What a great experience I had here earlier this week. My fusion began giving me problems while I was more than 300 miles away from home, and everyone from the Service Manager and technicians were concerned and really rushed to get the car parts in asap so I could get home. I had already planned on being in the area thru Wednesday but added a day because I was unsure if they could pull it off but they did...they even arranged for me to get transportation back to my hotel although it was obvious they were already busy with others. I'm only in this area once every two years but so happy to have taken it there...great team !!

Me and my wife had the best experience. We bought our last 2 Escapes in Buffalo. We are very pleased that we were able to get the best deal here local. The sales manager they have now Darwin Burnett went up and beyond to help us and get a vehicle we wanted. Not to try to just sell us what they had. The salesman Tom Hill was great as well! Highly recommend them to anyone looking for a vehicle. Very Happy

Brought my vehicle in for a recall(first and last time Ill ever go to Valone Ford for ANYTHING). After 3 appointments and not having my car for the majority of Thanksgiving, Christmas, and NY holidays they turned gears(pun intended) and tried to charge me $1,000+ for something that THEY claimed was an obvious issue. Not sure why it took 3 separate appointments. The reason they get 1 start is because the maintenance manager Mark was actually respectful enough to tell me; in a language I could understand, why I was being charged.
