I went in to get a look at what's available and a "best price" to go compare with another brand. I got such a great deal from Fred Anderson Toyota that I didn't even have to go check the other dealership (I knew they wouldn't be able to beat it). My initial contact wasn't available when I came in but I was connected to Jan Crow, who did a fantastic job of meeting my needs on the car, the deal, and service after the sale (I had left a garage access pass attached to the windshield and Jan went above and beyond to be certain I got it back). Not only am I stoked about the deal I got, but I'm very excited about the Family Plan service. If the service department even comes close to the sales department in their level of service and satisfaction, I will be a very happy camper with this dealership.

This is the third car I have purchased from Fred Anderson Toyota so that should tell you something. I spent my black Friday at the dealership test driving and then driving away in my second Prius. This time I leveled up with an Eco. Rick, my sales guy was very friendly and knowledgeable. He made the experience very pleasant. I am a repeat customer at Fred Anderson Toyota and I have always been pleased with the customer service I have received here. This time I had the pleasure of working with Jeff Teague on the purchase of my Toyota Highlander. He is by far the best sales agent I have ever encountered. Jeff is a very likable and friendly person, but at the same time professional, knowledgeable, and informative. I never felt pressured, but Jeff was there to answer any questions I had. Before we left the lot, he came out to the car with my wife and I to make sure we knew the location of all the features and how to operate them. A truly great sales agent! We also had a pleasant experience with Larry Pickett from the finance staff. He stayed later than he was scheduled to help us with the financial process. He did not make us feel rushed and answered all our questions. He talked to us about the extended warranty, the family plan, term care select as well as road hazard tire and wheel protection plans. He is a great asset to the financial dept.

An overall great experience at Fred Anderson Toyota! Jody Fleming greeted us with a smile on his face and eager to earn my business, answered all my questions, I never felt intimidated and he bent over backwards to ensure a pleasant car buying experience. Even with the Black Friday craziness I was in and out within 2 hours. The finance staff was great as well! The lifetime oil changes that Fred Anderson offers is a definite bonus and just demonstrates his commitment to excellent service!

I hate buying cars. I hate the haggle and the pressure to wear the customer down. This was not the case with Junior at Fred Anderson. He and the dealership did not pressure or bother me during my 2 month search. I was on the fence about a large purchase and they allowed me to look at several models and walk away to think and research more. I countered one time and bang I had a new truck!

This was my second new car purchase, the first was with a different dealership in the Tri and the experience was absolutely horrible and left me as damaged goods. My anxiety ceased when I started working with Justin and he was patient, knowledgeable and accommodating. I ordered a limited edition vehicle with some options and Justin kept me apprised of the progress and provided an anticipated delivery date. I happened to be out of town when the truck was arriving and Justin didnt give me a hard time he was understanding and told me to come in when I could. When I came in to pick up the vehicle, we started with Bhobie in Finance. That man had his "stuff" wired! He got me in and out of his office in less than 10 minutes and had me cracking up the entire time. Justin provided me with my keys and paperwork and we proceeded to do a walk around of my truck. I was given an incredibly comprehensive introduction to my new vehicle including many personal insights and helpful anecdotes. With all my questions were answered, I departed.Justin followed up with me about a week later ensuring all was well and asking if I had any questions or concerns I did not. That man is Top Shelf and I will happily recommend Fred Anderson Toyota and especially Justin to ANY prospective auto purchaser.

We have bought 6 cars over the years from Fred Anderson with 4 different salesman. We find really good deals on their vehicles that we don't see at other dealers that are closer to home. The process is easy and we have good service from the dealer. I think the service department tries to oversell you by calling, texting emailing and sending flyers all the time, but you can opt out of all that as well. Len was a great salesman and he's been there many years. We are pleased with our purchase and know we will be back for another vehicle.

My husband made a call first and spoke with Steve Martinez and then we visited Fred Anderson Toyota on Glenwood Avenue the next day and met with Steve because my husband said he was so helpful on the phone. We went to dealership with the intent to purchase a used Camry, but we ended up getting a great deal on a 2017 Toyota Corolla. Steve Martinez was very patience with us and answered all of our questions and test drove two cars. Then we went to talk with finance, Larry Pickett, he was also very helpful in discussing our warranty options and going over all the paperwork. However I feel that the dealership should be transparent and upfront about all the overpriced add-ons they pass on to the purchaser rather then try to hide them. By NOT posting the MSRP and invoice on the window, they hide these add ons such as window tinting, conditioning, and sealants. In my case it was over $2,000k in additional costs. They need to be up front, transparent, and honest with their customers. That was the only disappointing part of the experience. That is the reason I gave Bryan a 4 out of 5 - as management representing the dealership he should lead by example in transparency and honesty, otherwise I would have given him a 5.

