I have only gotten my car serviced by Fred Beans Chrysler since I purchased it. After multiple services that always seemed to go wrong, like leaking head gaskets, rotating tires not knowing the crossfire has two different sized tires in the front and rear. These mishaps were really disappointing. I thought I could count on their expertise to keep my roadster in great mechanical health. But each time I brought it in for its yearly inspections, it always seemed to need something. Recently after getting my inspection stickers i was again told i passed inspection and for a second year I needed to replace my brakes. I also needed to replace a timing cover gasket that was leaking. So how much could that be right? Oh just a couple of grand. If allowed to continue it could cause irreparable damage to my engine and transmission. This is apparently a huge job requiring lots of parts to be removed and special tools. But I don’t have faith in this service department being able to handle this complex service. The experts for my car are just not around these days. After taking my car for a second opinion and being told that I do not have a leak really got me wondering if they are being truthful or just trying to drum up repairs needlessly and at my expense. I have lost the trust I once had and feel like I have been targeted for services not needed. I hope this isn’t happening to others but don’t be afraid to get a second opinion. It could save you lots of money.

Great experience they did not pressure to purchase the vehicle I was interested in and left the building went in my car and decided to go back in and purchase the VW Atlas. The entire staff was very courteous and friendly. This was a huge deciding factor to purchase from this dealer as the last dealer I was at looking at the same type of vehicle was very rude. Extremely easy to purchase a vehicle from. Highly recommended.

A few days after Fred Beans inspected my car for a warranty issue, I was changing the oil and immediately saw that my lower engine cover was missing. Its a huge piece that is held on by a dozen or so bolts. I called them up to ask where it was, and after being transferred a few times, the initially skeptical person on the phone realized it was there, they apologized and said they would install it when I returned to have a sensor replaced. When I returned I specifically told them to make sure it is replaced with all the bolts, They again apologized and said they would make sure and mentioned their survey for the fourth time asking if there was anything that would make me not give them a high rating. Today when changing the oil again I see that they have forgotten to install one of the bolts allowing the cover to hang down and become torn and shredded by the wind on my brand new car. I can only assume that the mechanics incompetence is surpassed by that of management resulting in damage to my new car. I would recommend staying away from this dealership.
