So I actually hate buying cars and it seems to get worse everytime. Luckily for me I came across Cody Roberts, the best car salesman I've ever met. He made everything pleasant and easy. They were slammed and he still made sure he was there when we needed him. It's now a few months later and again I needed him. With no hesitation he was there for me and made sure I got everything worked out. Seriously if you're looking for a Ford there is no one else to go see. He is a must.

We recently took our Explorer in to troubleshoot some minor electrical issues. Electrical issues can be time consuming, but we were kept in the loop by our service adviser, Javier Tafoya, every step of the way. I would recommend the service at Barbee's, as they were timely, helpful, and understanding.

We have dealt with Freeway Ford Service on several occasions. Our speakers and FOB did not work. They claimed to have fixed them, but every time we left the lot they did not work. We went back and the same thing happened. We started to go to other dealerships service departments. We came back to Freeway since we have an extended warranty with them (it is worth the paper it is written on-they gave me no written warranty). Anyway, they determined the FOB was defective. No kidding! It has been defective since they gave it to us. Nevertheless, they waited until the warranty expired to figure out it was defective. For $230 they would replace it. No thanks! The speakerS were supposed to be replaced. The right one immediately did not work and the left one was never even checked, much less replaced. This place is the worst dealership and service station there is-don't ever use them. By the way the Service Manager would not even return my call. On past services, someone would call, I would explain my issue and they would assure me they would call back. Never happened. No integrity, no competence.

They'll (Dustin) promise you anything to get you into the dealership, then when you get there he'll tell you his manager made some sort of mistake and now he can't sell you the vehicle at the agreed upon price. And of course the manager in question has already left for the day. I even waited a few days and sent Dustin a text asking if his manager would honor his deal and was told " NO, how can he do that?" That's a great way to treat a repeat customer. Nice way to do business Freeway Ford!

Stopped by to look at a used Subaru Outback with "Eyesight". I don't expect a Ford dealer to know much about a Subaru, but the vehicle did not have "Eyesight". After buying a vehicle at a different dealership decided to check out the cars.com ad to see if they had updated the vehicle description to remove "Eyesight" and unfortunately they did not. I'm sure someone else will stop by and be disappointed in the time they wasted.

In May, 2016 I went to Freeway Ford Quick Lane Service facility because I was having problems with a tire. Vince told me that there would be more than an hour wait to look at my car, due to work from earlier customers; I agreed to the wait. They repaired the tire, and Vince did not charge me because of the length of the wait and the fact that I had previously replaced the tire there due to a flat. I was very impressed!

I was in the market for 3 months and I worked with 6 different dealers before settling on a 2015 expedition el xlt at freeway ford. They had the best selection and pricing, and they gave me the best deal on my trade by far. Also, Dustin was fantastic to work with. I took my 2014 Ford Focus in as it was beginning to stall quite frequently. At first the service crew replaced the module transmission, which was a recall. They initially thought this was the problem. After leaving the dealership and driving for about 10 miles, my car stalled again. I was able to bring it back and Randell got me a loaner for a couple of days. The car began stalling on them as well, so they now were able to find the problem. They ended up replacing a faulty fuel pump. Anyway, during the whole process, they kept me informed and were just so dang pleasant!! There are no crabby people working at this place!! :) They couldn't have been more apologetic for not finding the problem the first time. Those things can easily happen from time to time! Thanks to Randall and the Mechanics who worked on my little Focus!!! I swear I love you guys!!!!

The tech atSummit Ford where we'd just had transmission oil pump replaced on our 2015 Expedition suggested a safety check, so when I stopped at Freeway Ford Samantha greeted me, got the process started. She was friendly, just great. Craig, the tech, suggested an oil change, bc the oil change light was on. I was happy to get that done & appreciated it bc I had to drive back to Illinois this week. Everyone at Freeway Ford was friendly & gave excellent service, I felt, & I will go back & recommend it to people.