Smooth purchasing process, our salesman Riz Lebbos was very professional, friendly and negotiable. I have been a Fred Anderson customer since 2008 when I bought a RAV4 and I can say that they provide good customer care. would be all day trying to explain the issues I was having trading in my vehicle and getting into another. But let's just say I walked into this dealership discouraged before I even got there. Upon my initial inquiry, they were very quick to respond to my concerns about whether or not the vehicle was smoke free. Once that was addressed, I did a follow up to let them know the earliest I could drive several hours to view the vehicle in question was a week away. Thinking the vehicle could sell in that period, I asked if a monitary deposit, (refundable) would hold the vehicle until then. Since then, the only correspondence has been several e-mails asking how can we get together to gain my buisness. Nonetheless, they have not done anything that would discourage me from considering them in the future. For now, I'll continue to monitor the vehicle of interest and if it sells before I get a chance to see it I will not be disappointed. It's not a NEED right now. Just caught my interest.

We came back the following week and began negotiating what we feel was a great deal. This process was light years easier than communicating with our 2nd choice, who wouldn't provide a price for the SUV we wanted to buy, or a value for our trade-in, without first committing to buying their car over a Toyota. I was looking at another dealers truck and negotiating with them to add some additional options when Steven sent me a email inquiring how he could sell me the same truck. I advised him what options I wanted and he checked with his sales manager and agreed to the extra options at no cost to me. He also provided me with a better price than the other dealer who would not agree to one of the options I asked for. Steven was very professional and courteous through out my truck buying process. I'd also like to commend Gary in installation for his help. He walked through the parking with me so that I could see the 2 different types of running boards that I could chose from and I was able to see the exact kind that I wanted. Steven and Gary also showed me what another option installed would look like that I wanted.Everyone that I came in contact with were true professionals.

I found Fred Anderson Toyota through USAA's car buying service. I walked in to look for a used 2015 4Runner and was immediately greeted by Donny. He didn't bum rush me like most salesmen would, which I felt started things off well. Upon arriving at Fred Anderson Toyota in Raleigh, I was greeted by Mike Toy. My wife and I told him what we were looking for and he was very helpful in leading us in the right direction. At no point was he pushy or made us feel uncomfortable. We really trusted Mike and felt comfortable making this big decision with him, unlike at Hendricks Toyota in Fayetteville. There we felt misled and backed into a corner to make an impulse decision on a vehicle we really had no intention of buying. Everybody at Fred Anderson Toyota in Raleigh though was phenomenal to work with. The finance manager, David Foster, was great to work with as well and he explained everything to us in great detail in a way that was very easy to follow. All in all, I highly recommend Fred Anderson Toyota in Raleigh to anybody. They have a great selection and an even better staff to work with. I was pretty satisfied with the service until one day. I bought my car and lots of extra coverage worth over $7000 from this dealership. I did my maintenance there for about 3 years. After the last service I noticed something odd with the rear wheel and then I had an accident. When I came back to the dealership and asked them to place the car on the lift and examine if there was anything wrong, they refused to do that. And, they were VERY RUDE, UNFRIENDLY AND UNPROFESSIONAL about this. They were making up stories in order to avoid any work or responsibility. I was not blaming anyone, but just wanted for them to check it. Won't be going there again!!!

I went to Fred Anderson to look a car for my Myself. My Daughter and I was sent to Salesmen Len Barnes to help us and he did not Disappoint !He took us to look as Used Cars as I wanted and I feel in love with a Green Rav 4 Toyota, 4 door V6 . He explained in detail about the car , the Features and the Warranty w/the car. We went for a test drive and was happy with this car. We went to the office to write up the paper work and we drove home the same day!(Yeah). Len is Awesome. I will refer him, and Fred Anderson to my neighbors , family, and friends. Everyone loves it . Immediate service and questions answered on site. Service was completed on time. We needed service due to a recall. Attempts were made to complete this service at another location. Appreciate the thorough customer support. Service manager double check previous history so I didn't duplicate in 120,000 mile service, thus spending unnecessarily, car service I had already had done. She also said the car would be done at one PM, and it was done a little earlier.

