sale. I have to give Geoff Green credit, we were tough on him, but in the end we got a good deal on a great car. Buying a car can be pretty scary especially when faced with the image of a fast-talking car salesman. Sales manager Michelle Woodward and Salesman Raphael Garcia helped to shatter this stereotype. When I arrived at the Fred Anderson dealership, I didn't even realize that I had arrived at closing time. Michelle quickly assured me it was OK. She showed me different cars until Raphael finished with the customer he was working with. Michelle referred to him as an expert, and she was right.Normally, when a person makes a significant purchase, it doesn't take long before buyer's remorse starts to set in. As I think back over my total car buying experience, I can't help but smile. I say experience because I not only got a new car, but I definitely gained considerable knowledge about my vehicle.Raphael took the time to walk me through the equipment in my car, and even made sure I understood the various manuals and paperwork I had been given. He knew the specs about everything and proudly showed off feature after feature. He also told me if I had any questions to call him because that's what he's here for. See, he was still interested in a continuation of service, even after the sale. And, I appreciated that.If everyone took this amount of pride in product knowledge and went to this length to provide good customer service, Fred Anderson would automatically be the first choice.I smile each time I see a Fred Anderson license place holder because I realize they may have received the same level of service. I had a sudden, unexpected malfunction with my car when I drove to Raleigh from another city. They got me in immediately, quickly diagnosed the problems and was able to fix it in the time it would have taken most dealer service centers over a day so I was able to get home the same day in my car. They listened to me, worked with me, and explained everything well. While I was waiting for my car, even the salespeople came up to me asking if I wanted them to check on the status of my car since they saw me waiting there for a while. I have been to many Nissan dealer service centers in different states and this one is the best one I have worked with. I will be coming back to this service center even though there are ones closer to me.

I recently purchased a car from Fred Anderson Nissan and the experienced was great!! Geoff Greene was so helpful and friendly. He made sure my wait was comfortable and kept me in the loop about the process. Tim the business manager was funny and very nice and helpful. Overall it was the best car buying experience I ever had! I was helped by Shoa Afework, he is labeled as a salesman but after my buying experience I call him a friend. He made everything smooth and effortless for me, I had to explain to my wife that I actually bought a new truck. It was so easy, she didn't believe I was in and out so fast with no issues. I really can say without a doubt, This was a great experience.

Well to start I Edwin Kearse im very pleased on how Fred Anderson is handling ones that have been affected from the dealership (southern states Nissan ) that was in business , I can only speak on my situation , as I stated before im very much so satisfied , im a truck driver and I purchased my 2009 Altima from southern states Nissan in January of 2013 and since then ive had nothing but problems mechanically since then I was sold a car that had not gone thru a good complete inspection it was out of date for NC inspection so me and my wife was driving a car that not even to be driven on the road but we didn't know that until the service department informed us and they thought we knew but we didn't but salesperson knew it but did not tell us he was jus ready to make a sale , furthermore I had to bring back for wheel bearings , oil pan , serpentine belt , air condition, which thru all this reuben and Kenny really helped me and on top of that im a truck driver that works thru the night driving then im having to bring car in for mechanical issues . But this past week working with same ones and definitely cannot forget mike and I had to bring car back after driving truck thru the night and I waited for car most of the day which they offered me a ride but I jus got really comfortable there I kinda forgot I needed a ride home or like they told me anywhere that I needed to go that itself is like 20star service .Now where michelle in financing comes in this experience is that she knows what I been thru and gave me some suggestions on what I needed to do plus jus remembering me and she asked the same question everytime are they taking care of ya back there! THE WHOLE ATMOSPHERE TOTALLY POSITIVE! So to sum it up there cleaning up ! Where southern states have messed up! And in my situation being sold a bad car, fred Anderson didn't have go the xtra mile but they did because they know jus know whats right! I thank the salespeople they were very kind and helpful also mr. tim giving his time to explain some warrenties that I could think about.I cant remember his name but the gentleman doing the transporting he gave me ride to my job which was very important in getting there, but the only thing I really regret isnot buying a car to be part of fred Anderson family but from the way I was treated this past week with the kindness and consideration I think I was jus adopted into the family ! Thank you so much ! And so jus to let fred Anderson know the southern states plate fram is coming off ! love to meet Mr.Anderson !