I gave 5 stars for my buying process because I purchased a brand new F150 back in April 2015. It was an exceptional experience, great facility, knowledgeable salesman Phil McTaggart. Still call him now & then & he always is helpful & has time for me. Hands down my best vehicle purchase experience Ever! Their service center is this down the road from the dealership. I had a great experience at their service dept. Otis Barrett, my service advisor was professional, friendly, & kept me informed of the entire process. The whole service counter is friendly & helpful. The facility is modern & clean with a great waiting area. TV, internet, water, popcorn, and snacks available, Oh & a huge clean bathroom. They offer free shuttle service to your home or work. My truck got a little dirty setting in their lot. When I mentioned it to Otis he asked if I had a minute, & ran it through their wash bay for me. I highly recommend this dealer for service.

Purchased 2015 Ford Expedition, thru their internet sales, upon receiving the vehicle found it to be missing some content they said it had, also a fair amount of damage in the cargo area, again not mentioned in the walk around description, had we traveled to the dealership to pick it up, we would not have purchased it, but after the shipping & paperwork is done, you have little leverage with them. Their solution was to offer us the parts to fix it at dealer cost and they would overnight ship them for free, we declined. As for the vehicle, we do like it, it's too bad our internet experience with Freeway Ford was not very good. If you purchase a used internet vehicle from them, do not have it shipped, fly in and look it over real good to make sure it is what they say it is.

I recently quit having 2 Ford Explorers serviced at a well known Ford Dealer, because they did not seem to care about me as a customer and many times they made errors with the service provided, causing me to return for the same problem. I decided to try Barbee's Freeway Ford. The experience was like night and day! The people at the Quick Lane Department are friendly, knowledgeable, and very willing to assist you with your service needs. Craig Moravy, Samantha Liravongsa, and Matt Spellman all work as a team to assist you when you first walk in the door. You are always welcomed when entering the facility. They not only change my oil and filter, but always do a great job inspecting my Explorer to determine if anything needs to be serviced. They are not pushy and explain what needs to be done, why, and how long it will take. While you wait the facilities are great with TV, free Internet, magazines, coffee, and other drink refreshments.

Its been two Months since I had fairly extensive repairs done (175k miles on 2005 6.0). NO ISSUES SO FAR!. Service staff was straight to the point on the length of time and cost! I have been driving FORD Cars and Trucks since 2000 and have always had the Factory required maintenance/ service done by Freeway Ford. I have NEVER had any issues with their staff or workmanship. I am very satisfied with this dealership. They went above and beyond when I took in my vehicle for repair. The waiting time was minimal. However, since I first did not know what was wrong with my vehicle, Chris was very reassuring even on the phone when I called. He offered to make arrangements for the rental in case that was needed. We brought our 2012 Ford Focus into freeway when it began to overheat. I was a bit nervous about what expenses I may incur once they called and said that the problem was the water pump. Even though I didn't have an appointment AND they were really busy, the work was done in a couple of hours (the service itself is 1.5 hours). I worked with Craig on a Saturday morning. He was the only customer service person there and had a line of 5 or 6 people but he was fast while still being efficient and courteous. I dropped off my car and am always afraid it will be pushed to the back and I'll get it back at the end of the day. But they got all of my repairs and basic service done in a timely manner. Craig did a great job of communicating what needed to be done and what was recommended.

A collision shop repaired my car after an accident. Leaving their shop, I was told it was mechanically sound. A few months later and it is not drive-able. I towed the car to Ford, where I originally purchased it. They took pictures and documented all the repairs in detail so I could hold the other collision shop responsible. The service manager, Max, was easy to work with. I wish I would have brought the car to them in the first place.

Most people say "Don't take it to the dealer. It will cost you and arm and a leg". Not true! I bought my slightly used F-150 from Freeway Ford almost 5 years ago and it was a great experience. No pressure, excellent financing and better value. Having experienced a major issue with the motor I knew that I could depend on Oly and the staff at the service department to take care of me and my problem. Oly was in constant communication with me during the warranty process and frankly I could not have been more pleased. This has been the best dealer experience that I have ever had and I have been to other dealers in the past who are located much closer to my residence. It is worth the drive and time to work with Freeway Ford. I will certainly buy my next vehicle from Freeway Ford!