We were made to feel like clients rather than customers, and our existing knowledge of Toyotas was respected. Well, the place and brand of Toyota is good just the used car paperwork was terrible.We pay good money for a well used van but, can't seem to get books to go with it. Was told that we could get them from another van but just not that day. Well, that was three weeks ago and still no books. Seems no no can return phone calls neither. Tried calling David Foster many times for paperwork but he never called us back. I even called a GM from the used car area, seems like Jimmy was his name but, he never called back either. Seem like some personal skills/training are needed in some departments. I was impressed with Terrnce Willams and all his time he put forward to help us. He is truly a great guy and salesmen. David Foster on the other hand is a nice man but, I did not care to do business with him. My insurance company and myself have had many issues trying to reach him many times. Messages were left but never any returned calls. I hope that he can fix any issues he has about returning calls.Besides being a great van for us the dealership did one very nice thing for us. The paperwork needing some more signatures and they drove to Greensboro to get them. I really was impressed with that. I am not sure if I will buy from there again or not. Seemed like good ratings but I am wondering now. I hope things can change for them. Everyone do your homework before buying.

These are my issues. In June, we bought a 2010 Highlander that hadn't yet been prepped for sale, payed top BB price b/c they agreed to detail, let my mechanic inspect it the next day, and fix an open recall on the power window master switch. I spent 2 hrs as the only woman in an empty car dealership with 2 men waiting for that car. Past 9pm and very dark in the parking lot when they finished, I left without inspecting the detail job. The next day, I messaged them about the filth and the list of issues from my mechanic (below). Sure! We'll fix all that, bring it in, which we did 0n 6/13. 1) Driver-side tire, rear rim is bent on the inside2) Dry rotted evap lines going to the air box in the front3) Passenger-side daytime running lamp is out4) The second row middle seat will not stay latched upright5) Actually detail the carLast week and huge puddle of oil in the driveway later, imagine my shock to have the tow truck driver show me a still bent tire rim. And the leaking oil? A known problem with a defective rubber oil cooler hose. Known, but not checked/fixed before selling the car. Toyota has an open safety campaign for *certain* vehicles, but not my 2010, despite it being the EXACT same hose AND failure. The reason I didn't take it to the dealership? A bent rim on a tire that yall "fixed" in June. My second mistake was not checking behind you then, especially since YOU FIXED NOTHING. Not the recalled power window motor, not things listed on the mechanic's report, not even the OTHER open safety campaign for the smart stop technology. My first mistake was buying a car from you at all. My husband and I looked at our growing kids when we chose a bigger car. Kids that were there for the test drive, that have ridden in a car with a bent rim, fire-hazard power-window switch, faulty oil cooler hose, and ignored install of the smart stop technology. Yall flat out neglected to perform the repairs as agreed, deliberately risking their safety.An intentional risk due to the deliberate ineptitude of your service department is unacceptable. Your dealers knew there would be children in that vehicle, & watched us drive away the 2nd time with our repairs. But after my guy fixed the oil hose, he checked the rest. Y'all FIXED NONE OF IT. I sent a reasonable list of expectations on 9/26: 1) Reimbursement ($300)for the repair of the oil line. You should be ashamed of yourselves-- knowing that this is an issue with your older cars, and neither repairing nor disclosing it before resale. If that engine had blown? 2) A day this week that I can bring the Highlander to have the following repairs completed, with no charge. I will also need a loaner vehicle for the duration, as it is not convenient for me to sit at the dealership all day: a.The power window master switch recall b.The installation of the Smart Stop Technology-an open, unfixed safety campaign. Toyota payed how much in fines for hiding deadly acceleration? 1.2 billion? Then didn't FIX it on my car? This campaign showed up clear as a Carolina sky when I ran the VIN for the oil hose. c.A brand new tire, not straightening the bent rim. Confirmation of the integrity of the shock absorbers, since driving on a bent rim can cause damage to those. d.Replace the dry rotted evap lines e.Replace the passenger-side running lamp f. Repair to the 2nd row middle seat so that it will stay latched in the upright position. g.Reimbursement ($40) of my mechanic's re-inspection after your repairs. His integrity, I trust. If I ran Fred Anderson, I'd have jumped to fix these issues, especially since I promised to fix them 3 months ago and did not. Instead the sales director wanted "to call me" but after they've proven to be untrustworthy, I requested we keep it on email/facebook messenger so I had a clear written record. Rather than take responsibility for their inaction, they've chosen to ignore me.

