Sales process was good. However, the golds stars come from service after the sale! Integrity after the sale is hard to find and this place killed it. Freeman Motor Company made our car purchase a wonderfully positive experience. Renée was very accommodating and easy to work with. We encountered some unexpected circumstances on our side of the purchase, and she helped us a breeze right through them. Terri helped us understand everything we needed to know about the details of the purchase, and left us feeling very confident. Every member of their team was competent, kind and hospitable to us. They cleaned up the car very nicely just before handing it over to us. The price of the car was very fair, and the trade in value they gave us for our other car was very fair as well. I would most definitely buy another car at Freeman Motor Company if the opportunity arises.

This dealer has some really cool cars. In fact, it's loaded with them minus one outstanding 2008 Ford Mustang GT premium coupe which I bought. Chris Carreon was my sales consultant. He provided a car fax and video walk around of the car which made me feel confident the car was a good one before I drove 41 miles from Damascus to see it. I was impressed overall.
