We bought a brand new 7 x 14 single axel trailer last week and had their service department attach it to my 2018 Ford pick up. My truck is as stock as they come. They mounted the jack too close to my truck (Yes they mounted it, I didn’t do anything). When I got home I noticed that the jack was mounted too close to my bumper and I had a big gouge in the plastic piece. So every time I turned the jack was hitting my bumper. I went in on Tuesday and showed them what had happened and even the service guy said that it was their fault and that JL would take care of it. Sarah came out and took pictures and said that she would show them to JL and give us a call. My husband called today and Sarah said it was our fault because we used our factory hitch rather than a aftermarket one. WOW Are you kidding me you are a Ford dealer. You should know better than anyone and I don’t believe for one second I’m the only one that uses the factory mounted hitch. I will NEVER go there again. I should have listened to the people in town that has said they DO NOT take care of their customers. Not to mention they are WAY over priced!! I will make sure to share my experience with everyone I know. DON’T GO THERE!!
