Good customer service is hard to find these days but with Freedom Dodge they went way above the bar. Courteous, informative & helpful. Iam so glad they were the place I choose to get my car I was nervous but they made me feel at ease. Kudos to Mike F. and Julian. So if you're buying a car and want a great experience...this is the place to go! Definitely 5 Star!! AND I LOVE MY CAR!!

Rochelle (Service Advisor) and Terry (Lead Technician) are simply amazing! They listen closely to your issues and work very hard to find the issues and fix your vehicle (2017 Ram 2500 and 2019 Ram 2500). You will absolutely love them! Updated 3-3-21 (new replacement of passenger side mirror under warranty)... As always! Rockell Freeman and Terry Owens worked with their substantial backlog of customers and the freezing weather to accommodate my repairs in a timely manner with thorough and constant communication- They are the best team at any Chrysler Dodge dealership in Texas!

I recently visited this dealership for the first time about two weeks ago. The staff was very friendly and courteous. I am very big on customer service and this staff did not disappoint. My vehicle was serviced and I am pleased. The wait time was reasonable and I received updates on when it would be ready. I will be returning. Second visit. Again, they did not disappoint. Another "10" visit. Routine service visit again today (2/17/20). Staff did not disappoint. Another "10". Vehicle still running like new. Work performed was exactly as it should be. Another routine service visit today (11/12/20). Very pleased with the service and the staff.

My husband and son were looking for a doolly, in which we were told wasn’t going to happen and if it did, it would be way over priced! We went to see Ryan and he found a needle in a haystack not once but twice! Our experience there from Ryan in sales, to Anthony and Carlos in financing to the manager, Rick, was phenomenal! Fair, honest and they go the extra step to make you happy! We were in and out of there so fast as well! “My boys” got their dream trucks and I couldn’t be happier about our experience!