I purchased my first car with freeway a little over a year ago. The experience I had finding and buying the car couldn't have been more enjoyable. I got exactly what I wanted for the payments that made the most sense for me. Now that I have had a few oil changes I have gotten a chance of to see the service side and am equally as impressed. They have made sure to do only what they know is needed on the car and have been extremely quick getting it back to me. I initially came in wanting a ford fiesta, but he guided me towards a 2012 Ford Fusion. He was willing to do the back and forth with my budget and financing limits. Amazingly enough, we reached a deal over the phone. When I went to the dealership everything was exactly as promised, no pushy staff trying to up-sell you. It was quick, easy and painless. I bought my car at Freeway Ford, and I wouldn't choose anywhere else to get it serviced. They reminded me multiple times of recalls, and when I went to get my car fixed - they had it done in half the estimated time. They even offer to give you a ride while they work on your car so you're not stuck in a lobby for a couple hours. PLUS - with the cold winter, my tire pressure light came on and without any expectations, the light was off when I got my car back. I don't trust anyone else with my car like I do Freeyway Ford.

This was my first car buying experience and I admit I was very nervous. I had already gone to another dealership that didn't tell me important information up front and wasted my time. I spoke to Cody Roberts by chance when he picked up the phone late on Monday night to discuss a used Ford Escape - he told me it could be ready early the next morning for me to stop by and see it. Cody expedited the service process and was in contact with me all day regarding the vehicle. When I got to the dealership, I honestly thought I would leave to purchase another vehicle I had test driven. Cody worked with me for 5 hours! My boyfriend,Will, and I spent all day Saturday bouncing from dealership to dealership. There were some good experiences, but it was mostly exhausting and quite the hassle. At the end of the day, we decided to check out one last dealership before we packed up and went home. We had been looking at Ford ST's for a few months and it was one of our top choices. The retail value was fairly high, even for used ones, so we weren't too confident we'd find something in our price range. Will called Freeway Ford to find out if there were any available in their inventory. Dustin G. spoke with us about a 2014 ST that was going for well under standard retail value. We didn't really believe it, but figured we'd check it out for ourselves. Sure enough, there she was. A gorgeous 2014 in blue was sitting on the lot. Cody Roberts, one of Dustin's associates, showed us around and went on a test drive with us. Both of them were extremely helpful in finding the car we wanted, in our price range. There was no "fear of loss" sales pitches, just accommodating salesmen that were patient, answered our questions, and helped us navigate towards a purchase we felt comfortable with. Jeff, in finance, also went above and beyond our expectations. He was able to get us a fantastic rate for financing which made the experience much less stressful than we anticipated. We've purchased cars from dealerships before, and this was by far the best experience to date. We are extremely grateful for Dustin, Cody, and Jeff being genuine and easy to work with.

I live 350 miles from this dealership. Made a phone call from an Internet add on Thursday, traveled to Denver the next morning and was driving home a new F-150 before 3 pm on Friday. My husband and I found Freeway Ford through a vehicle search via cars.com. We were inquiring on a 2014 Ford Explorer. We contacted this dealership and immediately spoke with the internet sales expert Cody. From our first conversation he offered pertinent information about the vehicle, but he was not pushy when we said we planned to call around to other dealers and did not want to make an appointment at that time. We found the same vehicle at other dealers and made the same inquiry phone call. The other dealers were very persistent on taking down all of our information. Since we were very specific on the vehicle we wanted, we did not want several people calling pressuring us to visit/buy from them. We ended up setting up an appointment with Cody for the same day. He was great to work with. We loved the vehicle and purchased it without hesitation. During the transaction the GM Mark stopped by to say hello, which we thought was nice. If you're looking for a great selection of vehicles at a nice price check them out and ask for Cody. Another nice touch is their digital advertising board having a nice quote about teachers. We appreciated this because we are both elementary school teachers.

So here it goes, bought a gorgeous ford fusion titanium 1 month ago, i had great financing, our finance guy was great! i cant complain on that side. HOWEVER when it came down to the service it was terrible! my nave card was not in the car, i called Ryan, he said "only some cars have them" the car was advertised with nav, it took me 4 trips to the dealership, they finally just mailed it to me. we made an agreement they would fix a wheel scratch for my car, i called a total of 5 times to set up an appointment. finalized an appointment at noon on a tuesday, i took time off work to make it work only to show up there that tuesday and them telling me the wheel repair guy was not there. they played it off super nice saying he would contact me and come TO me, well its been 2 weeks and heard anything back. it is so sad how everything was handled and i put time and thought into this bad review because the fiancing and buying proceess was great, it was the following through with our agreement that was terrible. I will never do anything with freeway ford, EVER. i will not reccomend them to anybody!