We were very happy with the new dealership. Our salesman was wonderful and everything was handled promptly and respectfully. My wife and I had researched SUV s and settled on either a Highlander or Pilot. Once we drove the Highlander, we settled on the Toyota. We had gone to a couple of other Toyota dealers, and the initial pricing was extremely high. Even though they came back and said they would match or beat any deal we had, we had already accepted the Fred Anderson deal. Steve worked with us to make it happen rather than being reactive to someone else's offer, which made us both feel that the other dealers really did not want to work with us.

We were in the market for a new car but dragging our feet as we were not looking forward to the long drawn out process with haggling and games. Fortunately we contacted John Lafabregue through the internet sales department and quickly set up a time to test out the different vehicles we were looking at. Then it was a quick process to pick exactly what we wanted. We preferred to do much of this via email and John was very prompt and detailed with all of his replies. His pricing beat the competition out of the gate. John was very patient and informative when we started decided we wanted to check out a hybrid version and quickly set up a time for us to test drive. With the perks of buying at Fred Anderson and the good price it was an easy decision to buy there and the whole process was done and we were driving away in our vehicle much faster than we anticipated. We have since come back to have a trailer hitch and roof racks put on and John met us at the door and took care of everything. The dealership itself is very nice and everyone was extremely friendly and courteous. Thank you for making this so easy, John we will be back when its my turn for a new vehicle.

Over the past three years I have bought two cars from Fred Anderson, and while both experiences were different I was VERY satisfied with the outcomes. After my first purchase I thought it might just be that we found a great sales person. Dan Marek was amazing to work with! There is no pressure, he is extremely honest about the cars and their conditions, and he has always provided a fair price for both my purchase and trade in. I would highly suggest him if you visit.That said, about three weeks after my second purchase from Dan the check engine light came on and the car lost the ability to accelerate. Instead of trying to make excuses and get out of any major repairs, they immediately began taking care of the repairs while providing me with a loaner until it was ready. That was when I realized that it wasn't just a great sales person I was dealing with, but a dealership that understands customer service. That is truly a rare find! I am considering purchasing another car soon, and I will definitely be giving Dan a call.

After nine years with my old 2007 Prius, it was time for me to get a new car. I had moved from Connecticut to the Triangle three years ago. I was worried I wouldn't find a dealer that would live up to the Toyota dealer that I had in Connecticut, where I bought a total of seven Toyota's. Up until last week, I felt that I hadn't found the right dealer yet. The last three years I went to another dealership in the Triangle for maintenance of my wife's 2012 Toyota Prius V and my 2007 Prius. I never had the same service person twice, when I was use too seeing the same service people for almost 18 years. I noticed there was way too much turnover in personnel, even in sales. It seems that was a trend for the dealerships I had visited already in the Triangle. When it was time to buy a new car, I decided to give that dealer the first shot. I knew all along that I wanted another Prius, but was unsure of which trim level. But, for some strange reason, that dealer and the salesman didn't take me seriously. I made an appointment with the salesman to test drive two different Trims of the 2016 Prius. When I got there, the person who was taking care of me, didn't even have the cars waiting, even though I told them that I only had a short amount of time to see the cars when I talked to them the day before. After leaving that dealership, we decided the next day to go to another dealership. One that I had read very good reviews about. I went to Fred Anderson Toyota. As soon as my wife and I walked into the door, we were greeted by a smiling face, Jan Crow. She was very helpful and took my wife and on a tour of the entire facility to show us that you are not just buying a car, you are getting a family that will take care of you and your car. She took me to see the new service area and parts department, which was very nice. Then she brought out the Prius trims I wanted to test drive which help me decide what I wanted. I thanked her and told her I would be back. We ended up coming a week later to purchase the car from her. They didn't have the one I wanted in stock, but she found one at another dealer in a different state. The dealership was very nice to me and kept me in touch to let me know when the car would arrive. Once the car arrived, my wife and I came in to purchase the car. I checked the car to make sure it was in good condition, and it was perfect. Jan then explained everything about the car to me and made it easy to understand. I then met with the finance person, Scott Kline, who made the process easy and was very thorough. I have to say that Fred Anderson Toyota is the closest I felt to my old dealership. I hopefully have found a new home for buying and servicing my now and future vehicles. I want to thank Jan and Scott and the rest of the crew of Fred Anderson Toyota for making me feel at home.

