I was lucky to have found Freeman Motor Company. They have so many beautiful cars to choose from. I reached out to Freeman Motor Company after shopping locally for a car but wasn't having any luck. I requested information from Freeman Motor Company about a vehicle that I was interested in. Everyone on their staff that I interacted with at their Portland, Oregon location was friendly and displayed excellent customer service. Ross Bennett was my salesman and he was awesome. He sent me pictures and a video of the car I was interested in and was always readly available to answer any questions or concerns I had. I live abut 1100 miles from Portland. However, they made it really easy for me to purchase a beautiful automobile from them. All the paperwork was sent to me via UPS overnight delivery, and they included a return overnight envelope. I can't wait for my car to be delivered. I'm very satisfied and highly recommend Freeman Motor Company to anyone looking for a nice and well maintained European vehicle.

I had an excellent experience purchasing my Vehicle at Freeman Salem. The entire experience was easy, transparent, and Renee who was my contact at the dealership had everything prepared. She was fantastic, and had answers to all my questions and was a great guide through the process. When I got there to do a test drive, the vehicle was in the showroom, freshly washed and detailed. Having the carfax, and being transparent about the maintenance work they had done on the vehicle, along with their inspection gave me lots of confidence in purchasing a reliable car from them. Overall, I had a great experience and can highly recommend this establishment.

Just purchased a car from Freeman Motor and the entire experience was great! They gave me what I wanted for my trade in, and their selection of vehicles is great! I worked with Marcus and Brenden and they both were wonderful. It was also nice not spending my entire day at a dealership. Will be back when it's time for something new!

I was hesitant to purchase a vehicle over the Internet, but my experience with Freeman Motor Co was outstanding. My salesman, Jason, went above and beyond to ensure that I was comfortable with the purchase of my Audi TTS. He shot a five minute video walk around of the vehicle and was a great advocate for me when I asked to have the convertible top repaired.The finance manager, Adam, made everything simple and painless.The dealership picked me up at the airport and escorted me to the dealership where I met Jason, who happened to meet me on his day off. He walked through the features of the Audi with me, and handed over the keys to my beautiful car...with a new soft top!The entire experience was exceptional, and I will not hesitate to purchase my next car from Freeman Motor Company.

My wife and I went to Freeman Motors Company to look at some Mercedes. Zach Broberg was very helpful, professional, and patient. He answered all the questions we asked, but he would refer to his team if he was unsure of the answer. To me, that showed me that he cared about his customer. It wasn't only about making a sale it was about customer satisfaction. Zach stood by what their mission statement is, he treated us like a friend not pushy at all. My wife decided to get a mercedes but was not happy with her decision because the vehicle was too small for our lifestyle. Zach and his sales manager assisted us and they were so willing to help that before we drove back Zach was already asking us what vehicles we wanted to look at. He was prepared when we got there so the process would be much quicker. Zach went above and beyond what any typical car salesman would do and exceeded our expectations of purchasing a vehicle. If you're looking for a car and not only want a great car, but the whole package I recommend you to go to Freeman Motors Company or to anyone who wants to buy a European car. The guy to go to when you get there....hands down Zach Broberg! Thank you Zach, you were AWESOME!

Purchased a BMW this weekend from Adam, and it was easily the best car buying experience I've ever had. I'm from the Seattle area, and when I called he walked around the car and described everything in full detail. There was no sales pressure and they were reasonable in their negotiations. Including the test drive, I was in and out in about 90 minutes. Would recommend to anyone looking to purchase a quality vehicle.

Work with Brendon on a 2013 MBZ E400. Negotiated a bit down from Freeman's already aggressive pricing. Brendon was low pressure and, most importantly, just as responsive to take care of some post-sale items on my behalf. You'd be fortunate to work with him, but after speaking with the other sales staff perceive them all as knowledgeable and polished. Must be the company culture. Looked at CPO MBZ's at the local Portland area dealerships, but opted to go with Freeman's vehicle with much better pricing. Will definitely recommend and look at Freeman's first for my next gently used European car.

Stumbled upon Freeman Motors when I found my diesel MB 350 in an on line search. The showroom is beautiful, the quality of their inventory is spectacular. It was a totally no pressure buying experience and they gave me a decent price on my trade in. The car was in fantastic condition and I have had zero problems with it. Jason was a great sales person. Recently brought in my 2003 SL500 which I purchased elsewhere, which was a mistake. That said Jeff and Briana have taken great care of me and the new car. The service department is great! I totally recommend these folks for anybody looking for a high quality used European make car and good service. I just wish they were more easily accessible from Vancouver.

Saw a truck that was in my price range. And i was not sure if they could get me financing. I sat with Aaron and explained my situation, and he made the buying experience very relaxing. there was a couple of bumps in the process. Aron was able to work them out without pressure. The vehicle was every think he told us about,and so far it has been great for us.I am looking forward to buying my next vehicle from them.

I'm in the service delivery business myself and have been all my carrier with IBM, so I know when I have received quality service. I could tell the story how FMC Service Dept went above and beyond to locate a non-dealer part which saved me several hundreds of dollars but I won't here. Believe me their service is top notch. Dennis the Service Manager, great guy. He worked the problems through on my car like a Bull-Dog that wouldn't let go till it was done right. Highly recommend FMC Service Dept.

I have never had such an outstanding car purchase experience. Before we bought our first car from them they disclosed the known mechanical defects the car had and dropped their price to compensate. When it came time to replace that car, we purchased another from them because our first experience was so outstanding. We've purchased two great cars and will return when its time for another. I highly recommend this dealership.

I bought my Audi after taking a very close look at what I could see with the naked eye. What was not seen was thousands of dollars in repairs. The dealer claimed it had just had all it's maintenance work finished but quite clearly after having my transmission re-mounted, a timing belt replaced, new blower put in, and now working on the sound system it was not in good condition. I am not the only one that has had trouble with this particular dealer and I would never recommend anyone visiting.