I was pleased to see it was at Freeway Ford since I have purchased two vehicles from them in the past and had a great experience. I went in knowing what I wanted as far as terms and financing and Ryan put the deal together exactly as I asked. The longest part of my time at Freeway Ford was waiting to see my beautiful ruby red F-150 after the amazing detailing job they did on it...well worth it as it is stunning!

We had a great experience from the moment I emailed Phil. He was very accommodating and easy to work with since we had to drive down from the mountains. We had our 6 month old twins with us and he was great helping us transfer car seats from our old car to the new one for the test drive! They even helped out finding us a place to feed them and make food. Trade-in, financing, paperwork, the entire process with test drive, in and out in 2.5 hours. They were very fair with our trade in and gave us market price for it. The only reason we rated the facilities lower was because they were in the middle of their remodeling of the dealership. Don't hold this against them as it did not affect our overall experience at all. Overall we are super pleased. Friendly helpful staff. Knowledgeable sales people. All this combine for a great experience.

I needed a great car and to get out of my expensive truck. I got a very good trade value, and Cody brought the flex down from their sister dealer. It was nicer than the pics. Every step of the way he attended to my needs and my wants on the deal. No pressure, great car, and very proffesional. They even pulled the car into the warm bay and left my wife and I to sit and decide. It was a no brained, great price fair trade and Cody was genuine and attentive. First car I ever traded in but maybe because it was newer with more value and lower miles, as compared to what I normally am driving at time of buying another car.

I went to this dealership shopping for a new vehicle. The salesman I talked with was extremely high pressure and rude. He was bound and determined to sell me a vehicle that day even though I was just looking at the time. I ended up going to a different dealership and purchasing a brand new vehicle 1 week later. I would never recommend this dealership to anyone because of the poor customer service and the way I was treated. They do not treat you like a customer. This had to be the worst car shopping experiences I have ever encountered!

DO NOT GO TO THIS SERVICE SHOP!!!!! I own a 2000 Ford Focus SE. My mother was the original owner of the car. I got the car in 2008 shortly before the birth of my first child. We have both maintained the car really well over the years and it is commonly mistaken for a much younger vehicle both cosmetically and mechanically. Within the first three months, the spring coils broke on the front suspension. I called Barbee's Freeway Ford to price the repair(I believe they told me $765). I ended up having my uncle do the work to save money. A few months later I was at Freeway Ford getting some other work done on the car and was told that the spring coils were a defective part and covered under extended warranty. I could have gotten them fixed for free, but wasn't told that when I called to get the repair quote.I spent $500 for parts that I could have gotten replaced for free. Even still, I chalked it up to miscommunication and decided to continue using them for maintenance and repairs. Two years later, I brought the car in to get the timing belt and oil changed. The employee at the service counter told me that they could change my oil but not to worry about changing the timing belt because my car had a timing chain and those don't need to be changed. I continued going to Freeway Ford for maintenance and repairs for over a year after that and none of the other service techs ever recommended that I change the timing belt, so I had no reason to question the accuracy of what he said. About two weeks my car broke down because my timing BELT went out! I will quite possibly need a new engine. I have contacted Freeway Ford about this and they have told me that since I don't have written proof of what their employee told me, they will do nothing for me. This is the second time this shop has cost me hundreds of dollars through no fault of my own This time it will probably be over $1000. I am now a single mother of two small kids. I can't afford to put a new engine in my car and Barbee's Freeway Ford refuses to take any responsibility for their negligence.

I've done a LOT of business with Freeway Ford. Dustin has always been polite, helpful and courteous to me and my family. I've sent him business, beyond my own personal purchases and he has always treated them in the same manner as he has treated me. I consider myself part of the Freeway Ford family and will always go back in the future when the need arises. I am on a first name basis with most of the staff at the Denver location. When I walk in the door, they do everything but roll out a red carpet, which I forsee happening in the future :) just kidding, although It wouldn't surprise me :)

I bought a 2010 Fusion from Barbee, so when I wanted to replace it, I went back. I absolutely love my 2013 Fusion. I loved the '10, and Ford really upped it's game with the '13. My salesperson was Cody Roberts. He met me at the front door at my first visit and took good care of me through the process. The car I wanted wasn't on the showroom floor, so he tried his best to find one in the Ford network. I'm particular about my options and I'm willing to wait for the exact car I want, so Cody ordered mine after we went through the options list together. Took a few weeks to be built and delivered, Cody kept me informed during the process, and updated the delivery date. Upon delivery Cody made sure my two cell phones were connected, and we went to his computer to update my status with the Ford Owner website. I recommend Freeway Ford, and look up my boy Cody Roberts for a good buying experience.

