I recently bought a car from Frederick Auto House and it was such a effortless and streamline experience, that I would highly recommend buying from there to anyone I know. Matt who sold me my car, didn't pressure me at all into choosing my car and is extremely personable, knowledgeable and most importantly honest. At other dealerships, I would get pressured and even feel harassed into buying one of their cars. But the opposite is true at Frederick Auto House. Not only did I feel comfortable buying my car, but Matt lead me through step by step on how to purchase my car. I have already recommended Frederick Auto House to my father who will be in the search for another vehicle soon.

I bought my first car from them back in July and it is still going strong. Let me first praise Matt for his patience and knowledge which he happily shared. He showed me the two cars I was interested in and didn't try to push me to a more expensive car. Matt even gave me advice about where to find information regarding the motor and transmission specs and reviews. It appears to me that Frederick Auto respects there customers' time and intelligences. They more then earned their five stars, and I wish more dealerships followed their business practices.

I was looking for a used Town & Country and found one at Frederick Auto House. I called and spoke with Matt. From my first call to the last, Matt was wonderful to work with. He patiently answered my multiple questions, called me back whenever I left a message and was genuinely kind, professional, straightforward and knowledgable. I did not buy the van but I hope to buy one from Matt in the future. This was probably the best interaction I have ever had with A dealership. Highly recommend!

Very good customer service. I have been referred by a friend who purchased his car from Frederick Auto House and he was very satisfied. Veto and Mat are very honest, detailed and considerate. I would try them again if I want to buy another car or refer a friend!
