I recently purchased a 2021 Volkswagen and my sales rep Josh Farrell was absolutely wonderful to work with. As a first time buyer, he made me feel very confident in my decisions and was very honest throughout the whole process. Josh made sure to work within my budget when finding me a car, despite the horrendous car shortage we are experiencing during this pandemic. Even after purchasing my car, he is always available with a quick response to any questions I have. I highly recommend working with Josh if considering buying a VW.

I recently came to this dealership just to look around at a bigger car as my family is expanding. While on the lot Josh F came up to us and answered all of our questions and provided us with a wealth of information on the vehicle we were considering. I highly recommend going to Josh if you’re looking to get a car! He was very transparent with us throughout the whole process and was quick to meet all of our needs, just 10/10 the nicest guy you’ll ever meet.

We had the best car shopping and purchasing experience ever! It started with Ellis taking my call 5 minutes before closing on a Friday night. He confirmed that they had the car in stock my son (Josh) was interested in. I questioned a scuff in the picture I saw online, and Ellis went out to the lot and took a picture and sent it to me to show me it had been repaired. When we arrived on Saturday Ellis had the car pulled up and ready for us to look at it and test drive it. We worked with Ellis and Anthony on the terms of the sale agreement. Anthony was very clear and detailed in the information he provided. We returned on Monday to complete the sale. The car was ready to go. Ellis being close in age to my son removed the license plate frame when he put my son's plate on the car because he knew he would not want it on the car. When my son commented that the plate and bracket on the front of the car would also be removed as soon as he got home, Ellis went back out and took it off for my son. Thank you, Ellis, way to make your customer happy! Damian did a great job handling the financing paperwork for my son and reviewing his options. While we live an hour and a half North of this dealership, the drive was worth the experience. Thank you, again, to Ellis, Anthony, and Damian, it was a pleasure working with each of you.

Fred Beans Volkswagen of Devon did a fantastic job at making you feel like you were in good hands, like I was part of the family.... they went above and beyond to ensure that I was 100% happy with my purchase and all the details along the way. Tom, Eric, Damian, Anthony, and BJ were absolutely fantastic to deal with, I couldn’t have asked for a higher level of service than what was provided! The best car buying experience I have ever had, hands down!

The best dealership I have ever experienced! The car buying process was stress free and pressure free. John, Eric and Damian were outstanding from the moment I walked in the door. They were transparent and explained all aspects of the sale and features of the vehicle I was purchasing. Even though there are VW dealerships closer to me, I am thankful that I chose to travel well out of my area and purchase a vehicle from Fred Beans - Devon!!!