I was looking to purchase a used van for cheap that was also nice and safe. Impossible right? I drove around for several days looking at multiple used car dealers. At the end of a very long day I decided to stop in and check out a van listed here, assuming it would be too expensive or have something wrong with it if I could afford it. But, when I saw the Toyota Sienna they had - I knew it was the one! Granted it had a lot of miles, but the inside was perfect and it runs well. Everyone that I've shown it too couldn't believe a van with that many miles could be that amazingly clean inside and cost so little. I'll definitely recommend Fred Anderson Toyota and Corey Clark to anyone I know looking for a new or used car. Very satisfied!

We came in on Saturday with our suburban that was on its last leg. We recently lost our home in a fire, so the last thing we needed was to lose a car. Justin took good care of us despite our circumstances. We had a lot going on that day/morning so I was not 100% there. He took very good care of us and even went out of the way to show us all features of the car. I bought a brand new 2010 Malibu and they definitely did not even go out of their way to show me anything or help with any issues afterward. I don't cry in public and don't want anyone to pity me, but I walked in crying because everything was so overwhelming, and walked out with a brand new Toyota Camry and a big smile knowing my family now has a reliable vehicle we can depend on.

Service area was well organized, and FAT went out of their way to make everyone feel welcomed and at home while we waited for our cars to be serviced. Mary did a great job of welcoming each person and making sure they were comfortable and had something to drink while we waited. And the best part was being told when I made the appointment that a 30,000 mile check-up might take about 4 hours. Once I arrived, it only took 90 minutes! I was thrilled!

Buying a new car has never been one of my favorite things to do...I always feel like I'm going to get ripped off. I definitely did not feel like that after leaving Fred Anderson Toyota in Raleigh with my new Toyota Highlander Limited! I used the app Truecar.com to get some initial pricing. Since Fred Anderson offered the best deal, I went there first and never made it to the other dealers. Marvin was great to work with...no pressure and I truly felt he was looking out for my best interests. I was able to get a great deal on my Limited as it had been sitting on the lot for awhile, but it was exactly what I wanted! I will definitely shop there again and look forward to working with them on my current car.

Again Carl was most professional throughout the entire sales process. I was after a difficult vehicle to purchase and knew the price would be a little more than I would want to pay. But Carl worked through the process with us and in the end a deal was made. He showed interest throughout and made you feel he was working for you and not the dealership even though he is a dealership sales person. After losing my car to an accident, I had a limited amount of time to purchase a new vehicle. I used the Fred Anderson website to research my options and crunch numbers before going to the dealership, so I had parameters in mind when I went to speak with an employee. I worked with Punit in sales, who listened to my needs, wants, and concerns, and was able to explore various options and combinations of financing to reach an agreeable point of sale. He and Robert from financing stayed well past closing to complete the process with me, and Punit was especially kind to chat with my friend who had come with me to drive my rental vehicle in case/when I purchased my new car while I was working through finance details with Robert. I have never purchased a new vehicle before, nor have I purchased from a dealership, so this was a fantastic first experience that set a high bar of service.

new renovation is awesome! the service manager (Jessica) is helpful. the service is fast. What I like the most is being able to review the recommended services on the computer screen with the service manager to determine what to do. The shuttle driver (Monica) is very friendly and responsive. The 60K-mile service is done within 2 hours and the car is returned in top condition and washed. Andre did a great job as our sales person, answering all our questions, and working with us to negotiate the purchase. My first visit to Fed Anderson Toyota wasnt a pleasant one. Long story short, after waiting on my vehicle for almost 3 hours, I discovered that no work has been done. Anthony Austin (My Service Advisor) was very apologetic and offered to accommodate my schedule and he was true to his word. I returned to drop off my car at 7:15am, he was waiting for me even though his scheduled hours didnt start till 8:30am. He checked in the car, followed up on outstanding warranty issues, and kept me informed throughout the day. Mr. Austin is an asset to your business, his customer service and follow-up skills are impeccable. My husband and I spent several hours at this dealership about a month ago with our daughter looking at a specific used car. During the 3 or more hours we were there the salesman we worked with never could even locate the keys to the car we were interested in. He had us walk the lot looking at other cars in the July heat with a child. Literally could not find the keys in 3 hours? And never even apologized for it? He had us test drive similar models... I could not justify pulling credit and talking numbers without even being inside the car I want. During our test drive the salesman talked about himself, his family, his houses, his cars, past job... All about himself the entire time. Seriously I was waiting on a hidden camera it was so crazy. He had a bad attitude and even talked about inappropriate things around my daughter. Lastly after letting them know we could talk discounts but I wasn't having my credit pulled until I could drive the car I wanted. He refused any discounts whatsoever. We have not heard or had any follow up from the dealership. Although other dealerships in the area have not had what I want. They have been wonderful to work with and have offered to get cars from other areas and we stay in touch with them every few weeks looking for our new car. However, I will never go or recommend anyone go to Fred Anderson. Perhaps it is just the Used lot... who knows!