After buying my first car here I was not given the tools or information I needed to finish up the sale afterwards. I had to make several phone calls over 4 days to get the information I needed in order to pay for my car. Then was missing a vital form that I needed when I went to the DMV to get them a form they needed for my trade in car. If they had done this before I left their dealership I would have had this done within the week. Instead it took 3 days to get them to tell me what was going on with that paperwork and that they were going to do everything by mail now. I have another trip to the DMV. This entire process was drug out and the customer service I received while trying to sort things out was slow and took forever.

I was in the market for a new car. I had spoke with Ron Clark, over the internet. He had given me a quote, and we had set up a time to test drive. When I arrived at the dealership, I was very hesitant because sales people can be really pushy and I don't take well to that. Ron was WONDERFUL! He was very laid back, not pushy, straight forward, was not shady. We test drove an explorer, and loved it. When we came back, started the process of buying it. The only compliant that I could find it that I was there for 4 hours (Start to Finish), and that they had the A/C high, and it was freezing in there. I will be seeing Ron for all my other future purchases!!

Barbees Freeway Ford and Dustin Gonzales are the best Ford dealer and Salesperson in the state of Colorado. Freeway Ford truly believes in treating the customer as they want to be treated. Their pricing is better than any other dealer and they treat the person better than any dealer I personally have dealt with. In early 2013 I made a deal to purchase a Ford Boss 302 Mustang. Due to a family emergency I had to leave in the middle of the deal. Dustin Gonzales held the car for me and would have held it for an extended period. Due to the circumstances it was unfair to Freeway Ford to keep them on hold so I bowed out of the deal. I will be ready to purchase a car again this year and I will only deal with Dustin Gonzales and Freeway Ford.

I saw the car I wanted online, and unlike other dealerships, Freeway Ford actually had the car there on the lot, so they keep their website up to date which is very helpful. Dustin worked with me and is very kind and got everything done for me in just a few hours. He also sends me follow up emails and coupons, which I love. So far this is the nicest pre-owned car I've ever had, for a price that was perfect for my budget. Thanks Dustin!

Dustin is a great saleman but better yet a great person. He listened to what I wanted and searched for it. When he found what I wanted he had it driven down from Longmont to Denver. Everything was done according to my schedule. He makes everything easy. This is my third purchase from Dustin at Freeway Ford. I definately have and will refer friends to him. I was very impressed by the lack of "hard salesmanship" that one expects when you enter a dealership. Everyone knows car salesmen are the worst, right. I would not have purchased the vehicle if your salesman, Cody, did not handle himself in the manner that he did. He is definatetly an asset to your team. I did NOT come into Barbee to purchase a car that day......................but I left with one. Thanks for your professional service Cody!! I'm pleased with my purchase, with the exception of an undisclosed oil leak.

George Lee responded to my email inquiry very promptly, answered the phone directly when i called and was waiting for my wife and i when we came to check out my truck. George was very thorough and quick in showing us all the different features the f 150 can come equipped with. George was friendly and professional throughout the process, I would highly recommend George based on his honesty and professionalism. The financing went smooth as well. This was my first experience buying a new car and it was made shockingly easy. Ron Clark helped quickly find the car I wanted and was very helpful in ironing out the details, and was also very upfront about everything. Overall it was a very pleasant experience, I had visited several dealers prior and some were rude, some pushy, but this dealership was just friendly and helpful, it felt like they were on my side. I'd highly recommend Ron to anyone looking to purchase a car.

I live in Loveland CO. I made an appointment to look at 2013 pre owned Dodge on a Saturday night. I was 1 hour late. My salesman was Tim. He was patient and never pressured me. Tim agreed to deliver my car with clear bra etc mid week on his own time. I could not be happier with the way Tim treated me this weekend. He was really nice and PATIENT. ..never made me feel uncomfortable.

