Dan is the man. Dan’s a personable guy who’s very helpful and kind. He knew that I knew what I wanted, didn’t push for another option, and didn’t question my decisions. He did his best trying to balance multiple parties on a busy Saturday but didn’t drop the ball anywhere. Plus, Freedom’s price on the vehicle was very reasonable given the mileage and extras it was equipped with. I’m walking out happy today!

Nissan Customer Service Shop did an outstanding job on my pathfinder. I went in for a routine oil change and to switch my summer tires to winters for the season. Because Nissan techs are thorough in their job, they evaluated my car all around and found I had a coolant pipe ready to burst any minute. Talk about perfect timing to come in! they also fixed a light that was out, fixed my battery, replaced the front brakes that were just about gone and really did an outstanding job on my car. We travel a lot back and fourth from Vermont to Boston to the Boston Children's hospital because my eldest child, Sawyer (7yr) has scoliosis and requires a surgery every few months in Boston. We are two weeks away from our next trip to Boston so having all this work done and done correctly means a lot. It also shows the dedication the staff have to their customers and really making sure they are taken care of. I truly appreciated their attention to detail.So much so that the next day, I brought them donuts and coffee from dunkin to show my thanks. It's not much but in today's work environment when you have good employees, you want them to stay and when you receive good service, you want to keep going back for that same service. THANK YOU AGAIN to the Nissan service center on Shelburne Road, Vermont!

Christie was my sales women. I came in on a specific car that hadn't been in the shop yet. With her diligence and integrity we found it wasn't safe. I left with safe reliable car. Very impressed

Great experience! Super quick in and quick out! Would definitely come back! Would give 5 stars but there was no ice cream in the complementary Ice cream freezer!