I knew I wanted to buy a new RAV4 when I walked in the door. Larse Lucas helped me look at the various trim levels, exterior and interior colors. That enabled me to narrow down my criteria. Larse quickly found me a car almost exactly meeting my specifications. I took it for a test drive and it handled well for an SUV. When I told Larse that I wanted to buy it, he presented me with several options. I picked one and Lars turned me over to Rashanda McCants for the contract work. Larse was exemplary throughout the sales process. On my very first dealings at Fred Anderson Toyota, Roland Mountain, an assistant service manager, was polite, courteous, friendly, bodes well for Toyota & honestly explained things to me in layman terms, so I could better understand, it is so rare nowadays, to find someone who can really be trusted, everyone at Fred Anderson Toyota, follow that same guideline, they're all there to help ! Fred Anderson is the only Toyota dealership, I've felt completely comfortable in dealing with, I totally recommend, anyone who wants amazing service, (especially) any Toyota owner, whom has has delft with M.J. in Durham, Fred Anderson, is a whole new world, not to mention, the free carwashes after your service is complete, or the complimentary Starbucks coffee/teas. I was told clearly up front what work needed to be done. It was. The estimate took longer than I was originally told. However, it was only the estimate that came late. I got the car back when I expected it. The work was done well. It was a little more expensive than I though ti should be but not much. It was a fair trade and I'm satisfied.

I had a great experience with Sal Tinervia. I first spoke with him on the phone to make sure the car I found on the internet was not sold. He was available for me to test drive it the same day. I was prepared with an offer from my bank and his price came under that. Despite the fact that the sticker said "As Is", I came away with a 2 year power train warranty for the amount my bank allowed on the vehicle. It drove like a dream. Everything was very smooth and I am happy!

We bought another car from Carl Anderson over the weekend. I say another car because it is our 5th car in 6 years. We only deal with Carl because he is simply the best. He is knowledgeable, thoughtful, courteous and professional at all times. I got a phone call from Steve as soon as I checked out my car in AutoTrader. From the beginning he was helpful without being too pushy. I came in the next day for some test drives. I'm a cars guy: I switch cars every 2-3 years; I test drive cars to give personalized recommendations; I assist family and friends make decisions about buying or leasing cars, and I occasionally buy and ship used cars overseas. As such, I have spent quite a lot of time at dealerships (in MA, RI, NH, NY, TX and NC) and dealt with lots of sales persons. Some of my experiences have been nice, but many have been quite unpleasant. However, dealing with Jim Amerson at Fred Anderson Toyota was a refreshing experience, like a breath of fresh air.He was very welcoming and friendly, and willing to help out above and beyond what I expected of him as a sales person. There was absolutely no pressure with him: I felt in control of the entire car buying process, and he was like a sidekick, willingly providing useful and objective information (most of which I could corroborate) to help me make decisions. Even during the negotiation process, I could tell he made strong and fair arguments to support my offer (and this was even before I told him of the unpleasant experience I had at another dealership in Chapel Hill, and how they made offers to draw me away). Jim is one of those rare sales professionals who values honor and truth. If I had to guess, I would say his principle is "Let the product speak for itself". I found him to be very knowledgeable, passionate, open and understanding. I had a great experience dealing with Jim Amerson at Fred Anderson Toyota, and I intend to continue to do so indefinitely.

