I worked with Ryan before arriving at the dealership and he was able to answer all of my questions prior to my arrival and had the truck pulled up for a test drive as soon as I arrived. The entire staff was extremely friendly and helpful and made the buying experience stress free. I ended up leaving with an awesome Ford F-150 and could not be happier. I live in Boston and will probably come back to Fred Beans to purchase my next vehicle.

We bought a car about 4 months ago from the dealership. We were supposed to receive a on-line survey but never got it. We felt bad because we wanted to compliment the work of Andrew Gamble - a Sales Consultant. Andrew did a great job of explaining the benefits of the new Rougue, and the dealership. He also took great care of us throughout the test drive, negotiations, and purchase of the car, while keeping in mind our goals as a family. He was knowledgeable, hard working, and he was a lot of fun. We bought the car because of his excellent work. I would definitely recommend Andrew to friends and family. We appreciate all he did for us.

I reached out to get information about availability of cars. My daughter was turning in her lease from another dealer. Brandy was incredibly helpful. She answered all of my questions, followed up with me when she said she would and was so friendly and knowledgeable . I had a very pleasant experience.

Was referred here from the Costco Auto Program. Great service! While I'm sure the other salespeople are great I highly recommend Darren L. as he was the best throughout this process. Darren supports your car buying journey with knowledgeable suggestions based on what you are looking for. I never felt pressured into making a decision, so when I did finally purchase a vehicle I knew it was what I actually wanted.

Everything about my car buying experience here was amazing. My husband called to inquire about two Pathfinders we saw online. He spoke with Kyle, the sales manager, who assured him they were still on the lot. He also went above and beyond by saying he would call us if they were sold before we got there. Which was great as we were making the hour drive from Philly. Kirsten was our sales associate and she was friendly and patient as we asked to drive four different cars. And when we were deciding between two she helped to weigh the pros and cons. Brandon helped us with the paperwork and he was extremely personable and very thorough. Overall I felt no anxiety during this entire process and will be back to Fred Beans for future car purchases.