Cody Roberts was great to work with. He made the process very simple, and did everything he could to make sure we could get into the Edge as soon as possible. Cody is extremely friendly and not pushy when it comes to making the sale. My lease was up on my BMW. My husband was out of town. I went to Freeway Ford not knowing how all this would work. My salesman helped me for 3 days. I turned in my BMW and found a 2013 Explorer that is just as nice as the BMW. When my husband got back in town, we went back to dealership and Tim explained everytinhg to my husband again as a favor to me. I was treated special and I love my Explorer. I strongly recomend Freeway Ford.

I worked with Jordan Arnesen. He listened to what I said I needed in a car and he helped me find the perfect car for our family. We bought a Ford Fusion and we love it. He helped me to get financed quickly and I was able to drive my car home right away. I had the service department do an oil change and they were all very nice and professional. They even washed my car when they were done! I will definitely go back to Jordan when my husband needs a new car!

My old car broke down for the last time and I needed to find another one for my 350+ miles a week commute. I told Jordan Arnesen what I would be using my car for and he directed me to a great car. I decided to get a previously owned vehicle instead of buying new. When he showed me the car it was clean and looked like new. I will drive this car for many years to come but I will be going to see Jordan again when it's time for my wife to get a new car!

I was very reluctant, distrustful and apprehensive to buy a new car. I was also clueless as to what type of car I wanted. Lloyd was very knowledgeable and EXTREMLEY patient throughout the entire process. I test drove both new and used cars and Lloyd was helpful but not pushy. I am very happy with my final decision. Adam the new car manager was also good to work with. I am now the proud owner of a new Ford Escape...WOW! and boy, was it a joy to drive in the most recent snowstorm.

Got my first and second F-250 here and you can't beat the service and prices. I live in Colorado Springs and every time was worth the drive. My second go round I tried to shop local but the dealers in the Springs can't compete with the customer service and overall prices at Barbee's Freeway Ford. Sales Consultant Ryan Holligan was great to deal with and I'll be giving him a call again for my next purchase. Even the Big Dog Dealers in Denver can't compete with the overall experience you get here, don't make the mistake I did and waste your time going anywhere else.

The service department is very helpful, Cody Roberts is the salesmen that sold us our vehicle he was extremely helpful and professional, he did what he could to get us the vehicle we wanted at the payments we were looking for. It did take us some time to finally close the deal but once we found a loaner the process went very smooth. The vehicle me and my wife purchased did have some problems after we got it home (starting module) but the service department was very helpful and timely with getting the vehicle back to us, and the dealership payed for everything. Overall we had a rocky start with the dealership but in the end they got us taken care of and we walk away happy customers. I would recommend this dealership to a friend or family member.

He worked with me to make sure I felt comfortable about my monthly payments and even went back and forth with the bank to get me a lower price that I could afford. I walked away with a 2005 mini cooper, the car I came to get. Great experience and I would refer my friends to freeway ford and ask for Cody.

Had my 2007 Edge for diagnostics for a wheel sensor. Had it half a day and never got to it. I had an appointment. No reason given. Emailed the manager with a very polite tone and never heard back. I would not buy anything from these people. Lived in New Mexico and bought two cars from Chalmers Ford so I think I will just drive down and get my next one from them.

The dealer lied and misrepresented the car on multiple occasions. After completing a thorough dealers quality inspection, fluids were not topped off as claimed. Also, the salesman put air in a flat tire because it had been sitting too long. I had to add air again on the way home. When I got home, I took the car to a tire shop where they found a 6 inch cut in the tire that was unrepairable and had been there for awhile. Two other tires had wear bars, requiring me to buy four new tires. I had also asked the salesman if there was an owners manual, to which he replied that it was in the glove box. It wasnt. I tried to address these issues with the dealer to no avail. They talk a lot about integrity before the sale, but the only thing they really care about is dollars.

Found a car I was interested in, was told was pre-approved for a auto loan went in signed paper work took car home two be called five days later told to bring car back to dealership loan denied no explaination of what happened and very rude when asked. Then tried to stick me with mileage charges. I wouldn't buy anything from these people. Buyer BE WARE.

I drove over 900 miles to buy a car with a trade sight unseen. Had no written confirmation of what we discussed, only my notes and their word.