Fred Anderson Toyota in Raleigh is Toyota's best kept secret! I have been driving past Leith Toyota on Capital Blvd since I discovered Fred Anderson several years ago. The sales team and management are beyond reproach. Sometimes life throws us a bone and we get lucky and get a good deal, but when we go back the second time we end up experiencing buyers remorse; say this is definitely not the same experience I had last time. However, this has not been my experience at Fred Anderson. This past weekend I went in for my schedule free oil change and upon arrival I asked to speak with a sales agent, but the service technician said he was not sure if I would find any sales agents at 8am typically they arrive after 9am. When I got to the sales floor I was immediately greeted by Bryan Harrison and the rest was history. I could tell Bryan enjoyed his job and was possibly one of the most thorough sales agents I have ever encountered. Needless to say I was given a very aggressive offer and I went home in a new truck.. To top it off I didnt get the filling folks typically get a few days later after the purchase. I didnt feel like I got screwed, I did the screwing again! ? Thanks Fred Anderson Team you guys ROCK!

Rachel listened to what I was looking for, took me to view the inventory and then began talking to me to find out the items I really was looking for in a vehicle. We found ourselves in the very unusual situation of needing two new cars, and I didn't want to go the lease route again. My daughter and I went to Fred Anderson to look at small SUV's. We expected it to be just one place on our list but it proved to be the final destination. Len Barnes worked with us through the process, and found us a 2011 Honda CR-V that fit both my daughter's hopes and my budget. We also dealt with one of the sales managers and the business office. The first sales rep I met with, Justin, was not pleasant or helpful. He wouldn't negotiate at all and told me if I didn't like that then "there's the door, you can walk out of it." I then filled out a Geico insurance report listing what car I was looking for. Steve called me and was incredibly helpful! He was so patient and understanding of the magnitude of buying a car. He knew his information really well and was more than happy to go out of his way to help me. He was excited for me and you could tell he really loves his job. A huge thank you to him. Rashanda was equally as pleasant, helpful, patient, and understanding. The wait to deal with finance was very long (over a 2 hour wait) but Rashanda actually stayed late to help me because she knew how long I had been waiting. Talk about going the extra mile. I am actually looking forward to my 1st tune up so I can come back and say hi to both Rashanda and Steve. Side note: Please bring back the free bottled water. If you are having Listerine in your bathrooms then a bottled water doesn't seem to be too much of an ask.

Our SUV was starting to show it's age and we were heading towards that trade off between mounting maintenance costs and a new car payment. We went to Fred Anderson (by way of Truecar.com, thank you Truecar.com!) and we were meet by Joey "O" Ososki. When we arrived, he already had the truck we were considering pulled up at the front. We explained our situation and how we weren't sure we were ready to purchase a new truck and I was pleasantly surprised that I was not met with that pressure and haggling you associate with car sales people. Joey knew that the truck spoke for itself and took the time to answer all of our questions. I have had Toyotas before from other dealers. It seemed to take forever and I left feeling worn out and worn down. Even disrespected as a woman buyer. At Fred Anderson I found ANDRE AND RASHANDA and Car Nirvana.They listen. Really pay attention to my needs. Andre found me the perfect car, worked with my budget and taught me how to master the high tech bells and whistles. Then Rashanda walked me through the paperwork and I drove away in bliss.I love, love, love my car and feel like I have two new friends!

Fast and friendly service. Doug is always a pleasure to see and greets me with a smile. I'm happy that the service Dept has extended ours! I was blown away when I found that out since I live 2 1/2 hours away!!! Kudos to the new waiting area and all of the power outlets and big screens!

On July 26th I took my 2009 Camry in because it was making a funny noise. The service adviser, Chris R. came and told me news that was devastating. My engine, with just 69,200 miles was shot! It would cost several thousand dollars to repair! I was numb, angry and in a complete state of shock. I asked him what they would give me on a trade for a new Camry. I got more bad news! Chris brought me to Jeff Teague to talk about getting a new car. Jeff was very calming and reassuring. We looked at cars and talked about pricing. I was impressed with Jeff's honesty and willingness to help me in this dreadful situation. At one point when Jeff had stepped away, the sales manager, Ken Cobb came to me and shook my hand and told me they were all going to help me in this bad situation. I was so surprised by his kindness. After Jeff and I had settled on the price and the payments I was taken to Scott Kline in finance. Scott too was kind friendly and very helpful. July 26th was a long stressful day for me, but the people I dealt with took away a lot of the pain and shock of what I was going through

Steve is AWESOME! Our deal with Steve was seamless from start to finish.
